No trouble making the switch from Verizon to Metro staff was cool & very knowledgeable about the equipment they were selling

Stood outside in the cold for over 30 minutes while waiting on them to come back from a bathroom break today. I ended up giving up and going home without even seeing an employee. Would not recommend to anyone.

If I could give the worker I had an A minus x 100 I would. I was verbally assaulted by her and that was after I witnessed her verbally assault a gentleman on the phone. She was the most rude person in Customer Service I have ever encountered! We have been with this store for almost 5 years. We have always been treated well and respected by the young people that work at this location until the other day. All I wanted to do was find out if I could get a cheaper plan before I paid for my service for the next month. My husband lost his phone and decided not to get another. We were paying 90.00 a month for service for 2 phones. After his was cancelled the bill was still like 67.00 for my service. I explained to her that I have WIFI at home and didnt require much data, I didnt want anything but simple phone service. She told me that she could drop it down to 50.00. I told her that it was still to much because we are disabled and on a fixed income. She said that was the best she could do. Mind you, she had an attitude from the time we walked in. I told her I didnt want the 50.00 and she started getting loud with me and saying rude comments and pointed at the door! I left and called customer service for help and they said she needed to be retrained because I could get the 30.00 a month plan, which I did and thanked the young man for just helping me and being educated in his jobs policies. This girl needs to be fired and get into another line of work like, working in an auto repair shop, a bar or bill collecting! I told her that her attitude stunk and that is why people yelled at her like the man on the phone. She smirked at me in front of other customers and said, My attitude is just fine, thank you. and again pointed at the door. I will never go into that store again, EVER and do not recommend it to anyone else either.

This was an odd experience paying my bill in person. Now I see why I usually pay online. Both employees seemed to be jacked up on cocaine. White female with blonde hair and a white male with brown hair. The males name was Nick. They were both rushing around the store even though there were no customers and the back closet door was open. When I walked in the female greeted me in a rush and soon after Nick came flying out of the closet. Both were using outside voices indoors. Very odd experience, wont be back to this location for any of my cellular needs.

It was super quick to activate my phone. I was helped by Devin. He was really nice, funny, and knowledgeable. I definitely will return if I have any problems with my phone.Update: Came back a week later to activate my dads phone and had another great experience. Geary configured the phone to do exactly what I needed it to! Excellent customer service! :)

This location has great employees. Stop in to see them.

We went in today to use our upgrade and Geary was AWESOME! He was able to answer all our questions and was honest about the phones we selected. The store is very clean and everything they offer is easily visible. I plan on using this dealer every time!

This location has a staff that will ease your mind about making the switch. Metro PCS is grand enough as a company. The service is great in comparison to other no contract companies.

I usually go to this location since its a block from home. Last time was the fastest time in and out for a new phone, ever, from anywhere. My only complaint is their accessory prices are *so* high. I usually end up going to a different location for cases.

My visit for today was really good,friendly staff! I felt like Ive known them for my whole life! I will be returning!

My problem didnt get resolved but the guy that helped me was very nice and honest. He told me he may not be able to fix my problem but then told me when his manager would be in and that they were more knowledgeable about the apps than him which I thought was genuinely very nice and helpful!

Very unprofessional employee for service. Walked in because MetroPCS asked me to go in the store to continue setup of new device. Upon entering he was very rude and laughed at a friend of mine. Dont go here.

I found out that I could get a 2 day extension and my phone was off for almost 3 weeks and it was still available for me and I didnt even know it it could be done and I have been with metro for about a year thank you very much your help was very much appreciated !!!!!!!

I got robbed by the only employee there. i bought. the galaxy j7 wich was supposed to be free if u switch services. when i checked my received he charged me 142 dollars. he added some portable charger for 39 dollars and a screen protector that i never asked him to add. becareful with this thief metro pcs got working for them

Got my friend $100 phone it wasnt free as advanced. He didnt gave me gas money as he promised Alfred say he spended all his money .

A busy store thats usually understaffed but the employees are really helpful and have good attitudes.

I went in there today and jordan in there told me how harmful power clean was so it went ahead and removed now my phone works great. Good job guy.

I went up to get a new phone and they messed up and I never got a new phone and now they say I dont qualify anymore after they messed everything up. And they say they cant do anything about it.

Went to do an upgrade on my phone, had a 16Gb with android 7 to a 32 GB with android 6. They told me it was the newer android 8. So I switched to cricket.

It seems that Everytime I got a problem with my phone they know what to do about it
