In our past experiences it’s a hassle purchasing a car and sometimes they leave out on a lot of things, this is the first time we felt it was what we wanted and James Sparks made it happen! I had been looking for quite some time for cars. I had never been to Kia before, so this review is based on first impression of Kia and its staff. I arrived and was looking for a family car, Vincent our Kia representative was able to find assess our needs and new exactly what we were looking for before knowing the vehicles in the lot. He was able to pull up the Telluride and was perfect for our needs. I wasAmazed by the quality of service he provided. He made sure we were taken care of during this excessive heat. Along with that when we were able to work out a deal, he made sure that everything went by on smooth. He made a lot of great conversation and ensured that we knew all the features that this car since it was fully loaded. I couldn’t have been happier with his amazing service and we took home the car we needed for our daily and family driving. My vehicle was shedule for a regular maintenance at 25000 miles, left the vehicle at 7:30 am and they said it would be ready by 6:00 pm. I had to call the dealer twice to see if itwas ready. Well, went to the dealer after getting no phone call and when we picked it up, I found out that the only thing done to my vehicle was a TIRE ROTATION! because the oil used goes up to 30000 miles. No one explain this to me. I looked at the slip and with a bunch of technical words there was MORE things done to the car; well, how do I know that these things were done. I do not trust their reputation of getting these inspections done. I can only imagine what these guys do to someone who has no knowledge about mechanics and maintenance of a vehicle. A little advice for those of you who will take your vehicles for service, make a mark on the tires, mark fluids containers levels with something, this way you WILL know for sure if what the dealer or mechanic claims to have done in your vehicle actually happened. Yes, Im not happy at all with our local Toyota dealer.

One of the worst costumer service experience. My Toyota Corollas transmission broke down(and at first they didnt believe me cause apparently it wasnt failing when they check it up, had to record a video when it failed). So they told me that they where going to rent me a vehicle in the meanwhile. It took them 28 hrs to said that they where going to ask me for my insurance to rent me a car wich by the way it was going to cost me $2000 dlls(for the insurance deposit), and they limit to get you a rental car is only $500. Apparently it takes just a couple of days to change the transmission. When you go to Enterprise to rent a car for a couple of days it only cost you like $170 dlls, so $170 is less than $500 dlls right?Yes, that didnt make any sense to me neither.
