Grate dealership everyone was surper friendly. Taylor is a great sales guy no pressure and will get you in to the car you want. I will definitely shop there again thank you guys
Well I had to wait for the part which was super ok since the price was ½ of what I thought it was going to be. So excited to get my vehicle fixed.
Ryan was awesome!! He and the guy who helped with the numbers were both fantastic. They both went out of their way to help us and we cant say thank you enough for making our purchase so smooth. That was such a special day for my husband- thanks for making it happen. We love our new Challenger!5 Stars!!!!!*****
Everyone is super nice and always willing to go the extra mile to help. They shoot it straight and are honest about what to expect which is refreshing and we look forward to doing business with them for years to come
I can’t say enough good things about Romans. Everyone is so nice, worked hard, and knowledgeable to help out. They went above and beyond also getting me a great deal too!
Friendly, helpful, and patient. Helped me find exactly the car I wanted and needed.
Very honest and courteous staff helped us look at the codes on our truck when the check engine light came on and told us what to do to get us on our way. Very highly recommended.
We have been looking for a new car for a while now and Ryan was on top of it. He knew that I wanted to surprise my wife with a Dodge Challenger and he made it happen! He did everything in his power to get us a great price on the 2019 Dodge Challenge and needless to say he helped me make my wife cry! 😉Thank you Ryan and all of Romans amazing staff for helping these girls ride in style!!
I called re purchasing my Trailblazer. It had too many miles of 186,000. However, will the bank loan on a 1999 Van with 67,000 miles?
Everyone was so kind. They did try to get it repaired in a timely manner
Best place on earth to buy a car! Sales people and staff are the best! I just love Danielle in the office!
Romans really is a NO BULL Dealership!! I went in on Saturday after Christmas and the staff were so helpful and easy to deal with. Maggie was great and made me feel comfortable throughout the buying process. Both Bryan and Maggie went the extra mile to help me out with my new SUV! I highly recommend and will be going back for sure!
Great place great experiment they always keep their word just ask for Chris
Romans Service Dept ROCKS !!! Customer service is outstanding !! Never thought I’d find a place that values my time more than theirs !! They’ve earned my business for life !!
I test drove a SS Camaro about 6 years ago and I didnt buy it and still kicking myself for not getting that car...
Everyone was very professional and caring at Romans.
Chris, Jared, and Mike were all amazing. Super easy experience and just made us feel welcomed throughout the whole process!
Very helpful salesman. Just ask for tim.
Extremely smooth transaction. Awesome customer service. Ask for Ryan, we was great!
I enjoyed doing business with Allen and Jared. I got a fair deal with no hassle. It could not have went any better.
Be careful when searching their inventory online. The boldly listed price than any normal person would consider to be the sale price, given that it’s listed in large numbers beside the picture, is actually an artificial price to get your attention. Once you dig deeper and begin the purchase process, you’ll learn that there are discounts already built into that price that you may or may not qualify for. For example, they raise the sale price $2,000 if you don’t have a trade-in. I consider this to be very deceiving, which makes me wonder what else they’re trying to do to trick me. Why can’t people just be honest and up front?!?
Awesome people! Took great care of me and Im so glad I bought my car here!
We shopped several local car dealerships and found that the best buy for the style we wanted and price was found at Romans. Haylie showed us what we described we wanted and gave us quality service without any pressure.
Salesman was friendly and helpfull
Very good customer service, fast and had me in my truck same day within few hours
Romans Chevrolet Buick is where I always buy my cars. The team there is incredible and worked hard to find the best vehicle within my price range. From Brian the General Manager, Jared the sales Manager, Mike the Finance Manager to Maggie my car gal, I had the best experience. I felt supported, listened to and valued as a customer. Thank you for all your hard work! I love my Kia Sorento!!!SylviaSkiatook, Ok
We had a wonderful experience at Romans. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Maggie is the best car saleswoman ever. She is funny, kind, and if she does not know the answer she will find out. This is the second car Maggie has found for us. If you need a car go to Romans and look Maggie up.
I recently bought a Ram from Romans. I dealt with Chris and let me just say that when its time to replace the Ram I will definitely make the drive back to Independence. They were everything that the dealerships in Wichita are not. Up front, honest, helpful, friendly and above all, they make you feel appreciated. There was a truck in Wichita that was nearly identical to what I got though it had a little over twice the miles the truck at Romans had.....and the truck in Wichita was $5k more. I would recommend this dealership to anyone within driving distance.
Great salespeople, Jana was great. Even though we ended up buying from another dealer I was impressed with them. They have a good selection. They were good and knowledgable. Very helpful. Better than most of the others we went to. We did not buy but I felt like if they had more of what I wanted I would have been more comfortable to buy there, with no pressure. I took my hyper 2 year old and had no issues they were great with him.
Initial Review 09/15/2020:Purchased a new vehicle from Romans. Positive experience so far. As expected.Update 11/17/2020:Intial experience was positive. However apparently the dealership was incapable of redeeming gmbuypowercard rewards negotiated during the purchase period. These are very much redeemable gmbuypowercard rewards, so any refusal to redeem them is Romans personal preference as a whole. Fast forward 63 days. They are holding my title on a new purchase. Refusing to work with gmbuypowercard or even send an invoice to my mailing address to clear any outstanding debt. Ill update this review if anything changes. This was on a 2020 High Country 2500HD 6.6L Diesel purchase. Trading in a 2017 Denali 2500HD 6.0 Gas.Update 12/14/2020:Dealer continued to refuse to accept gmbuypower rewards. Dealer stated 727.xx was owed. Requested invoice. Invoice came in as $775 with per diem charges. Funds cleared 12/06/2020. Still no title.Next step I suppose is seek legal recourse. My understanding is they should have immediately dispersed the title with a lein per state law.Update 12/16/2020:They forgot to send title was latest bit of news. This is over 90 days since the purchase. Roughly 10 phone calls. (All initiated by myself). Two emails later...I suppose once I receive it and get the vehicle tagged I will be in touch with an attorney to reclaim damages due to all these delays. Accidents or not. Not even counting the refusal to redeem my gmbuypower rewards. This dealership has caused me lost money through their actions. Late tag fees/penalties. Had to hire a trucking company to haul hay and cattle due to expired/no tag. The per diem charge on the remaining owed balance invoice. Had to leverage Uber to Tulsa for a job interview and meeting. Necessary items for home and work, I have had to purchase online and pay shipping or higher prices than local stores.I did confirm gmbuypower is still willing to send a check to the dealership. Gmbuypower has stated they called the listed number 5 times now. Also the dealership is still capable of redeeming the rewards themselves via gmbuypowers online portal to this day. Conclusion:Just some food for thought before doing business with these folks. My primary reason for doing business was the service center is the closest to my ranch. That is moot now. Also another reason. I had planned on purchasing a new Kubota skid loader and they, I believe, are associated to or own the nearest Kubota dealer and service center. Very moot now...Fortunately once my vehicle is tagged. I have a nice brand new trailer that is more than capable of hauling a brand new Kubota back from a lucky dealership in Tulsa or Joplin.I purchase a new truck every 2-3 years. Jim Glover in Tulsa and Ferguson in Broken Arrow were able to redeem gmbuypower rewards. Title was received within three weeks of purchase date. I may need to reach out to them in 2022/23.I suppose I will still try to redeem my free oil change... Just to confirm who is the most petty.
They was fine
Very easy and hassle-free purchase!!! We love Romans!
Great experience very helpful on our (new to us) pickup thanks
We spent a lot of time looking at and comparing Buick Envisions, and found Romans Chevrolet/Buick to have just what we wanted, for a fair price. Everything was low pressure and smooth, from answering our questions to doing the paperwork at the end of the deal. We would recommend giving Romans the opportunity to earn your business.
They were right on time, my car was worked on promptly. Staff was very courteous.
As easy as it has ever been for me purchasing a vehicle through these guys. I would happily do business here forever.
Staff was friendly and professional. Repair our vehicle in a timely manner.
I believe in buying local. Weve purchased two vehicles this year from Romans Motors. The STAFF there is absolutely GREAT. Love them.As I stated earlier, the STAFF is so nice, capable, and do everything to accommodate the customer. We got a good deal on both vehicles. They knocked themselves out finding my Equinox-which I love! My hubby loves his new truck, which the STAFF again went beyond the call of duty to put back into new condition before we took possession. Its beautiful! Thanks to the wonderful STAFF there at Romans!
The service department is why I buy my vehicles at Romans.
Finally I was treated like a valued customer and not like a piece of meat!!!!!
Even though the question I had for the employees was irrelevant they handled it well and were polite.
Misrepresented Options Wasted Time and GasI saw posting on AutoTrader and Romans website. Both stated that the P/U had sliding moonroof and leather trim seats. After talking with dealer I drove over 200 miles R/T and expected vehicle per description. Brought to dealers attention the missing options. Though they offered to install aftermarket moonroof, I was upset enough that I didnt want non-OEM nor to deal any with an outfit that misrepresented their product. No other real apologies. Could have at least offered to pay for wasted gas.
They fixed my car so fast it was a bit expensive but so worth every penny for the hard work
People very kind
Best Sales and Service! If they dont have the vehicle you want, theyll get it for you. And the service dept is the best at getting you taken care of.
A little selection they were nice and courteous no pressure.
Always great.
I prefer to have my Traverse serviced at a Chevy dealership, but the last few times I had to ask them to clean up spilled/dripping oil after each oil change. The poor oil filter location makes it hard to ensure an easy and clean oil change. I would have rated 4-5 stars if I didnt have the repeated problems with the oil change post clean-up. An oil filter relocation kit would greatly help with clean-up and speed of service. The latest visit we had the oil changed, tires balanced and rotated. After the tires were balanced I noticed the wheels were scratched. The dealership took the necessary steps to repair the damaged wheels and even offered to have free oil changes in the future, although the wheels shouldnt have been damaged in the first place.Overall, the dealership took the necessary steps to make sure I was satisfied with their service.
John Lay is a great salesman! So helpful, honest and always goes above and beyond for his customers!
A door handle broke on my truck just a few hundred miles after warranty. They were able to replace the $400 dollar part at no cost. Got the truck in fast for the repair and got me back on the road! Great people.
This place is all around awesome! I bought a chevy spark at this place and I would not go to any other dealership to buy a vehicle again. My payments were fairly cheap and every time I needed anything done in the shop at this place, they were amazing. They always did a good job and the guy that checked me in remembered who I was each time. He was always polite and would ask me how my little one was doing. He treated me like family. He deserves a raise!! Highly recommend romans
Good people
Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable
We have bought multiple vehicles from Romans and love the service we receive...both during the sale and after!
Amazing customer service! Thank you to all in the service department!
Got right in and didnt take them long.
The service department was great! The guy that fixed my car was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
If you are looking for a new or new used car this is the place to go. friendly relaxing atmosphere ( ask for Chris Beurskens )
Romans has taken care of my vehicle needs for years!
My experience with the service shop was terrible. I just recently purchased a new Chevy pickup in Oklahoma. The vehicle is less than 1 month old but has what appears to be either a coolant leak or faulty indicator. When I asked this service shop to look at It, they pushed my appointment out almost a week due to not purchasing the vehicle through them. After looking at it, they determined the coolant is suppose to leak from the bottom of the truck when the pressure cap is loosened (didnt sound right to me). I was not provided with any type of documentation whatsoever. when I asked for documentation or a service ticket the service manager Keith Lanning refused to provide me with one, saying that he doesnt make any money of off customers who didnt purchase the vehicle through them. Keith told me I shouldnt even be able to take it to his shop since I didnt purchase it through them and told me to take it to Tulsa, since thats where I made the purchase. This was the absolute worst automotive experience of my life and I felt absolutely disrespected. You would think when you purchase a Chevy through a Chevy dealer it can be serviced at any Chevy service center. If you didnt purchase your vehicle through these guys, dont take it there. You wont get the service you deserve and will have to wonder if they actually fixed the issue. My truck still has the coolant warning indicator on. Im now having to drive the 2 hours to Tulsa, OK to have it serviced. If I couldve given 0 stars I wouldve. I also filed a complaint with GM about this shop. Since taking my vehicle to the dealer where I purchased it, they found it to have a faulty rear EGR cooler along with other minor problems in the coolant system. They also inspected my vehicle for a loose brake pedal pivot nut which was on recall... Something Romans shouldve seen had they taken the time. In all, my vehicle was in the shop for almost two weeks and required almost $3,00.00 in new parts.... All covered under the manufacturers warranty. Quite the difference between Romans diagnosis.
Over priced and wont give fair price for trade in.
This service shop has absolutely no morals or understanding of customer service. Unless you purchase your vehicle from them, they will do the least amount of work for you that they can because they claim they make no money off of you. They were very disrespectful to my husband and extremely unprofessional. I honestly do not understand how they have a customer base at all or why anyone in their right mind would go to this dealership/service center. We were very disappointed and will definitely not be going back.
The work was completed in the time frame they said. They loaned us a car to run errands with and called when the service was completed. I wouldnt use any other dealership. Romans is the best!!!!
Great place to get your car worked on.
Ez had me In and out thxs Keith... Excellent Customer Service
