Told him I had to work on Saturday, he proceeded to tell me that they are closed Sunday & Monday. I offered to pay a cash down payment, just to hold the car til Tuesday. He said, not necessary. Its yours, and we were shaking hands on it!Came Tuesday morning...they sold it!!! I couldve spent all day Monday looking for another car, while I was off work☹️. The Salesman had my number, as I had his. Since theyre closed Monday; I didnt bother to text til Tuesday morning, first thing.They couldve let me know Saturday, via text, that they sold it!!! ***** Greedy. *****Lying! *****My time; no vehicle means nothing. The entire staff there is very nice extremely helpful and they’re willing to work with you they find something that works with the money you have to put down help you get the insurance and even give you a temp tag. Qualifying for financing was no hassle at all and they have a huge selection of cars. Place is a joke. Look over car your thinking about buying well they dont have real Mechanic s look at the cars. Bought a car from them realized window didn’t work. there so called mechanic diagnosed it ordered parts and set me up with install day. Wasted another trip there waited for parts to be installed just to be told there mechanic had no clue what he is doing. So the shop you see is just show these people know nothing about the actual cars being sold. So would look somewhere else for quality

Bought a Jeep from there paid cash. It was in the shop 2 different times and they still didnt fix it right. My husband had to do it when he got back in town. And now that its warmer. The air conditioner (that they fixed before I bought it ) well it doesnt work. Not happy at all. Something else we have to fix. Friendly people there. Just wont ever buy anything else there again.

I would give them 2.5 if possible. They claim to fully service cars before they are sold but that is a lie. My car had used toothpicks in the console (more than 5) old receipts, feminine hygiene products and Marijuana paraphernalia in it. Also, 1 or 2 days after purchasing the vehicle my oil light came on and I took it to have it serviced only to find out there was ZERO OIL IN THE CAR. That could have been disastrous! Lastly,While searching for something I dropped in the car I discovered a pretty large hole under the drivers seat that leads directly to the ground. You can see straight through the hole to the ground! I called and was told by rosemary that someone in the service department would call me, never got a call. Im pretty sure that is not safe! Id also like to add I was highly pressured to leave a good review. Overall I do not find them trustworthy but they are friendly.

Do not buy a used car from these people. They are a rip off. My husband bought a 02 Honda Civic from them and paid $5,000 took to our mechanic all kinds of issues with it. Only 3 doors lock, radio doesnt work after market radio in it, something wrong with a bearing. Please beware of what your buying from them.

I handled most the buisness with Cody. After a week of driving the car everything is working fine besides the A/C unit and speakers that were blown out. I cant speak for how well the dealerships financing works but if you want to purchase a car for cash and need 7 days to get it all then theyll ask you to put 500$ towards it. Obviously this 7 day deposit is only necessary if youve driven the vehicle, absolutely know its the car you want and 100% have the ability to pay with those 7 days. Otherwise its not necessary. I would buy a car from here again.

Late but accurate review. I bought a beautiful 2010 BMW in November 2018. I smelled a little oil on a test drive but the salesman told me that weren’t going to do any repairs. A Month later I had it checked out by a dealership and found $5000 worth of repairs needed including a $1600 oil pan gasket, $700 oil housing gasket and $700 ball joint, $450 PDC malfunction that needed repair. My advice, have an independent evaluation before you buy any used car. I was lucky to have the $$ to pay this car off early and finally get these repairs done. The car is still really nice looking but I’m sure they knew of these issues before they sold the car. The owner/salesman was using it to drive when I bought it.

HORRIBLE. We test drove a car and it seemed to be working great. A week later it started having issues. Wishing the first month of purchase we must have taken it to their repair shop 5 time till they finally told us it was the engine and basically said we were out of luck and did nothing to help us. Now that we have decided to make payments for a new engine our transmission is going out. Absolutely devastated. Will never purchase from again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bought a car from this people a little more than a year ago, the engine is being acting weird since I bought it, shaking more than usual and I was aware of it, but the check engine light wasn’t on so I thought it was going to be an easy fix, comes to be that the check engine light was disconnected. It’s being more than a year and nobody knows what’s wrong with my car, worst decision ever coming to this dealer. Never thought they would disconnect the check engine lights to make their cars seem in good shape.

Super friendly staff seems Iike for older vehicles on some. The down-payments are a little over priced was my only dilemma other then that good customer service plus the other vehicles I liked at as well had major scratches rust some had a lot of rust and dents as well and some had no rust if Im going to buy with my money I am definitely not paying several grand for rust and vehicles with 140 thousand miles and up for sure thats was just my experience i no I wont be going back i wasnt very impressed with there selection .
