I did not end up buying from these folks, only due to timing and logistics, but Allen did a wonderful job trying to source me a vehicle. The next time I am purchasing, they will certainly be at the top of my dealership list.

I do NOT recommend this dealership at all I purchased a vehicle for 21K from romans drove 10 hours from CO to pick it up I spent 2000$ in repairs within the first month of ownership 4 months later I get the news that the transmission is going out because car does not shift into 5th gear now I’m looking at a 4000$ repair I wouldn’t trust there service department at all either considering they said the vehicle passed “ inspection” and almost every part on the car needs replacement !!!!

Took longer than estimated, but good service

We saw the truck we wanted on their website and went in and met with Mike...He is awesome !! He had our trade valued while we test drove and then sat down with us, taking time to find our best options...No pressure !! Gave us time alone to talk things over....Best salesman ever !! Needless to say we drove our new truck home 😁

Misrepresented Options - Wasted Time and GasI saw a posting on AutoTrader and Romans website. Both stated that the vehicle had a sunroof and leather seats. After talking to dealer about the P/U, I drove over 200 miles R/T and found that it was lacking both options. They offered to install aftermarket sunroof but by then I had a sour taste and walked out. No other real apologies. Could have at least offered to pay for wasted gas.

Bait and switch advertising practices. If you dont trade a carand finance with them, you will not receive the advertised price.Youll find that disclaimer on the bottom of dealer comments,so you need to be very good at finding easter eggs.....I do not do business with dealers that treat their customersany less than up front in their advertising......
