Tibbs is great as far as movie, picture, and sound go. Never got to concessions because it was so crowded, not in concessions, but the whole area was packed! I dont go to drive-ins now like I did when I was a kid, but when we played at the playground and the movie started we went back to the car. Not here! Kids/teens everywhere on playground yelling ( we were in front row). And generally just cars continuing to come in and by throughout the whole movie. Maybe its supposed to be that way?

They have shrunk the vinyl dept. It used to be the main focus of the store. Now its mostly clothes. Yawn.

Drove to this location looking for a specific style in Calvin Klein sets for a shoot. Checked online and they had my size. When I got there, I had them double-check and they indeed had what I was looking for but could not find it... It was last set in the size I needed and no other store had it. Very disappointed 🙁

Last Sat, we unplugged and went to the Mall. I noticed some stores have long waiting lines & others close despite having household names. The vintage vibe at Urban Outfitters was refreshing and unique! The staff was helpful without pressuring. My friend purchased a few items, saying later that its now one of her favorite stores!

Not a good welcoming vibe when none greets you, then patron walk in behind you and suddenly theres an outburst of a Welcome and hello. WOW. So I turned and walked out.

My son found all kinds of clothes. Hes in that hard to buy teen faze, so it was great.

I think that their stuff is so over priced, but they are doing well at covid prevention. Everyone is super friendly inside the store. Great place to window shop!:)

They have great stuff. Had to make a return but the item didnt fit right. They were busy even for mid afternoon on Feb 7th. Had an amazing experience when making the return😍!

I love this store! The workers are very welcoming and not always around but definitely help when you need the help. It’s a very clean store, and the workers are very kind.

Its expensive but worth it. They usually have a fun collection of clothes and my kid cant get enough. Honestly its like walking back in time when I bought clothes as a 15 year old(90s). I guess thats why Im ok with the price. Most of the team members are great, and theyre pretty good about weeding out the loser employees because the parents expect a higher level of customer service(as theyre the ones paying).

Customer service seems to be deteriorating as the store becomes increasingly trendy. Not one associate greeted or acknowledged me, and I was there for about 30:00. This is very disappointing considering the money I was prepared to spend😕

Overpriced for the low quality of the clothing. There were several people working during our visit, but we couldnt seem to get any help when we had a question.

I bought a new camera here, and when I got home to check it out I discovered it had already been opened and used. It had an empty film pack and batteries in it. All of the things that are suppose to be packaged from the factory were opened. They let me exchange it, but I will not be going back. Please stop selling used products....

The Urban in the Fashion Mall has a great set up. Its not too crowded and its organized really well. If you like to shop at Urban Outfitters youll love this store.

Wow! Clothes are way overpriced!!

Not one thing in that I could fit in. My daughter found a shirt but it was so over priced and it only lasted 2 washings. We are not going back. She was so upset about her shirt $30 that she can not ware now.

The service was pretty good, it just took a little while to find someone. I dont really need to see the cashiers nipple rings through her shirt, but, Im not one that would usually shop here, just needed to find an item.

Way too expensive for what it is. Theyre usually on top of style trends though, making it a great place to get inspiration though!

This is a fun store with a lot to look at. Most of the time I am very happy with my purchases, but there has been a couple of pieces that did not hold up as well as they should have for the money.

The staff was very friendly but I didnt feel they were as knowledgeable as they should be about the product

Unique collection of clothes, shoes and bags. This place has a hippesque feel to it. Surprised they have skincare and perfumes as well.

Very helpful staff and always there to help you find close that both fit you and match your style. Dressing rooms are always well kept!

I used to love this store! Was having a good experience here until a very rude and disrespectful employee, I put everything I was gonna purchase back on the rack. I will not give this place business with the way I was treated by the employee.
