The service this time was good. The reason I am not giving a 5 is due to the fact that my washer hose was broke and the motor cover disappeared at a previous service visit.

Had flat tire that I needed fix, guy ask me if I bought my vehicle from them?? Seriously, it’s 102’ weather here and I’m a customer calling you for service and yes unfortunately I have been here before guessing only depending upon how much money job is as well as if you purchase your vehicle from them! Called Walmart and yes they had no problem had wait but at least they care enough. We are Ford family always just never wasting my time calling Or stopping by here.

Best car buying experience I have had in 30 years. Easy communication with Sales manager, Jessie via email and text with extra touches from Marsha for my pre- approval. Long drive to get there but, they had everything prepared so that I could sign with finance and leave. Definitely would buy from them again. They value the customers time, money and make you feel like you matter.

Purchased cooper tires from this company on June 2019, on January 20, 2020, I had my oil changed and they told me I needed new tires. The cooper tires purchase in June had a 70,000 mile warranty on them and I had put less than 20,000 miles on them. When I mentioned this to the service department, he said he would talk to his boss and get back to me. After calling 2 or 3 times and not getting any answers, they finally called me back to let me know the best they could do was take $12 off each of the new tires because I rotated them every 10,000 miles rather than the recommended 6,000.I understand that it was my fault for not having the tires rotated as often as recommended, however only getting 29% of the expected life of the tires seems unacceptable to me.
Went in for a recall notice. The dealership staff were friendly, attentive and ready to at least try to answer all my questions. My appointment was not scheduled correctly (due to my mistake made on Ford ap) I was told to come on down to the dealership and togegher we would make a plan of action to get any problems or concerns addressed as soon as possible. Service area was very clean and comfortable. When it seems as most businesses have forgotten about customer care and satisfaction Quality Motors and there staff are setting the gold standard. My parts were back ordered but I have an appointment ready as soon as they become avaliable. Thanks Quality Motors Service Department Employess you are appreciated
Do NOT take vehicle here for repairs!!!! Had mechanic take first test drive so as to evaluate noise in front tire. Truck came back with road tire splatter on side. Then quoted that hub an bearings needed replaced at the cost of $988!!! The they charged me $54 for this diagnosis!! Second opinion,,front tires needed rotated an alignment. Dont trust this service department!!!!!!

After reading the first review I felt compelled to share my most recent experience at Chrysler Quality Motors. My visit included a routine oil change and tire rotation; I did not request synthetic oil. Back when I purchased my vehicle, from a different Chrysler dealership, I also purchased a Mopar 5-Year Essential Care plan for oil changes. Before my scheduled appointment, I called Chrysler to confirm the details of my plan. I was told that I would be responsible for the tire rotation costs; however the oil change and associated labor costs were covered at any Chrysler dealership in the U.S.. If I requested synthetic oil then I would have to pay the difference between whats covered by the plan and the synthetic oil change costs. At the time of my appointment, I was told that my plan did not cover labor costs associated with my vehicles oil change and that they would let it slide this first time. After that, any other oil changes would only be $20 off. I was also told that people come in with these warranties and plans all the time and they have to pay the difference in labor. I immediately called the dealership where I purchased my vehicle AND Chrysler to share this information. At this point I assumed that there was a miscommunication about how my plan worked. Both the dealership and Chrysler told me that I was not responsible for additional labor costs associated with the oil change I requested. I shared this information with a service department employee and I was told that they would talk to their service manager about my concerns. While I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and worked on lesson plans for the upcoming school year, the service manager sat down next to me to have a conversation about my essential care plan. This conversation quickly turned into a lecture about because I chose to purchase my vehicle and plan from another dealership, I was making them lose money with my oil change. I pointed out that I spoke with Chrysler and they confirmed that my Mopar plan covered the cost of the oil change. He then insinuated that those customer service people at Chrysler are underpaid and dont know what theyre talking about. After a few additional comments about how I was making them lose money and snide remarks about Chrysler and their Mopar essential care plan I purchased, I chose to no longer engage in a conversation with the service manager. I was asked if I wanted to continue discussing the plan and I said, Nope, I want my keys and I want to leave. I paid for the tire rotation, thanked the service department employees, and cried my whole drive home. This whole experience was nothing short of belittling, rude, and disrespectful. I felt persecuted for bringing my vehicle to Chrysler Quality Motors for an oil change when I did not purchase my vehicle or plan from them; I dont even reside in Independence! From here on, my family and I will be taking our Chrysler vehicles to another dealership.

Ford hybred towed in to Quality. family been customers for years,no one asked. Promised to fix in 3 days.Still did not look at it on 4th day. On 4th day and 5th day Maintenance mgr complained about my bringing a hybred in to them. He said that it could be one of 10000 things, and that he might have to send off to Nashville, TN to get parts.He made me cry both days. Called a second time on 5th day asked to speak to owner, Maintenance supervisor called me back right away, chewed me out and said they would not work on a hybred and told me to come and pick up my car and take it elsewhere.They were obviously very busy and could not keep up with the repairs that they had. They lost me and other family and friends as future customers. As far as I am concerned they dont exist and I would never go back...rude rude rude I am elderly and felt abused by them. Later, I fould out that others have had bad experiences as well and take their vehicles to Wichita. I then went to Doenges in Bartlesville, courteous from the get-go and classy! fixed it in one day,did not cost me a cent extended warranty took care of it all!!!!! Happy ending for me!!!
