Great little ice-cream shop; kind of a hole-in-the-wall type place but the ice cream is delicious and priced fairly. The staff is pretty much all young well mannered teens. If youre a coffee lover try their Jamoca; my personal favorite is Rocky Road! They have indoor and outdoor seating.

HORRIBLE prices, I was in the area because i usually go to the lee’s summit one and this baskin robbins prices are so much higher than Lee’s Summits! By A LOT. also they are horrible at cakes! Never order from here. If you truly want terrible service and terrible prices you should go here. I wish I can give 0 stars.

The 3 ladies laughing at me while I was trying to walk in.. this one is for you. I got to the store at 9:30 pm... A half hour before you closed according to google. I wouldve rather you just come to the door and tell me you closed early.. not stare at me and laugh while ignoring me. Last time Im coming back.. Very unprofessional!

This place is a huge rip off, the 2 scoop sunday was the smallest Ive ever seen in my entire life. Ive been coming here since the store was across the parking lot 37 years ago. Never again.

Two girls working about an hour before closing time and were laughing and talking disrespectfully about coworkers and customers in front of said customers, two people walked out and one lady needed her total repeated and the employee got louder and had an extremely rude tone when repeating the total and stared down the customer until she paid. They were also talking about how the water for the scoop was dirty and they werent sure when the last time it was changed was. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Never ever will I return and I will make sure everyone knows this location is disgusting and horrifying.

July 2021, 91 degrees out, cant eat inside. 2 owners were standing (bc all the table were put up) around watch the manager and 2 employees serve the ice cream. Such a weird environment.

Very tasty but very corporate, no originality here. Still the best option for ice cream in Independence now that Sheridans is a sad pathetic shadow of its former glory. Until Andys inevitably moves in to replace or kill Sheridans, this is the place to go for Ice Cream...Unless you want frozen coffee, then go to Gloria Jeans in the mall.

They were crowded and a couple of the employees didnt have their nose covered we waited for the young lady with the pretty eyes to wait on us she was wearing her mask properly and I hate you cant get samples now.

A place where you can take your child, date, friends, family for a nice classic baskin robbins ice cream. Following covid-19 regulations is up to par, I do would like how different they can deal with browsing there cakes instead of a book.

Been to this location multiple times, each time they always rude, unorganized, slow.

Usually love this place, standing in the shore right now and they told me they wouldn’t make a blended drink because they “turned their blenders off”, but they don’t close until ten. It’s 8:50, I’ve never had this happen before tonight, I really love the Frappuccino blasts, super disappointing I couldn’t get one.

Not really that good of value. Paid $3 for a tiny scoop. Just went to Glace on the plaza and we got 2 high quality scoops for $4. Baskin robbins is old news folks...try the good stuff around KC.

They are handling covid restrictions well. The options for sundaes is nice. Also try the smoothies

This place has friendly workers who are happy to serve you. They have lots of flavors but I think it is also limited to the basic favorites. Toppings and add-ons could have more variety, but overall it satisfied my sweettooth.

Customer service was great!

They had very good customer service and were very efficient at getting to all the customers in a timely manner. The only thing was that the Baskin Robbins didnt look like a stereotypical one with a building by itself. It is connected to a small shopping area with other stores next to it. You would think it was run down on the outside but on the inside, it was great.

Favorite place for ice cream. My boyfriend was very happy to find out there was a Baskin-Robbins out here. My favorite is pralines and cream. I lived in Savannah, Ga for 3 years and learned to love pralines. This ice cream is perfect.

Before I went there, I called to see if they accepted tmobile Tuesday rewards. When I got there and decided what I wanted, I gave the clerk my phone so he could show me how to claim the reward. He was very helpful. The S Noland store was the only one in Independence that takes the rewards. Independence mall and Bates City locations do not take them. My advice is to call ahead before going to save you time and gas.

Love Baskin Robbins been going there since I can remember. But I used to go to the one off Johnson drive by Roeland park Kansas. This was my first time going to the Independence location but I can say I like the outdoor seating arrangement

As a kid I learned people skills and how to value customers and to never start arguing with customers from working in a Baskin Robbins ice cream store. This store can not stay in one location, makes milkshakes like water and for the 3 visit of poor customer service and ice cream I will suggest going to Sonic to avoid this service. I wouldnt even rate it at 1 star if I didnt have to to leave a review!

Was good but the ice cream cracked my tooth

I would normally give this ice cream shop a five-star, however, our last two visits were at night and the employees could have cared less about us as customers. The last time we went in was with 6 people. There were two employees. It was obvious the guy behind the counter was not interested in helping the girl who is serving us. He stood with his back to us out of sync like he was doing something but all he was doing was standing there doing nothing

Took my daughter for ice cream on a Saturday. Hours posted on door showed to open at 11 am and the door was still locked at 1230. One of the 3 teenagers running the store finally unlocked the door. It was a little strange to me that it was 1 female and 2 male associates with the door locked during business hours.

Ive never said this in my whole life but the Ice cream is simply to die for. Especially the chocolate. Just dont get a cone unless you want a huge sticky mess.

Love this place! Icecream is always great and the family that runs the place are super. We like to enjoy our treats on the bench outside.

Every time we have visited this location, the service has been speedy and there has been a wide selection of flavors available. The diningroom has been clean and everything looks neat and organized. Just be aware that if you are looking for a very specific cake/pie flavor, you need to order it ahead. But Im sure this is the case at any location as freezer space is limited. Based on my experience, I can recommend this location and will defenitely visit again.

It was my first time going to Baskin-Robbins the workers to me didnt seem like they wanted to be there we were not greeted or anything I asked the girl behind the counter how much is two scoops in a cup would cost she said 3 dollars but it turned out to be five and some change which I found a bit high Im pretty sure I will not be back I use to go to baskin Robins all the time but I think Ill stick to going to dairy queen

She was rude and said its the freezers but yuck who would eat ice cream while smelling that? Plus its ridiculously expensive.

Of the 24 flavors, they were out of 10. The girl wouldnt even check to see if they had more in the back. We ordered a small mint chocolate chip milkshake. It was only half full. When we questioned her, she said its because that ice cream is softer than the other icecream and thats why we didnt get as much as the the small chocolate milkshake we ordered as well. I asked for a Cappuccino Blast, she said she was out of caramel and hot fudge, and couldnt make the Blast. Ive never had hot fudge in my blasts before???Also out of most cones. Finally I asked for a small scoop of the Baseball Nut and she barely gave me a full scoop.And the worst....no hair net. Her hair for sure was touching the container of icecream, when she leaned all the way in to scoop out the ice cream. She was the only one working, long lines.

Guy working is rude and racist tores my children and I, asked about kids cups and he said the single scoop so i said ok and as i look at the menu to get myself something i saw kids size and said ooh so you do have kids size and he said well most people just pay the 50 cent difference to get a bigger scoop like i have a 2 yr old and twins age 4 i dont need a bigger size i wanted kids size!!! He held my kids ice cream hostage till i paid smdh ive never been so disgusted with somebody’s customer service in my life!!!! No wonder you have a now hiring sign up in the window...

I hate to do this because Ive been a customer for a long time (since their previous location) but the past few months we have been getting horrible customer service. These teens they got working here are always rude and seem to never want to help. Ive never had an issue like this at Baskin Robin before. I am a regular customer and dont think I will be going to this location anymore. Maybe when they get new staff.
