Was there last weekend to get some tires mounted on my truck. I was very pressed for time that day, and ended up having my dog with me. Not only did the guys get me in and out very quickly, but they were nice enough to let my dog come in the waiting room with me. There was a small issue with a damaged tpms sensor, but they got that taken care of immediately, and without question. Ive noticed a massive decline in customer service throughout this country over the last decade or so, but not at richline! Those guys were great! Their level of customer service is outstanding, and Ill definitely be a returning customer! Keep up the great work, guys!

DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE YOU CARE ABOUT TO RICHLINE! 10/5/2021This shop is more concerned about looking COOL and working on the Owner JDs custom cars than their PAYING customers. Horrible customer service and installation.2020 Ford with 12, 000 miles, truck taken in to have a 7 ReadyLift installed along with 37 Toyo ATIIIs with Alignment. Custom wheels already on vehicle.Frank was great to deal with and said no issues what so ever with the parts chosen by me. They came with Great recommendations from fellow car guys and shops.2 day job, was 3 days. Called said it was ready, PAID the balance due $,$$$.$$ and left Excited to have the work done and it looked great!Drove home 45 mins away and when I arrived noticed black rubber all over the passenger side of my truck.They had installed my front tires and done an alignment with both front tires touching the drop spindles from the new lift....*pictures attached*The passenger side tire was scraped smooth of the sidewall lugs! The front tires Toed in so much it was riding on the outer edge of tire.Both are major safety issues when driving at Highway speeds.Called immediately and informed the shop with pictures. Frank said they would pick it up the next day and fix. Long story short. Did not pick it up, I had to PAY to have it towed to Independence.Said it was an issue with alignment. Took it back in and they put wheel spacers on to fix rub and ordered a new Toyo tire. 3rd time to take it back for the new tire. I was blamed for the wheel and tire not fitting correctly. Remember, they took it all apart and put it back together, NOT me.No apology, no accountability, no customer service.They hold themselves up as a custom car shop, but do not have the employees or knowledge of cars / equipment they use to get the job done correctly.Truck is still not aligned correctly and they broke a Vacuum line in the engine compartment, due to not providing their employees proper areas to work in. So I need a new air intake, now!Saying bring it back, AGAIN! One of the WORST experiences I have had at a shop that I have taken any of my custom vehicles to. Asked for the owner to call me...NOTHINGDont waste your TIME or MONEY with RICHLINE!Not worth the headache or safety issues.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone; Richline sold me some tires and less than nine months later and no more than 13K miles on the tires I had inner belts break on three different tires; Richline wouldn’t back their product and their only “solution” was to sell me a different set of tires at cost. The owner JD didn’t even have the balls to come out of his hiding hole to talk to me face to face. Nothing worse than a company that doesn’t back their products coupled with a nutless owner.

Came in with a certain idea of wheels I wanted for my truck, the salesman Ivan took that into consideration and came up with a few ideas. He picked out some really nice wheels that complimented the look of my truck. Great job would recommend 👌

The staff lacks the appropriate customer service. There is no flow with this shop. It should be a well oiled machine and everyone should be in sync with each other but staff does not communicate with one another and that causes customers to be told the wrong information thus having upset customers leaving bad reviews. The owner is personable and that’s a plus but once things start going wrong for customers, that’s when he steps in to try to save the day. I get it, that’s good customer service on his part but it should never get to that point.And I already paid my bill in full so it doesn’t matter now but it would be in good faith if the shop started printing off itemized receipts. Pretty disappointing when you get a receipt for $4000 but it doesn’t indicate what is priced at what cost. Especially once you go online and look up that same SKU # for that specific wheel or lift and you find that you yourself could have actually bought that from the manufacturer for LESS than what you bought it for from Richline.Also, not sure what brand of tint you use but I think that was the most disappointing thing out of the whole package. At this point I feel like I could have bought a better roll of tint from O’reillys and that’s saying a lot.I thought I’d have a new place to call home with Richline but unfortunately I will not be back for any additional purchases or work. 4WP (4 wheel parts) and KC Trends have been good to me so this must be my punishment for trying somewhere new.

This dude and company is a workhorse and their work speaks for itself. Then you want to talk about the selection in store, mind blowing. And dont think if they dont have it, they cant get it fast. They have a customer for life.

I got my lift kit an wheels an in March an its November an i have not got my inserts still im upset they say the or on shipping an this is the 4th pair that they said they send out

Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place for a lift. They charged me $300 for new Upper control arms that I didn’t need and didn’t even get installed on my truck. If I didn’t pay attention then I wouldn’t have caught it. The installer didn’t follow instructions so I had to drive there again to have it realigned and the installer broke my front springs so I got charged $300 again for new front shocks and springs. To top it off they threw away all the parts that were already installed on my truck without even asking if I wanted them. Very disappointed with the experience.

I bought a lift get that wasnt stock. It says a restocking fee of 25% is special ordered we did not order this kit. The management charged me 10% instead to restock this. There is no signs or statements on the receipt the shows there should be a 10% restocking fee. He stole $100 from me be aware of this customers dont buy anything from them and take it home they will get you. They never would show us where it says 10% on the receipt.

I apologize, I forgot the technician that worked on truck but he put a 7.5 inch lift, 35 inch tires and 22 inch rims im a day!!!! The owner of the company was EXTREMELY nice as well. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Ive literally called 3 days in a row to speak to a rep about sets of rims. The rep assured me hed call me back by the end of day or next morning with my quotes. Next day comes around nothing, so i call back. This time i couldnt even get a rep so i left a message in hopes i would get a call back. Still nothing. Call back this morning, just to be placed on hold. This place is a joke. Better luck elsewhere i guess.

Got a 7 in lift on my chevy only took a day and only cost 1800 plus got a wrangler done 2.5 in only 980 come thru!

Got 6inch lift tires and wheels, amp steps,locking lugs and more,so my amp steps did not get put on and had to hunt old steps and tires down when i got there also so i had to schedule a new appointment for my steps 2 weeks out,i live a hr away up north but droped truck off to get my amp steps put on with locking lugs i nvr got and for them to put sensors in my tires or to program them.i got off work urbered there,remind u i spent 35 from there and 35 to get there from urber and they nvr got to it...just not happy about my experience there,i am not the type to do this but it has been an headache

Ryan was a tremendous help! First thing I did was get my windows tinted. After that experience, I decided to order my wheels and tires through him. I only waited 3 days for them to be shipped and they were installed on my truck quickly. Horrible service and communication! Had to come back three different times and ended up having another shop fix their mistakes.

Told me the safety glass in my Ford Explorer was 15%…from the factory. Might think twice if doin tint. They wheels usually on point.Update To your reply: If that was the case and factory was 20% then every vehicle from the factory would be illegal in a state that has a 35% law like Kansas. And that’s not what your “technician” said. He said if he put anything over it it would only darken 2-3%. Instead of just saying they didn’t know about my apt and they didn’t want to do it they gave some lame excuse. One star now.

If you value your time, choose a different business to support. The epitome of over promise and under deliver. They have told me MULTIPLE times that my tire would be ready at a certain time. Each time, they have failed to have my tire ready. I have taken off work and wasted my time sitting in their lobby. I would much rather be told a longer, correct, turn over time than be lied to. Shame on them.

After going to a bunch of different tire shops over the past week Kyle was able to set me up with some awesome looking wheels and tires that have set me up for some great adventuring. After the wheel and tire change the car absorbs more shock from the road, stops better, and provides even better handling in the rain. Overall, the ride is much more comfortable. All in all great experience!

Today on 2 July of 2021 I was supposed to have an appointment to get my jeeps leveling kit put on. I came right at opening so it could be done first thing. Not even 5 minutes after dropping my keys at the front desk another gentleman comes to tell me they misscheduled me, and I was supposed to be there on the 1st. Instead of apologizing for error he tried to defend the salesman saying it was busy that day. ( 2 people besides myself at the sales desk must be busy.). Not one call from them on the 1st........ He did schedule it in for today, and said it would be an hour before my car got into the shop. I waited 2 hours, and my suv had not moved so then asked if I should get an uber home, and if I could pick up my jeep in the morning.Come to find out my leveling kit was not even there, and was not shipping out until next Tuesday.Talk about dropping the ball. I was also gonna get wheels and tires from them next month, but that will not happen. I will not go back, and will make sure everyone I know stays away from this shop. I hope anyone reading this does as well. This would have been my third vechile you would of have worked on. I preferred you guys when you had the smaller shop. Custoner service was way better. You lost a repeat customer.

Richline did an outstanding job on my 1995 Tahoe they did a 6 inch lift with 24 x14 rims on 35s. The truck turned out amazing. My service agent Kyle helped guide me through the process and kept me informed throughout the build which was really helpful. I cant wait to start another project thanks again Kyle.

Im getting ready to lower my 2019 Ram truck extremely low. I needed 22 tall wheels no wider than 9 so they would fill the fenderwell perfectly, but still able to tuck under with the drop. I tried a few other large wheel and tire companies around KC, however no one was able to find the size/style/bolt pattern I was wanting. I had never been to Richline before. When I walked in Kyle was able to find exactly what I wanted very quickly. He also helped me find tires too, for a very reasonable price.
