I love this store... they have everything and they will take all your coupons, even the expired ones! I also found some sweet deals on duvet covers on clearance (80% off!!!).

This place has anything and everything that most places dont. High end cookware, bedding, bathroom, and things you never even knew existed.

I love BB&B! The almost always have what I need. I say almost because they arent a grocery store as well.

Nice place with unique items. Everything from julianne peelers to oil diffusers to bedding sets.

A sad relic of a time gone. They are vastly over priced for their limited selections. I think they solely survive off of wedding and baby registrys. You are way better off shopping at amazon or any other box store.

I came in here to get a key made. I was looking for the old school way, like actually talking to a real person and getting it made in person. This was a machine, the key was very jagged, and its for my daughter, so I ended up going to Ace Hardware, to talk to a real person, and get another key made for less money.

Went there to get a shark robot, they didnt have any. Usually they have everything. Maybe next time Im looking for something they will have it.

Really like this place the have some unique stuff and with the coupons the prices are better then they would be. Like the fact that alot of things are set out for display so you can see the item before purchasing it. Sometimes they have really good deals on their clearance items. I know they are closing alot of their store, i just hope this does not end up being one of them.

A little pricey for what they have. Weve found some stuff in there before and most of it isnt super expensive but some things are just a little pricey for what they are. We did find a really nice blanket that was discounted once. Random good finds I suppose. Worth it if you have a coupon maybe.

The staff were very helpful finding the prices on items that were missing tags. We found some very nice blankets on clearance. There is an excellent selection of curtains. We took advantage of the beyond plus program and saved our membership fee already on todays purchase. Well be taking advantage of the free shipping and 20% discounts to order additional items online.

Great. Found a couple patio chairs and a few kitchen items... So I am very happy. Not crowded so I really had a nice visit there. Will be back to get more kitchen pans after pay day. Love the fact they have everything I need. One stop shop.

My experience was okay. As a former employee, I was disappointed to see the things that were required of each employee when I worked there (greeting every customer, asking customers if they need help, walking customers to locations to help them find items) were no longer being done at this location as well as several others in the KCMO area. That customer service made BB&B unique and kept me from ordering from Amazon, so I dont know which one will be my choice for my next purchase. Still great products but Ill probably only shop there after Amazon sells out of something I need.

Do you know where ghosts like to shop?Bed, Bath, and the Beyond. Come on, man! Its home goods. If you want something cheap thatll fall apart in a few weeks, go to the Walmarts. If you want something of quality that will last, this is the place to go. Sure, the garbage at other places might be cheaper, but it is, as I said, garbage. We need to support our local business like this or theyll go away. Lets keep our BB&B where it is, right here in our community.

My fiancé and I went in to the store today to register for our wedding. We went to another store this morning and we were less than impressed with them. They pretty much sat us at a computer to fill out our info and handed us a scan gun with no guidance at all only to realize they had almost nothing in the store.When we walked into bed bath and beyond we were instantly greeted by a sweet girl. Who immediately called on her radio to have someone meet us at the registry desk. Only a moment later Hannah came over and sat down with us. She was so sweet! She asked us questions about where we lived, when our wedding was and some details about it! She filled out the registry info with us. And explained everything in depth and even gave us a copy of a checklist to follow. She also printed us out inserts for our invitations stating we were registered there. When we were ready to start scanning items. She showed us how to use the gun and even offered to have someone guide us through the store. She was available to us the entire time we were there. When we were done she went through our registry with us and joked with us. She printed the whole thing for us. And even explained how to access it from home and showed us where everything was on the website.We can’t say enough good about her! She made our day! And it made it feel like our wedding was a big deal! I have friends who are engaged also and I will be telling them to go see Hannah and bed bath and beyond!!

I’ve been to several locations but the staff in Independence is absolutely the best! They are always friendly and helpful. Their registry dept always has someone that can help you. Plus the ladies at the register always smile and laugh with the customers!

I had never been to this store before, and was shocked by the variety of choices available. Based on its name its more beyond than bed and bath. But research some of your selections on prices, where the kitchen items are priced great, I went to the bathroom area, I needed a new curling brush, with blower, it was 79.99. But I new better, went to Walmart and got it for $19.99. so, thinking quality? I was replacing one that I had used for 7 years.

I tried finding the remote from click and Christopher Walken wasnt working that day. So I tried sleeping on one of the beds and I got woken up by an employee and said that I either have to buy something or leave. So I bought something and then left that was my adventure to the Beyond

Dont sell food dehydrators in store. Small selection of food processors and the 40$ French fry cutter I got broke on the first potato, am taking back today.

This well established store is well designed and organized. The wait staff are friendly and eager to help. The store is stocked with almost everything imaginable for in home use. I was amazed at the variety of products available. They have a great supply of Keurig and other brands of coffee pods and machines. Kitchen ware, bedding, draperies and on and on. A great place to browse or shop and run. We shop there often and will continue to go back.

What doesnt this store have??? Make sure you bring those coupons they mail you.... Even the expired ones. You can use one for each item you purchase & if you have a stack of them they are always great at telling you which ones to use to get the best deals.

Theres so many good options it makes buying something difficult! They are good, reputable brands with comparable prices for those brands. Some people think its expensive, but you get what you pay for. I am a big fan of their kitchenware and that sort of thing. Theyre awesome.

Only -1 star because the aisles are disproportionate to the size of the carts. :D Every time someone is coming from the opposite direction its like a game of chicken to determine who is going to push their cart into another aisle so the other can get by.Otherwise, this place is great. There was a lady walking around actually helping folks out while we were here. She helped us get something down from a top shelf that needed their ladder. Helped numerous other people too. Plenty of registers open is a relief. Easy to find everything that is on sale, and everything is priced correctly. This one doesnt have the food section that some of the newer stores do since World Market is actually next door.

Ive gone to Bed, Bath & Beyond a couple of days in a row to get a large collection of Christmas stockings. I forgot who helped me.she was a wonderful help to me and went and got all the matching stockings she could find over the period of two days.I think maybe her name is Shelby. Great customer service!

You used to be able to find just what you needed here and end up spending more money shopping in the process. They sell instant pots (inflated price) but dont sell replacement silicone rings. I was told they were available online. I dont want to order online. There seems to be a lot of junk stuff on the shelves. None of the few sales associates were particularly helpful. This was the first time I left that store without buying a thing.
