You took a week to work on my vehicle and when I went to pick it up personal belongings were missing from it. While the items were petty items I cannot believe this was even done in the first place. Is this how you do business? Is the integrity of your employees not important that they would have the odassity to steal even though their name is on the receipt that they did the work? Unbelievable, I paid almost $1,400 for the work done now how can I trust that you even did the work right or honestly. Very, very unsatisfied.

I have only dealt with the parts department thus far. Their prices are fair and reasonable. The Staff are very nice and friendly. Very nice inside the dealership. If i ever get my car serviced here i will update my review if needed.

My cousin took herJetta there over a month ago and she is still waiting for it to be fixed. I bought my Tiguan in Edmonds, Washington while I was still in Alaska I gave my down payment and picked it up when I got back to Seattle they held it for me for almost three weeks with no problem, I drove it down to The Valley with no problem, I had it serviced in SD for a noise after 5 months they couldn’t find where the noise was coming from so they had an expert come to SD to find where the noise was coming from they gave me a loner while they fixed it,it only took a week and the service repair man would call me every day to give me an update, while my cousin has to be calling for an update and sometimes they don’t even answer her.

Posted 01/29/2021:Two weeks ago, the key-fob for my Beetle broke and I had a horrible experience with an “auto locksmith” in Yuma, AZ. I should have called Imperial Valley Volkswagen from the beginning 🙁.I called on 1/25/2021 and spoke to Gabriel in the service/parts department. He said he was going to help me and quickly ordered me two replacement key-fobs. Gabriel was my VW hero. Thank you Gabriel 🙂.Carolina was also great from the moment she greeted me with kindness and then quickly got me back on the road. Thank you Carolina 🙂.As I headed back home to Yuma, I noticed that Gabriel also put air in my tires and made that annoying warning light go away. Gabriel stayed true to his word and helped me 🙂.Thank you Imperial Valley Volkswagen 🙂.

Nice place friendly staff but their website is not helpful when trying to order parts.. I maybe wrong but i cant find where to order or look for parts even though i selected the parts icon...

They sold my family a faulty car which when selling it, they said there were no issues. They blatantly lied to me and my family and wouldnt take accountability for it. I recommend CarMax or the Volkswagen in Kearny Mesa.

This dealership has been trying to fix my tourage since October 29 2019 but nothing yet, only excuses and they said will charge me approximately $5k 😡. Are you serious? What about the 3 monthly payments I have done on time but couldnt use my car because their irresponsibility? What about the money I have paid for public transportation, taxis, asking for borrowing cars to family and friends, etc? 😡😡😡😡😡😡

My wife made an appointment to service her 2017 Volkswagen Passatt with 20,000 miles on it due to the Steering Wheel controls not working at all to include cruise control, the horn and the drivers side air bag. She informed the dealership that she was travelling from out of town due to there being no dealership locally and informed them of what the issues were. The dealership stated that they had to order the part to fix the issues and acknowledged that the steering wheel controls did not work to include the horn and air bag. My wife stated that the vehicle was under warranty and the issues posed a safety concern, due to having to travel hundreds of miles back and forth again in a vehicle that did not have functioning air bags or a horn and she was denied a loaner vehicle at the least to ensure her safety. This was unacceptable and I cannot believe that a dealership would acknowledge that a vehicle with faulty safety equipment would be allowed to leave their lot with no concerns.

Went through the process of BUYING a car here. I got the loan approved, sent the paperwork to the salesman and everything was suppose to be good. I explained the situation to Isaac who was the manager and they assured everything was good too go. I bought my plane tickets to pick up the vehicle and arranged the transportation. The day before Im suppose to fly out to pick up this vehicle I call and they told me the vehicle was sold and they couldnt tell me what happened. Although the vehicle was still there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to make things right, but that didnt happen. I was then told I can order a 2019 Golf R and to pick a color. After about 2 weeks of getting the run around I spoke to Joseph (another Manager) only to be told they couldnt do anything and that it was First Come First Serve. WOOOWWWW talk about being done dirty. All in all Johnny seemed to be the only dude I would trust. Know I lost out on $1800 and I have no car. Thanks guys on reminding me that dealers dont care about you, only care about your money and failed to keep there word of getting me a 2019. I appreciate the waste of time this was.
