From estimate to repair was pretty stemless. The vehicle was returned on time. Only real negative was the communication….kinda sparse BUT would use them again!!
My parked car was hit by a van and had to be towed to Penske Honda. It was undergoing repairs for 30 days. I appreciate how Mark interfaced with my insurance company and kept me informed. All work was done professionally and my car is good as new. Also appreciated I could drop of my Enterprise rental car at Penske in designated spaces and leave the keys in a lockbox. Very efficient!
They got my van repaired fairly quick after a fender bender and they were approved by my insurance company so I didnt have to shop around. Friendly employees. Mark Evans helped us and he did a great job working with us through the process.
Got my car back a day earlier than I thought I would. I dropped off my car on Tuesday at 3:00 for my appointment on Thursday. Got a call on Tuesday saying that my car was ready for pickup on Wednesday morning. It surprised me that they even worked on it Tuesday. Thanks for getting it done so fast.

I literally just purchased my fifth car from Penske Honda. If there were 10 stars I would’ve chosen that! The entire team at Penske, especially my favorite salesman, Joe B., Exudes professionalism and service. They go above and beyond and so understanding! Each time I would go in and drive a few cars or whatever I needed to do they accommodated. They worked with me on the price which was amazing and below MRSP! (Don’t get me wrong they sold me 4 great vehicles...I’m simply accident prone :-) I had my car towed to Penske collision...They worked with my insurance and expeditiously broke down the whole car and gave an estimate on bodywork etc. It was a great Estimate however the insurance decided to call it a total loss. This is when the used car sales department came back into play. I was able to buy a beautiful car, Return the rental car to the enterprise directly in the dealership, sign the papers and I’m out the door! I wouldn’t recommend any other dealership in the Indianapolis or Carmel area!!! Again ask for Adam the used car sales manager and you definitely want Joe for your salesman! Thank you Penske... once again!!!

I think the attention to detail was lacking. The work was not done appropriately on the first try. On the return the quarter panel still did not align with the door panel. It was better but not still not aligned. The car was picked up snow covered (a little annoying) so I couldn’t expect the work. I took it for the car wash immediately an then noticed then saw what I would call an “OK so so job” that was done. I don’t have another car or now the ability to use insurance for a rental so I guess I just have to live with it. Attention to detail was not there. Additionally when I pointed the issue out when I picked up my Benz I was told that “well a lot of people don’t notice these things when they have a car and it was probably like that before”. Fortunately I took pictures and at that point they had to agree. Not happy!

Mark Evans of the Collision Department was so rude and berated me for saying that I didn’t want to use insurance when I was getting an estimate. He made me feel absolutely horrible and I can’t imagine how he makes other customers feel. Tough look for Penske, I will never be doing business with this company.
The service was excellent when replacing the right sideview mirror. Safety, while walking in the entrance area, was very important to the staff.

I chose this shop to work on my 2019 Honda Accord. A text message was send so I can see all repair updates of my car. Only update was they got my car after I dropped it off after all wax and wash. No update after that. Very hard to get access to an authorized service person. I gave them over $4300 job for hail damage and windshield replacement but was very disappointed. I returned my car with dirty interior and exterior. Mr Vache Krikorian was nice person but may be too busy to respond and take care customer. Honda Customer, part and Other services are good but not Collison center. Poor communication and lack of work motivation left me speechless. I waited few weeks to get my vehicle back but in dirty condition. I chose Collison due to Honda reputation. I tried and learn.
Front bumper and rear 1/4 panel were repaired and painted. Looks like it came straight off the showroom floor. The work is guaranteed for as long as we own it. We highly recommend Penske Collision!

Was in an accident and my insurance company suggested Penske Collision they were quick with the estimate, on the bad side car was a loss, but on the plus side Vasche, hope I spelled name correctly he put me in contact with Scott Hiller and he got me approved on a lease for a new car very quickly which was a blessing cuz I had to turn my rental back in everyone at Penske was very nice and I can see why they are Indys biggest Honda dealer, they may have made me a Honda customer for life
My experience with Penske Collision did not get of to a good start. On 10/12/20, I took my 2020 Blazer in to have rear end damage to the lift gate and rear bumper repaired. I had a rental from Enterprise. After 10 days, I thought the $35/ day on the rental was getting a bit excessive. I contacted Vache Kirkorian who said he was just about to cl me to let me know they were stuck because the shop was unable to get a lift gate from GM. He said GM does not listen to the body shop and it would be best if I called to try to get results from GM. By this time I was irritated. I asked for a phone number for GM, Mr. Kirkorian sent me a non-working number to GM. I called back and Mr. Kirkorian said that was the only number on the website. I was really disappointed because I know the shop has a direct line to GM. I asked to speak to a Manager, I spoke to someone named Dale who was of no assistance. He basically reiterated what Vache said and gave me a list of six items that I needed to cl into GM and ask for In order to get my car repaired! Six items! I thought it was just the lift gate. I was irritated all over again! Since this conversation took place on a Friday, I had to wait to talk to the GM of the collision center on the following Monday. He apologized for the prior conversations and explained what needed to happen and that things could have been explained and handled differently. Mike Inman finally took the case over, kept me updated on the details, put me in touch with GM corporate so that I could express my dissatisfaction. I was assigned a Sr. Advisor at GM corporate to get things moving. By the end of the week the lift gate was in. The paint process was done and my car looked brand new, clean and detailed when I picked it up on 10/30. Mike made sure that my car was cleaned and dried because the back window was taken out and poorly wrapped and my car was wet inside from the rain. Initially, this entire experience was not acceptable. Mike Inman took the time and saw that everything was handled through to the end. He met me when I picked up my vehicle. We made sure everything worked. I was happy. Mike’s willingness to help resolve the issues that were placed on me as a customer made a great difference. He is the ONLY reason I’d take my vehicle back to Penske Collision.

It is also a comfort knowing that they have a small hometown attitude and treat you like family, which is also important that they are concerned about your children riding in your vehicle and the safety and reliability of your vehicle. These are important issues being a parent.

The secretaries at the collision center on 96th st are very helpful they are courteous and professional. My car looks as if there was never an accident. Currently have not had problems after service. Took close to 4 weeks though.
I had a great experience here. Everything was efficient. I did the estimate and then was about to drop my car off a couple days later. It was fixed in only a couple days and they were able to get the part for my car earlier than expected. Would recommend to others!

I only give them 4 stars because my car was done on Wednesday, I was not notified on Wednesday. The message came in on Thursday morning to my home phone voicemail instead of my cell number. And, the only reason I knew my car was finished was because I called them on Thursday. However, a previous voicemail alerted me that it would probably be done on Wednesday, however, I work late after their hours on Wednesday night- medical job.Minor issue.
This was a super easy experience once I found the location and figured out what to do. The first item, they could be a little clearer about in website because map is fairly vague. The second was on me. Ive never gone thru an at-fault insurance company so the process was a bit wonky. That said, on site they were awesome, from Vache to the front desk. Easy. Enterprise on-site. I didnt quite love a tiny bit of finished work but theyve been really great about getting it just right, if possible. Would return. Hope I never do😀
The communication was poor. I signed up to get consistent updates and got none. I called several times to figure out what was going on with my vehicle and I got a different story every time. My vehicle took 3 weeks and it was minor front end damage. I picked up my van and then realized that they hadnt completely fixed my van yet. I had to take it back in. No apologies, just excuses. Not a fan. Very poorly ran.

Had a friend back into my car in their driveway. Their insurance gave me a list and I picked Penske Collision. After the estimate, Mark the service manager, also suggested I use my insurance to repair hail damage while the car was in. As far as I could see the hail damage was minimal. I declined. The repair took longer than said on the estimate- 3 weeks rather than the 1 on the estimate. I picked up the car and got home and then I started to notice things. Molding around the repaired door was off track. The seats were dirty in the area where work was done. The door didnt close just right. A cover for the fixing of a roof rack had come off. I took the car back and Mark immediately cleaned the seats and fixed the molding. He promised me he would order a new cover/cap for the roof rack. A month later nothing from them. Their paint job and repair work look good. The problem was the details. I will give two stars and probably look next time for another body shop.

Service is good, but they took longer to fix my car than usual. Always had to contact them for updates. They never called me when they said they were going to call. Never really got to inspect my car when I got it back. Found a few issues for which I had to take my car back and waste more of my time. Did not agree with the final outcome.
BEWARE! Do not take your car to Penske Collision. We had a very severe rear end accident with our 2017 Honda Accord and after the accident decided to have it towed to Penske Collision as we thought a Honda dealership would be most knowledgeable as far as fixing it as well as be the most honest as far as if it should be even be repaired. After the car was towed in it took them just over 2 weeks to get the estimate completed and car most of the way tore down. Our point of contact was one of the managers named Mark who was okay to deal with at first but as the deal went on just seemed to be very deceptive to not only us but also to our insurer. Penske Collision is an approved repair shop with our insurance so there aren’t any checks and balances as far as fixing the car or not. Whatever Penske says goes due to them being an approved shop and in my experience, it becomes fraudulent at best. The original estimate on our car was around 13K which seemed very high for a 2017 accord that at the time would sell around 18-19K on the fair market with no accident history. The sticker price almost two years prior was 24K. I was told by the shop, an email to show this, that there would be no further supplements added and that would be it. Fast forward and the final repair bill paid by the insurer was almost 16K. At the 13k we pleaded with the shop to have the insurance company out to take a look as we didn’t feel a car that is only worth 18k should be repaired especially when there’s a chance for that repair bill to go up once the car is torn all the way down. Penske tried to state the car was worth 21-22K with 35K miles on it and almost 2 years old with original sticker price of 24K that we paid 23K for brand new! We went back and forth and explained how a car that is worth 18-19K on a good day should NOT have 16K in repairs as that is not safe to drive on the road at that point if you’re running an honest business. They kept telling the insurance company the car was almost done and in paint when it in fact wasn’t and I had pictures to show that it wasn’t. They also didn’t submit the supplement of the additional almost 3K that made the repairs close around 16K until the car was completed so it wouldn’t be sent to the total loss team for potential total loss. I even contacted the general manger of not only the collision store as well as Penske Honda via email to voice my frustration in hopes they would get involved to at least get more eyes on my situation to which they never even replied. Long story short they want to make money on the repairs, so they will repair a car that shouldn’t be no matter the cost to assure they get those large repair bills. I even purchased this car from the Penske Honda dealership as well as many other Hondas from them over the years. NEVER AGAIN! Meanwhile I’m now stuck with a car that shows severe rear end damage on any report pulled and I couldn’t sell it now for over 15K if I wanted to. Bad business to say the least!

A terrible experience! I took my car in as it was a recommended shop with my insurance company., convenience ruled my decision. On initial assessment all seemed well, I was assured that they could do a great job but that it could take 2-3 weeks as my roof would need to be replaced. 4 weeks later I finally received a call that my car was ready, only though after chasing them for 2 weeks, with calls returned just before closing so that I could call back! It just coincidentally occurred that my car was ready on the limit of my rental car arrangements reached their limit. I turned up early 7.30 to retrieve my car. It was parked outside covered in dust. I couldnt see whether this up to standard or not so I requested a cloth to remove the dust. My agent told me that I didnt need to that as the work was guaranteed. Eventually I was given a squuedgy to use. This didnt work! Finally my agent offered that I could see it under the lights. However when I started the car it didnt start! The inside of the car was covered in paint and sanding dust. My agent told me oh yes, our cleaning crew arent very good!. After getting a jumpstart I managed to drive it into the shop and under the lights for an inspection. Still covered with dust there was no way to know if the respray was any good. My agent insisted this was not his fault as they are beside a dusty road and if I had arrived the previous day I would have been able to see it properly. As I matched the inspection with the paperwork (my agent never explained what they had done) I was shocked to see that the roof was repaired not replaced. So it took 4 weeks to make dent repairs and respray!!!! I finally asked to get my car rewashed so I could inspect it before signing any paperwork. 25 minutes later and 1 1/2 hours after arriving I finally took the car away. A few days later I open up the passenger door and the inside rain seal fell off completely. They hadnt fixed it back in place correctly! A terrible experience from start to finish - go anywhere else!
I had damage on a quarter panel of a car and they cut out the rubber around the window with a razor and put it back in all jagged, asked them to fix it, they fixed it, but the paint on the quarter was rough, easy to see sanding marks all over it through the paint and it wasnt smooth. Also there was fish eye in the paint, asked them to fix it, then it came back looking ok. Less than a year later the paint bubbled up and cracked. I talked to a person in collision and the person told me to come in and drop my car off that they would warranty it. I arranged for a ride but when I dropped my car off Tom said they wouldnt warranty it even though they did body work on that very spot.
This is one of the most unprofessional dealerships I know. They dont update you on your vehicle when its serviced and thry dont answer your questions right away; You have to go to the TOP manager to get results. I took my car to get serviced and I noticed my steering wheel was too loose while I was driving. When i took my car in, my steering wheel felt wayyyyyy better than this. I think someone dogged out my car steering wheel while in Penske possession because it even rides different. I will NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO GO HERE!! I gave them 2 stars because my car is a chevy. I like Chevy cars but I will never go back to this dealership!! #POOREVERYTHING

Terrible service! Had a minor accident to my car that was suppose to take nomore thn a week to fix! It’s been almost a month and I still do not have my car. They keep calling and extending the date like people don’t need their car. I Do not recommend this place to anybody!

First of all They didn’t fully fix it. But when i brought my car to the dealership, i walk into the collision center and walk to the first empty desk available and stand in front of the woman with no awcknowledgemnt from her and when i say hello to her she is on her phone and doesn’t even look at me and say”can i help you?” How unprofessional and terrible customer service to be on her phone and not even look at a customer. moving on I Had an accident in february in my new Honda Accord. I take it to them as it is attracted to a honda dealership, the initial transaction was smooth and they took it in. The damage was a busted front bumper with damage to the drivers side. 3 Weeks go by and no response as i had to fall in to find out how ky car is doing. I don’t believe 3 weeks should have been used to fix a bumper but i get it, they give me the run around they are busy and probably waited to even touch my car. I finally get it back and get in, I start driving and MY CAR PULLS TO THE RIGHT!! the tire sensor also goes off after 2 minutes and a mile of driving away front the center. I immediately go back and say it’s not driving straight and the light is on, all they do is drive it, tell me it drives straight and that they just reset the tire sensor. So basically they cover up the issue with a tire. A month goes by and my car still doesn’t drive straight but the tire sensor light comes back on! I quickly call them and he proceeds to tell me just press the reset button, i’m sorry but no i’m not going to just cover up an issue you should have fixed. I made time in march to go back in and have them look at it again, he comes back and tells me it was the tire pressure that made the light go off and asked why i didn’t check it?!?? Why would i check it a month after you replace it and should have made sure it was correct?? But they then proceeded to tell me yup it drives fine and drives straigh, which it doesn’t. I bought it brand new in november and now it’s not driving straight. Even at a stop it pulls to the right on take off and if i hold the steering wheel straight i’m in the next lane within 4 seconds!!!! This is absurd and they refuse to see any issue even when i have multiple videos of how it drives. I cannot stand i’m driving in a brand new car and it doesn’t drive straight. They are not helpful or want to do anything about their work because all they care about is gettin paid by insurance. I will not recommend any penske brand to anyone and this was an awful experience where i have lingering issues from them not doing the job correctly.

Took my truck to the repair center after i got hit in Kentucky. Based on what they said id have it back in 2 weeks. 3 MONTHS later i got it back. WITHOUT a fog light harness and WITH a nail in my tire, drove around for a week and noticed my truck was acting weird so i opened the hood and found my air intake hose just dangling close to my belts. Also when i got my truck back multiple scratches and dents in the bed from where they threw the spare parts. Horrible mechanics they are slow and lazy and rude. Will never take any vehicle here again. Hope to see this company rot.

I was not happy with the collision repairs done on my car. There is still a vibration in the front end of the car and I took it in and told them that. They test drove it and said they didnt feel anything and there was nothing they could do. Very frustrating.
