Kind and patient staff, even though they were dealing with computer app difficulties on the day I visited. Good variety of mattresses to test, but supply bottlenecks on my first choice mattress made me decide to choose a different mattress than the one I preferred (not Mattress Firms fault - manufacturer issues). The store associate was helpful with the recommendation of a second choice.

I just bought a new mattress about a week ago and new sheets, sheets were being shipped separately as they would likely arrive faster. Service in store great BUT I have read countless reviews about one individual and thought this must be one amazing person! I called today to ask about when my sheets might be here, just checking, and was informed the warehouse for my specific sheets was on backorder. It is happening alot with everything from appliances to faucets due to C19 so I understand and at that very moment she goes above and beyond what I wouldve ever expected! All these reviews about Brittany are 100% true! She is so kind and truly loves her job and no matter how she can, helping her customers! I cant wait to meet her! The hype is real! If you need a new bed or pillows or sheets GO SEE HER at the Independence or Blue Springs location, I promise you will not regret it!

We had a good experience. Very helpful staff. Clay was our salesperson. A little disappointed they only deliver in our area twice a week so we must wait 16 days for delivery. We only live 12 minutes from the store. Other than that we were very satisfied with the sale.

I went to Mattress Firm in Independence Mo this afternoon. First I called and talked to a nice young man on the phone . I think his name was Shanard to see if they carried any beds in a box at their store . I made it a point to tell him I wanted one that was soft and for pressure points and he said that they did have one in their store and I asked if they had them out where you could lay on them and try them. He said yes so I ran up there got with him he helped me I tried it out oh my word it was the 10 in Sleepys Memory Foam Doze Twin Prime. Thanks to that nice young man I may NEVER got out if bed again. I came in looking for a king size mattress that would work for me and my boyfriend. I love plush, soft and he prefers basically the floor... Brittany was beyond helpful and patient as we tried mattress after mattress until we found the perfect fit! 10/10 would recommend you go see her to find your next mattress.

We had not bought a mattress is many years and were totally in the dark regards to all the new styles and materials. Cameron Batschke though showed us the light by explaining all the different materials, levels of firmness, and hybrid models. Also he educated us on all the different types of bases. We were very impressed with his knowledge. We did want to shop around a bit though so after visiting 1 other large store, we were not impressed with their sales tactics or knowledge. We hurried back and ended up buying two bed sets from Cameron. He really knows his stuff. Thank you for a wonderful bed buying experience.

I liked the sales guy Johnathan but when I tried to pay for my 3551.00 purchase the money came out of my bank account but the computer didnt recieve payment. I did get my money back into my account but Im not going to be purchasing from them. I will get what I want shipped to me directly from the manufacturer.

Our Salesman was super friendly. My complaint is on the quality of the product and the warranty that come with the mattress. We purchased a Sleepy Brand Queen Mattress for our high school age son. The salesman guaranteed us it would last him through college and had a 10 year warranty. Just barely 2 years after we purchased it there was a huge sag in the middle and on one side of the bed. After sending in multiple pics of the mattress to their warranty company we were told our warranty was void because there was a stain up by the head of the bed (which was no where near the places in the the mattress where it was miserably failing). (our son had spilled a drink while laying down before we got the mattress cover we had ordered. It was about 3-4 inches across.) They were completely unwilling to work with up or back their product. I will NEVER purchase anything from a Mattress Firm again and would discourage anyone else also. If they are not going to back their product and honor their warranty, my money would be better spent elsewhere.

The sales representative took time to find out our specific needs and verified which mattresses were available for delivery within one week. There was no pressure to buy and when we made our selections he took care of us quickly. We also purchased the sub-zero pillows. I highly recommend the Independence store.

My husband and I came in not knowing what we wanted. Brittany got us started right away on a few different options based on our sleeping habits and positions. She offered all the options available to us without being pushy, got us set up with some unexpected interest free financing, and even saved us some money by offering a foundation for our new mattress that was just a slightly different color (still matching, though) than the original.Well definitely be back in another year or so to get a mattress for our son, and in the meantime well be recommending Brittany and Mattress Firm to anyone we know in the market for a new bed!

So needing a new matress for 2nd bedroom.Have been looking around and researching online. I tried out many and like Goldilocks herself, I found just the right one. Becky was great help. I never felt pressured in anyway, just a very good experience. Matress will be delivered in 2 days. I also purchased the matress protector and a new pillow. Becky knows her matresses and how to treat people.

Bryan was great. Bryan was attentive and personable without being a pushy salesman. He was very truthful about the different products. I like the visual displays he had in the store. He was able to help numerous people without anyone feeling neglected. If I need another mattress I would definitely come back and see Bryan for help.

We really needed a new bed. Our salesman John was amazing, super helpful and kind. However when it came to the corporate side of things and paying it was definitely a huge headache. Attempted financing and said it would take 10 days to process (Even though I have financed with them before and paid it off early.) Said I could write a personal check and they ran it, refused it and would not give me a reason. Went to the bank and got a cashiers check, and they refused it. Finally, went back to the bank and cashed my own cashiers check and brought plain green cash to pay. I have never seen a company refuse multiple types of payments including a cashiers check. I sure hope the new mattress is super comfortable and it was worth the hassle.

Made sure we understood the differences between the bed types, and made us very comfortable in making sure we got what we wanted and for our price range. Great financing options, good prices, even better sale! We are excited to get the new bed delivered this Saturday. Jerry M. made the experience awesome, this coming from a guy who always gets buyers remorse from spending anything lol. Spent more than initially wanted (my choice), but Im now confident I will be happy in our new bed. Will definitely come back for more pillows and the next mattress purchase!

The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable, if maybe a bit pompous because of his knowledge. Unable to have delivery for a month, but he made it right and we know we made the right choice.About price, they can in $2-300 less than others wed researched.

The sales associate that assisted me did a wonderful job being quick and helpful with my purchase of 2 twin XL box springs. He assisted in carrying the box springs to the truck and provided twine for me to tie them down.

I was helped by Jerry while looking for a new mattress. I was impressed with his knowledge and his customer service was excellent. He was able to find me a great deal on one of their display mattresses since they were having a closeout sale or something like that. I had already received the mattress and then after the fact checked my voicemail and I had received a message from him explaining that the mattress he sold me had an issue and that they were issuing me a brand new mattress for no additional cost. I mean who does that you know? Needless to say I was very happy with my experience and will continue to shop here in the future.

Today was my second time purchasing from this location. Each time has been a really easy experience. Jim took the time to help my mother make a decision on the best mattress for her. When it time to replace mines again I will come see Jim!

When we went in, we werent sure of what mattress my husband and I were wanting let alone all the different styles to choose from. Everyone at this store was very friendly and helpful. They knew their products very well and helped us find the perfect mattress for the best price. The store was also very clean and organized, with the perfect amount of decorations for their sale. There were even some blocks for kids to play with as well as snacks and water for customers. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and not pushy. They still had the job of selling to me but didnt push me towards anything I didnt want. It made for a very quick and enjoyable experience. They helped to load one of the mattress sets I bought into my SUV after setting up a delivery appointment for my second set. Unfortunately Im not in the market for another mattress set anymore but I make sure I let anyone else I know who is about how professional they were towards me. Job well done.

I went mattress shopping with my wife on Black Friday. We went to several mattress stores and department stores to try to shop and compare, and there was no comparison! Justin at Mattress Firm at the Independence Commons was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a hard time getting people to help us at other places, or even answer our questions. Justin walked us through the process and helped us narrow down our selection. He could tell us the difference between brands, and even gave us covers to put down so we could comfortably try out the beds without worrying about germs or dirt.
