Everyone is awesome at Rent One. They understand that things come up resulting in being late to make a payment, they do everything they can to help. Just down to earth people who work there. I appreciate them.

They always make sure Im satisfied with my purchace and they have done give-a-ways and Ive been a lucky winner. The quality of their products are great. She can tell you almost everything you want to know and takes a personal interest in her customers. Rent one has a customer for life!

I rented from them when they were Easy Home. Went there a few months ago to find out they’d changed their name but still had the same people! They’re amazing, easy to work with, understandable and affordable. I rented a brand new bedroom set for 2 years & never had any problems!!

I have been a customer of Easy Home now named Rent One since 2010 and I have visited the store only once... I would call say what I’m looking for and they would find a great deal and deliver to me... I have always experienced great customer service... respect and my health has really been bad and they will call and check on me and work with me in regards to my payments especially when I get behind... at the Independence location the manager Stacy is so caring patient and kind and I must also mention Jessie... they know if they don’t hear from me then there is something seriously wrong because I communicate with them and we work out my payments... I recommend Rent One in Independence to all I know that are in need of good quality home furnishings and great customer service... I would give them 100 stars if it would allow me too. I have not one bad thing to say about My store it has always been GREAT SERVICE *****************

Easyhome now formally known as Rent One has exceptional customer service and will work with you tremendously through any situation as long as you communicate with them. I have never heard them be rude to customer in any fashion while in the store or over the phone. They take out time to make sure you understand what you are signing as well extremely patient with everyone rather your young or old. If you go to Aarons are Rent a Center please keep in mind you do not get the advantage of 6 months same as cash to own and they do not work with you to keep your merchandise like Rent One.

This company harasses their customers. Me and my husband was new to their company and didnt get to even make our first payment before someone was calling our phones over and over like we had been with them for months and had missed several payments already. The following next week for our second payment they werecalling us again first thing in the morning before we could even get our day started. When I asked the young lady will you be calling every week she was like yes until your account is current. How and we are new customers. She did not care. This company bis horrible I will never recommend non of my people to them. I gave them everything of theirs back otta not worth the weekly earlymorning harrassment calls from them. Ill never do business with them again and they say no credit check their lying they looked all at my credit and started to call my apartment complex asking serious personal questions that only my credit report could have told. My complex did not like that. If you do business with them get ready for the harrassments and lies

Easyhome now Rent One are the best out there! They have the best prices and offer a lot more when it comes to customer service. They go above and beyond when it comes to your needs. I’ve never had any bad experiences with them since day one. I honestly have used Aaron’s and Rent A Center once and I can’t say anything nice about they’re business. Who ever decides to use them I’d say they’re crazy and high on something!! All I know that when it comes to my household needs I know I can count on Rent one. Satisfied 100%.

If you have to use this company DONT sign the page for the extra little program (which is totally optional but they wont tell you that and when you tell them that they argue with you unless you put your foot down. In fact they seem to make a lot of your decisions for you in their favor of course playing on you not knowing how it works). They said one perk is giving back whatever you’re renting and trading it in for something else so you don’t lose your investment.I rented a recliner for a bit but it was just too big for my living room. Decided to swap it for a rug. Prob put in one to two hundred on the chair only got credited 30 dollars pretty much the price i paid for their worthless program.The rug looked alright in the store. Got it here and it had a lot of stains. I found out they may not be stains just a rally really dirty rug. Now I have to pay to have it shampooed because rent one rents out horrible quality merchandise.He said he gave me a discount for the condition of it being used but I don’t see it I only got 30 bucks off this dumb rug. I won’t use them again. Warning everyone to stay far away horrible quality. Lies to you and contracts don’t match what they tell you. Class action anyone? I’m also posting this everywhere to warn peopleStacy tried to argue with me he discounted it as much as he could (lies) because I bought a highly discounted table from them probably in better shape than this rug). I told him I did t want to hear his excuses anymore and walked out of the store. He followed me outside arguing with me. Scarey.

Would not recommend this place whatsoever!They destroyed the leather on our couch & loveseat while coming in the front door. Initially, they tried to just knock off a few payments in exchange for ruining our set. When we told them we didn’t want to do that, they said the set should take a couple weeks to come in. After a couple weeks, it was supposedly on “back order” and that they would let us know when they got it in. I’m conflicted with this considering furniture spot in north Kansas City could of had us the exact same one within two weeks? Finally, four months later they call me telling me they have the loveseat in. Yes, just the loveseat! When both the loveseat and sofa were damaged. Now they’ve delivered a sectional that we agreed on and it has a burn mark on the arm & pen marks in between the cushions! Yes We were under the assumption that this was a brand new off the show room floor sectional. They won’t order us a new sectional... because of the condition we gave them back the loveseat and sofa! Do they just forget that they ruined it? They continue to leave rude messages on my voicemail. Very unprofessional and have zero people skills/customer satisfaction. Just look at some other reviews to get an idea of how this place is! Wish we had just gone to Aaron’s instead! I think a lot of their good reviews are because they gave people free payment with a review. 🤔Edit: Thank you, I will be giving you a call Monday.

This place is absolutely horrible. I was talked to with such disrespect from the staff. They denied me business because I used the wrong address and asked to change it. He told me he wasn’t going to give me my money back and ripped up the papers.
