I go to this little market for their Angertinian sausages. They are great and their entire meet department is very clean and fresh. Good selection of salsas, too. Small produce department. I havent tried their prepared food. But a great little market!

Best Rosca de Reyes ever. They make their own, they add cheese in them. They come in 3 sizes, small, medium, and large. I ho every year for them.

Good place to get meat but their prices on other stuff are pretty high and some items on shelf are expired. Very close to where I live so it is convenient.

I havent been here for a long time they had a big selection of things and their ceviche is the best price in town personally it could use a little more fish otherwise pretty nice clean a big selection of salsa

Weekend Family BBQ Pit Stop! We always get our BBQ meat from LA Posta! The Guac and Pico De Gallo is BOMB! Were from Los Angeles and we have no small Mexican Markets here like La Posta! Every time we come to SD to visit family this is the One Stop Trip for the Weekend Grub

Friendly place. Delicious freshly made tortillas daily. Tamales are great if you get them fresh but I dont recommend purchasing day old tamales. They dont reduce the price and paying almost twenty dollars for extremely dried out tamales is a huge disappointment. If theyre going to sell them after being under a heating lamp for that long, the least they can do is cut the price in half. But other than that the meats are delicious and the hot/cold prepared foods section is almost always on point.

The people that work there keep staring at my baby stroller like I was stealing something not just me my other friends that recently became parents too, they keep their eyes on me I dont feel comfortable shopping there and some of them can even keep their eyes on their job they stared and my wife too specially the butchers.... the prices there are way too expansive food 4 less have the prices way lower and more then what you usually buy

I contracted La Posta for catering a large party, and I was beyond impressed. They did a fabulous job! I have always appreciated La Posta for their local grocery business, but I was particularly impressed with the quality and professionalism in their food preparation. Not only were they less expensive than other catering options, but my contact at La Posta (Billy) communicated proactively with me about the food, and was generous with serving sizes and offerings. The food was fabulous - everyone at the party raved. The tacos were fresh the moment I arrived to pick up the food, and Billy even reached out after the party to make sure everyone was happy. I would recommend La Posta to anyone considering food prep catering in the Southbay.

Service here is amazing! People are very helpful and kind, not sure what the employer is doing but he/she is doing something right. Employees seem proud and happy to be working at la Posta market. Also the meat is delicious! The place is clean and well maintained. Great market.

Pretty cool little market that has a good variety of everything including a hot food counter thats pretty good food. Even when its crowded, they get you in and out. Delicious authentic mexican food for sale in this small neighborhood supermarket. Clean and organized. Food, salsa and tortilla are homemade and fresh.

Good local mexican grocery store with a good meat section and a hot food section. For hot food you basically have to get their attention for them to assist you or they’ll straight up ignore you. Good deal on good carnitas though.

They have the best chicken fajitas

We bought Springfield butter here and the cubes were covered in black mold (I added a photo here) and the store wouldn’t take it back. I will never be shopping there again.

Ive never made a better Porterhouse in my life than the one I got from these guys on a recommendation. Absolute Perfection! They work hard to have the best meat counter around. Customer service was horrible, I asked where one thing was that I was looking for and the manager told me to go look for it myself, that he doesn’t know where it is. No one helped me, also everything is over priced, one gallon of milk almost $5.

The woman behind the food counter is racist! I am a caucasion female who grew up in the area. I have many hispanic friends. After Ive told them how she treats me they all agree that she is racist against white women. She wanted to charge me extra for a different salsa when the other employees never do. I will be first in line and she looks past me to help the next person. She even shorted me on meat! Our world does not need this right now. We all need to stand together as human beings! Treat each other with respect. What a shameful thing to do.

Went and picked up a meat bundle. I called andpre-ordered it. It was ready within an hour. The employees are very friendly. I have no complaints...it was a easy check out and very quick, even though I came at a busy time. Besides the service the meat quality is pretty good, worth the price. I purchased a 79.99 meat package. 5 stars.

Great hot food, fresh salsa and ceviche at the food bar up front. Decent meat selection as well. My problem is the produce, they have so little! A little pricey on the frozen and packaged goods but same with other markets in the area.
