These guys were AWESOME! I needed to get a UPS package shipped and picked up as soon as possible and found that they were one of the UPS Access Pick Up Locations. I did not have time or want to go through the hassle of trying to go to one of the two UPS stores out here that I knew would be crazy right before Christmas. So I called ahead and they let me know if I could get there before 5:00pm, they still had 1 more pickup for the day so it could possibly still get scanned in day of.Once I got there I realized they couldnt scan my UPS QR code but they were more than happy to print my label for me, tape it on my box AND make sure that I would get email alerts as soon as the tracking was checked in! If only UPS main locations, FedEx and especially USPS could be this efficient all the time or EVER...They were so kind and patient with me, I cant think them enough for being exactly what I needed when I needed it!

Extremely helpful folks at this location! Went above and beyond to assist with my vehicle issue! This is why I keep going back to this particular store! And they do give a military discount, which is getting harder and harder to find in todays world!

Excellent customer service. Advance Auto is the only place I go to for my battery, starter and alternator check. I purchased a battery and had the guy install it. I am ready now for winter.

Ive had good experiences at other advanced auto parts stores, it used to be one of the only places Id buy auto parts but the last interaction Ive had here makes me despise the company as a whole, I wont and cant go into detail about the events of that day by law Im not allowed to tell them, just dont go to this location save your self the pain the embarrassment all the Anguish that employees of that store has brought to my life. When I could have just gone next door,no wont make that mistake again.

Advance Auto Parts didnt have the part I needed, but they had a universal hose that may have worked or they were willing to order the part for me. They went above and beyond to try to find the part for me. I understand there are only a billion different car parts from manufacturers from decades of car making, so I wasnt upset they didnt have exactly what I needed. They did there best. I will definitely be returning.

I ordered purolator ONE Air Filter from mobile app when I go there for pickup. Staff check it from store and he brings it another brand without asked, said: we dont have purolator ONE Air Filter, and I will give you same price another brand :) and he was looking tired and little nervous :)

In my opinion the best most diverse and biggest selection of parts and prices are decent. Went 2 other part stores and one didnt have in the store any longer and had to be special ordered and the other store didnt even have a special order option. Employees seem knowledgeable and helpful. Best you can expect for a car parts store, all the locations Ive been to in the metro area seem comparable. Sometimes one is out but the other will have it and they arent more than 10-15 minutes apart.

Very knowledgeable employees! They even have free installment of wiper blades and that was very helpful last week in the middle of the SNOW STORM that we had. He went out and replace my blades in the middle of it and I was very grateful!!

Had my battery tested at this location last month. Was told it was good, and a 5 year battery. I didnt think there was any such thing as a 5 year battery, but assumed the clerk new what he was talking about. Today, my battery died. Went back, and talked to same clerk. I told him about last month, he this time denied theres a 5 year battery! He TRIED looking up my info on my old battery, and I was nowhere in the system. This was odd, since I bought the battery 3 years ago. He also couldnt install the new one for me because he was only clerk working, and another clerk wouldnt arrive for another hour! Talk about poor customer service! He sent me to Auto Zone where I was treated VERY well.

Ordered online. Part wasnt there. Asked manager to provide something that stated I never received. Meet with attuide. Seriously keep your inventory in check.

They have handicap parking. Dont have handicap doors. They have hardly ever got what Im looking for ever. They have to order it they are worse than a dealerships. Never have it in stock.

My visit to this location was absolutely horrible. I walked in the store ready to purchase a single part, already called it in, and the staff was completely unprofessional and rude. I ended up not purchasing the part and leaving! This was not the first time that I have had bad service at this location.

DO NOT go here....period. Bought a lawn and garden battery which was used a total of three times....Autocraft Lawn and Garden (their brand). It was a poor, poor start and weak and then after three times, it died. Took it back to the store and was told they only honor batteries for 30 days......but he could see it was no good. The battery is virtually BRAND NEW...he scanned it...saw we do frequent business with this company...and unlike Wal-Mart...said nope, cant help you. AND DIDNT CARE!!! So....guess what? Ill head straight to wal-mart here forward where they honor their products when they suck.
