Always fresh produce and meat. Well stocked. Been a shopper of Price Chopper since 1995. If no other store has it I usually can get it at Price Chopper

Due to Covid, store should use every other check out lanes. Instead of one next to each other. When checkers needs assistance, it is hard for assistance person or Mangers to get through lane for help when someone in other lane is checking out. Please consider!!!

NO STARS! Only a star so I could post this.I visited this store on Sunday 10/17 after church. I am disabled and use a powerchair. I used a hand basket to collect my items. Once I got ready to check out there were only 2 registers open, both with long lines. I decided to go to self-checkout. I entered the area. There was an attendant standing there. I began unloading my groceries. There was not much room to lay the items on so I was trying to hold the hand basket, scan and sack. It was a bit challenging. As I struggled to put the scanned items in the bag since there was only a very small place to lay anything, the attendant stood there watching me. Never offering to help at all. As I filled the bags I had to hold to get to a new bag and scan and then sack. Needless to say I could of used an extra set of hands. Once I emptied my hand basket there was nowhere to put it and of course the attendant didnt offer to take it. Once the fiasco was over the attendant smiled and said have a good day. I was not very happy. I stopped at the service desk on my way out and I told the lady they may want to train the attendants to offer a hand to a customer if they seem to be struggling instead of just standing there watching. The lady behind the desk just smiled and said I will talk to her. ABSOLUTLY the worst customer service ever. Neither employee cared. What was one of my favorite stores is no more. What has happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? Maybe MCKEEVERS has gotten too big to care.

This is a great store! I can always find what I need here over HyVee And the price chopper on wood chapel.. and this one is rarely busy, even around the holidays!

Store employees are super great. Iam in a wheelchair an have had several employees ask me if i need help which doesnt happen in other stores. The store is always super clean. People behind the different counters are always helpful an always asking if they can do anything for me..i have had two different employees go out of their way to help find what i was looking for. They left their department to help me find something.. Its been a very long time since iv had help like that. Plus t love their meat department an help that they give.

Nice store, I guess I missed the best time for the deli it had no selection on Sunday morning.

Friendly helpful staff and quick cashiers. The parking is decent. Bathrooms are clean if you gotta make a stop. And the customer service desk is always good!

Definitely shop here frequently. Had a situation the other day where I forgot my ribeye steaks at the store. Call the next day, brought in my receipt. Customer service to kill the situation right away without any hassle or problems. Thats the kind of customer service thats definitely needed more these days. And definitely appreciate them on that.

Helpful people. Big store. Open longer than other grocery stores in the area, although after 9pm theres only one cashier so be patient.

I absolutely hate the the receipts that you get there. I look at all of my bills completely before I leave the store. You need a calculator to figure out what you actually paid. I make them do it

Its a great place to shop for groceries.its very well stocked,very clean,friendly place.prices are somewhat higher,but the great experience there outweighs the prices.you get in and out.Their attention to the customers is outstanding. I always enjoy my shopping there.

I always regret going to this store. Its close to my house so I do have to stop in sometimes. I like shopping at Price Chopper, but this location is the worst. Alway check the expiration date! Ive lost count of how many times Ive pulled expired food off the shelves and took it to customer service. Some of the people working there can be a bit questionable too. The stockers ate always nice, but the cashiers are sometimes stand-offish

So price chopper and everyone else should understand the proper use of gloves. They are one time, one contact use only. My cashier had a pair, of what looked like food handlers gloves, that he never change between customers!!! Please stop this practice as it is disgusting and your just spreading germs around! Use hand sanitizer between customers, if your worried about germs/covid! Simple common sense.

I dont live close to a price chopper so I havent been to one for a while. They have a very good selection of fruits and vegetables. Good sales on lots of items in the store

Expensive little store! Cuddos though to employees out working . Store was clean and in order . Being on a budget was hard here as most items were over priced

Ive been shopping here most of my life. Great variety in products, always have plenty of room to shop, & always can find a person whenyou need one. The bakery is pretty general; I wish there was better variety of sweet treats to choose from.

I seem to struggle finding things I dont like the layout. Sometimes the frozen foods have some slight frost on them especially if you get food from the large open freezers.

Beef sale. Couldnt pass it up.

We have shopped at PC for years. Product location and organization are much better than other local grocers. The produce department is always well kept. The staff is thoughtful, considerate, and friendly. We gladly use the fuel saving rewards.

I know this will end up as just another review but I at least I will get a little satisfaction in releasing some aggravation.I have shopped at this location for years.But as of today I will drive a few extra miles to the PC at 470 and Woods Chapel rd.The I-70 and Noland rd location no longer seems interested in high quality service anymore. Between covid-19 and not following guidelines and the installation of the self checkout lanes it just seems different. I was in the Noland rd location today to get a few things only to notice that several individuals were shopping without masked on. Customers brought it to managements attention but nothing was said. Secondly I used a regular checkout lane. The cashier ask why I did not use the self checkout lane I said I have a alcohol. She seemed put out. Dont worry Ill go elsewhere in the future

This place is clean,prices are average however their sale prices rock. The employees there are 2nd to non as for as customer service.

Employees were nice. Social distancing was adequate. Found everything I needed. Had self-checkout which I prefer.

I live in Raytown and live less than a mile to HyVee. I always go straight to Price Chopper on Noland Road. I love the fresh veggies and great service.

I love this Price Chopper used to work there have really nice people that work there its a really nice store quiet not a lot of people screaming and hollering like it would be at Hy-Vee for instance or Walmart but I like this store they got good prices at Price Chopper

A+ for a store that I had to run into, to pick up something to take to a party I was asked to. The store was clean, signage clearly showed the aisle that I needed & the pricing was reasonable. I took 2 salads from the deli to the party & both were finished quickly. Ill visit again.

My first choice, to shop for groceries. They have barrels to recycle your grocery bags inside, and you can recycle glass containers outside.

Used to be my go-to when I lived in the area. Visited recently because a family member mentioned that this location carried some items I hadnt been able to find other places.Had trouble finding a clean cart, first two had crushed produce items in them...so..they couldnt have been cleaned or sanitized properly.Overall, the store didnt feel super clean. It felt bare, sparsley stocked and like it could be condensed in a smaller space.Found sliced cheese in the cooler that had molded in the package, seemed like some of the coolers on the far north wall had been leaking as there was what appeared to be blankets or something up against them.Just overall, didnt have a great experience and even though I DID find those few items, its not enough to get me to drive that far out of my way.

Store is well kept but some times are more expensive than other ones. Butcher was very helpful with cutting choices of meat to my widths.

The store is clean and there are enough checkout personnel to keep the lines manageable. The meat is always good even though the price can be a little higher. I also like the new policy of using your rewards at the register or for fuel as many people are able to take advantage of fuel rewards.

Always the best in the city. Always clean. The staff always helpful. Never get upset when we ask for paper!! Can not say the same for the want-tobe pricechoper/ Sunfresh. We only shop here at this one because these guys are the real deal, with real standards that pricechoppers should all be. Thanks guys for backing up the name. We love this pricechoper.

I dont like the Price Chopper closest to my home, but we really like this one. Its a nice, clean store with all of your grocery needs (including a fantastic produce section.) We both commented that we really need to make it a point to shop here more often. They carry some brands we like that HyVee doesnt, and I prefer their meats. The store may appear a bit dated, but that isnt a bad thing and doesnt reflect the quality of merchandise. Its nice to see the area being revitalized in the last couple of years.

Store needs to be cleaned especially within the cart area. I never see anyone cleaning carts and especially while this pandemic is going on, cleaning and sanitizing your carts is essential.

I like it cuz the people are friendly if I have trouble finding something theres usually somebody around that you can ask it may help you find it which is really appreciated. I was trying to reach something on the top shelf and I just wasnt tall enough to get it and one of their employees saw that I couldnt reach it and he came out and got it for me and then turned around and got some more stuff for some other than that were having the same problem to me that is excellent customer service and that means a lot thank you guys

I really love this store, its convenient to get to, the produce is always super fresh. I normally shop here for my seafood and fish meats they are very fresh and a decent price for them.Its sad that they took out the vast wine and beer selection that they had at one point, but still a good selection of adult beverages.Stellar customer services l! Very friendlyI only wish they could be 24hours again

Okay so is everybody knows the big Price chopper stores have everything compared to the little ones. Be at we still come here on our way to the hutto, and then we cook up our meal for the day.

Noland and I-70 location AVOID. I spoke to three people who acted like they didnt want to help me or that I was there. The fourth gal, I wish I had gotten her name was helpful and pleasant. She should be the manager.

Prices choppers are amazing stores. Always clean and neatly organized. You can always find a great selection of items that you are looking for. I love that they carry Margaritas salsa and dips.
