They are lifesavers! I came in after my phone was stolen and I was feeling fairly down on my luck. Nick, the store manager, assisted me in getting a replacement SIM card swiftly, despite a few issues caused by my plan holder. All around great customer service experience, very thankful to have run into Nick.
If I could give them no stars I would. T-Mobile customer service said that they need to replace our phone as it was a software issue that caused it to crash. We took the phone in to the store and they made excuses over and over as to why it was not he software update that caused the crash, even though it was. The employees even tried to make us void the warranty on the phone and told us to take our phone to a phone repair shop to get it fixed. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE EMPLOYEES. The update caused the screen to crash on a new phone. Then the manager was able to get the screen on for a split second after 4 days of waiting for our replacement phone, the screen has black spots in it now, and stated that it was our fault and they would not fix it. This phone laid in a drawer for 4 days as the screen does not work since the update. Now we are not only out the money for the phone but we have to buy a new phone to replace this or use our insurance. The store manager here is a crook and is only worried about stuffing his own pockets. The employees that care about the customers, know this, and they will go above his head to help the customer, but they are risking him firing them for following T-Mobile procedures. T-Mobile does not want to fix the problems that this store has created for their customers, I am going to look for a phone service that cares about their customers.
The employees were really great, but they couldnt fix my problem. When I switched my phone from Verizon to t-mobile, about 25% of my text messages continued to go to my old phone. They could not figure out how to get them to come to the new phone.

I only went in to swap my SIM card and to get the free scarf via the T-Mobile Tuesdays app. I left with both, feeling very satisfied.I have had T-Mobile in the past, over 10 years ago, back when companies had contracts still, and they were amazing to me, even then.

Called T-Mobile tonight an talked to Dakota. Very helpful an knowledgeable. Told him about thread I had read about replacing SIM card from iPhone cause service hadn’t been as good on my Sprint iPhone . He replied why an what an said come in an we’ll replace. Wife an I drove straight up, Dakota asked if I had just called an worked me in with another service provider. The whole thing took 30 min an now see I have great coverage again. Long wait to return a phone that was bought yesterday. Only opened the box and they charged $20 for a return fee. I will not be purchasing another phone from T-Mobile. The salesperson was professional and helpful with the return though.

I purchased the LG V60 dual screen from the Raytown T mobile location. I took it into the Noland Rd store to do a warranty exchange. I was told I had to pay a restocking fee to do this exchange, which made absolutely no sense. The phone was not damaged. I had the receipts and original box, not to mention I only had the phone for 5 days. I encountered the worst customer service with Courtney and Erica. I asked Erica could she contact her manager to get the fee waived. Erica advised me that Gustavo Gray the store manager told her to have me come back tomorrow and he would think about waving the fee. That is not the kind of customer service I would expect from a store manager. Courtney had an attitude and I wasnt even dealing with her regarding the situation. I recommend going to any other T Mobile besidesthis one
I go to this store infrequently, but when I do it consistently has 2 customers at the counter and a line of several customers waiting and backed up all the way to the door (which is awkward and uncomfortable). There’s rarely more than 2 staff present, though they could benefit immensely from having three (3) staff present the majority of the time. Twice in the last 6 months this store did not have any inventory of the T-Mobile Tuesday gifts (pillow, gloves, free stuff, etc.) on the Tuesday that they should be available. I’m not as upset about it as several of the older-lady customer that often appear to wait 3x as long as I normally would just to be told “Sorry, we don’t have any ___” after waiting 10-20 minutes for one simple answer. This just seems to be an alarming/concerning trend here at this store.I am hopeful: I do think things could get better at this store.
Walked in and got greeted right away by the sales reps. Didnt have to wait an immense amount of time for service and there was quite a couple of customers in there. Erika, Brittney, and the store manager gustavo were super helpful and welcoming. They answered all our quetions and helped set up our phones with ease. Overall really good experience and we left happy with the service. Will definitely be coming back to this store for future sevices.

The reps at this location where the best. They get to the bottom of the issue and get you answers fast. They take their time, Alphozo is the man!
This location is one of the worst, always different employees with different answers and the wait is crazy long. Ulices was not able to help me with my cellphone questions. Very sad that these new employees are careless!

The store seems little smaller than the other T-Mobile locations. Employees were friendly and the lines seem to move pretty quick.I had to come in because the web site wasnt working which always seems to be a problem when it comes bill time.

Went to pay my bill, that is under my sisters account, the customer service guy asked for my ID, understandable.. He then asked the name on the account, I told him. He then asked what he could help me with? I told him I wanted to pay my bill. He said ok. Asked how much? I told him. He then took the payment. After it processed he told me I would receive a text confirming payment. I asked for a paper receipt, he told me he cant give it to me because Im not an authorized user on the account. So if Im not an authorized user then he shouldnt have taken my payment.. When I called the store manager he said no we cant give you a receipt, so I said you shouldnt have taken my money either..... He said We wont turn down a payment, but you cant have a receipt. I said I havent gotten my text yet, mind you its approx. 4 hes later. he tells me he dont have control over that... What???? I am livid. I called my sister when she got off, she had received a text, but it didnt have the time on there. This site is so unprofessional. Everytiime I pay here there is a issue.. I will find a new pay station.... Im really disappointed in T-Mobile and its agents.

I hate being on a T-Mobile plan, but anytime I have a phone malfunction and go into the store for help they try to sell me a new phone. I need help fixing my perfectly fine phone not spending $175 on an “insured” phone. T-Mobile is a terrible rip off with terrible customer service. Don’t get a plan here.

Was on hold for 42 minutes this morning at 10:00 on a Monday morning while a lady was checking to see if they have any I was inquiring about the new galaxy s8 plus. She never took me off hold. Its okay I went to the blue springs store instead.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars but I cant. I went into this store on 03/17/2017. I purchased a Lg v20 was very happy to get the phone. The full price was 769.99. I had to put down 577.99 and also had to pay 75.00 and also sales tax of 59.48 brings it to a total of 712.47. I took the phone home started exploring the phone. Then noticed it was starting to get hot. It got hot when I called someone, hot watching a video, hot charging it. And no it was not plugged up while charging. And the charger was hot as well. And the video would buffer a lot. Took it back to the store. To get a exchange and the original was kept at the store and they sent out a new one. Which customer service said would be new as well. I end up with a refurbished phone which was getting hot and doing the same as the first. Took that one back. Problem still not resolved. Customer service keeps telling me to take it back to the store to switch it out. Because I no longer want the v20. And they said I can change it out to the phone that I want which is the same price as the prior phone. And they told me I would not have to pay a restocking fee. Im still in my buyers remorse period. So why cant I get the phone I want brand new. And the issue be solved? The manager was cool but you always have this one employee who does a switcheroo on you. Whispering and other things. When in fact that was the same person who sold me the phone. Then now that the deal is done. He acts differently. I was going to get a phone for my daughter but not at this store. Will not be returning there. And I might just switch to Sprint. Maybe they have better customer service. And will get the job done.Im missing on money I paid for lousy phones. Smh.

I went into Tmobile store because my s5 stopped working, they couldnt do anything and told me that they were ordering me a new phone that will be here 7/28/2015. I called back to tmobile to see if there is any way to get my information off my phone that wasnt backed up because its my job info. They said no and told me that I had to return the broke phone with out getting my info off and the idiot in the store NEVER ordered my phone. So the person on the phone told me they ordered it, I told them I could go to a cell repair place and they could get my info off of it, they told me that if its damaged in any way that they would charge me 400 to 600 dollars for the phone that only cost me 300.00. So basically tmobile is telling me screw you and your job all I care about is getting the phone back and you keep paying your bill. They offered me a 6.00 credit for the days I didnt have a phone but I am still without my work info that hadnt been backed up. I have called everyday since and nobody wants to make the customer (ME) happy or some what happy the kicker about it is I have only had the phone for no more than 45 days. Im calling another carrier and going to let everyone know how shitty tmobile really is. THANK YOU TMOBILE FOR LOOSING A GOOD CUSTOMER, AND HER HUSBAND AND ALL 6 OF OUR DAUGHTERS......
Went in this past Friday to get my daughter a new phone. I ended up getting a new phone for her and myself. I was told by Maruz that there was a promo to upgrade Blackberry Curves, so I did it. Today I was told that not only do I have to pay for the upgrade, but also the Blackberry. I called corporate, they said the prepaid card I will be receiving (the promo) will cover what I owe on the Blackberry, that Maruz should have done a device exchange. When I spoke to Maruz he told me he didnt know they did the Blackberrys on the EIP. He said I have JUMP on my Blackberry and I will still owe money to do the device exchange. He made it seem like it was my fault that I didnt tell him I had JUMP on my blackberry. Well, my bill doesnt show it, and Im sorry, but I spent 2 hours at the store and he was looking at my account the whole time, and he couldnt tell what I had? Very very poor service at the store! DO NOT have Maruz help you because he is VERY inexperienced and only cares about meeting his goals instead of actually helping customers. Before I left the store he was trying to get me to get a tablet. Very soon I will cancel my Tmobile account, after 7 years. They finally screwed me over and I will no longer give them my money or service.

The first and last time I will visit this store was yesterday. I went in to simply get a cheap flip phone for my business line. I asked if they were a corporate store and was told yes, we are. Found out later that they are not.I was sold a sonic 2.0 LTE hotspot for $40 but he assured me he would credit back the $40. And as a bonus he said he lowered my bill by $30 a month. Long story short. The moblie hotspot actually cost me $149 but he neglected to tell me he spread the payments over 24 months for the remaining balance. The mobile hotspot has a $50 restocking fee so i wont be ahead much if I return it.Completely lied to me on two different things that I caught.The whole experience was like a bad used car deal and I will never return.Worried to see what my next bill will actually be now with all the changes.
