Very nice people. Bought a used washer and dryer from them back in august of 2020, washer has always screeched sometimes, but has been fine. The dryer lasted 6 months and has just died. Sometimes it might be good to buy used, but this wasnt a good experience. Im out of warranty and now have a useless dryer. I am pretty savvy with DIY and this one is out of reach for me, belts fine, rollers are fine, heats up fine, seems like the motor is broken.

I bought a washer and dryer from Molinas in November. The purchase experience was excellent. The guys there gave me a great price for both units, including delivery. Both units have been great; however earlier this week, the washer started making a weird noise. I called Molinas and told them what was going on. They checked my warranty, and it ran out by two days. Fortunately, they said they would come out and work with me. They came to my home promptly. Unfortunately, I missed them the first time. So, I called them back. The owner came out on Friday, checked the unit, and said the transmission on my washer was bad. The owner understood I was frustrated and said he would work with me on the price for repair and even bring out another unit if necessary. Today, the owner brought me another unit. When I asked him about price, so I could write him a check, he said, dont worry about it. So, I was like, what! Are you sure! Molina is the real deal. He brought a newer and better unit! Taking care of the customer! You wont go wrong with Molinas!!! Gracias, jefe!

I bought a nice, newer fridge for cheap about half-price..and it worked great. Still works great.So I went back and bought a matching, energy efficient washer/dryer combo for a totally fair price, probably just under half-price from new...works great.

I bought a front load LG washer from him a week and a half ago (mind you he gave me a 60 day guarantee) and it suddenly stopped draining. I called and asked him if I could bring it and have him take a look, he says sure thing! I bring it by and it turns out one of my kids must have had a couple pockets full of sand because that’s all the drain pipe was clogged with. I mean, it was bad! He fixed it without hesitation and I apologized for the situation. Wonderful place and great customer service!

I bought an LG waveforce Washer from Molina Appliances. It worked fine during the 60 day warranty period he gave us. But after the warranty period, the water wouldnt stop running even after the cycle was over. He came by to fix it but just replaced the main board with another used one. This one was leaking and it still left my clothes soaked. I ran another cycle and I was getting the same code UE which means the washer is unbalanced. When I asked the repair man about it, he said that I must have a bad drum and I need to buy a new washer...Do not purchase a used washer from Molina Appliances as it will break out of warranty and you will have to find someone else to repair it or purchase a new one.

I received a great deal on a used front load matching washer/dryer. Came with 60 day warranty. I had one part need replaced a few weeks after I bought it. (A common failure in my model) and they came during a winter storm to correct. I would buy from again! Awesome deal and great customer service. I shopped many places before deciding on Molina and Im very happy I went with them.

Poor service.I bought a LG washer for $350 in Feb 2019 and the guy give me the receipt of $200 doller with 60 days warranty.It start giving me problem in the 3rd month I ask him and he said ur warranty is over.Took $90 to fix but couldnt fix it.and didnt even give me the whole money back.Bad customer service and dont even know whats the problem with washer.Will never recommend anybody to purchase from him.They just use the old parts and make the appliances run for a while but that doesnt stay that long.

I needed help with a washer they sold me. They ignored my calls and never called me back. Once I finally got ahold of the guy and told him I replaced the drain pump myself,he said Me is sick, my wife is working at the store, what part do you need....Well, if youre sick and the wife is running the shop, why in the hell didnt she return my phone calls?They get your money, they leave you hanging!

I purchased a Used dryer on May 2nd 2019. Immediately after my purchased the owner had to bring me a replacement dryer, apparently that dryer wasn’t a good one. I had a 60 day warranty on my purchase, thankfully Becuase the owner would have to make a return visit another 3 times. Finally I figured no more issues. Well wouldn’t you know it, my dryer isn’t working AGAIN and the lovely owner upon hearing of this stated “sorry your warranty expired 7/2/2019, but we can come out and fix it for a small fee” -$60😡 This after waiting days just to get any type of response from them.

I bought a fridge and stove from this place, they delivered and installed them both for me. When I went in I was looking for the cheapest fridge and stove that matched. When I chose the stove I choose an electric stove. When I got home I relized I needed a gas stove. The peoples here are actually the ones who told me I needed a gas stove. So they hooked me up with one for the same price. They delivered the gas one instead of the electric one becuase thats the one my house could take.

We were in and out within ten minutes and they helped us load it. Small place, great prices.
