There isnt any pressure to buy and for at least the beds I checked there is a trial period to insure the bed you have purchased is the right one for you. Victor & Alejandro when finished had my futon operating better than new.

I guess I’m getting old because I’ve never personally shopped for a mattress before. Just kind of googled mattress stores near me and American Mattress came up and was the first one I went to. I was weary of mattress shopping because I’m scared to be finagled into buying something that wasn’t the best value, out of my price range or something of poor quality. When I arrived a lady named Jen greeted me and immediately came to help. She gave a little background of the company and then got into my wants/needs for a mattress. She had me test several mattresses and got a feel for positions I sleep in and how I sleep on my current mattress. Honestly it was amazing on how much she knew, I didn’t know there was that much thought into the process of buying a mattress. I found a mattress I liked but didn’t want to buy right off the bat at the first store I visited, however, the mattress was low in stock and it did seem like a good deal. Jen ran some financing options and was able to put the mattres on hold for me while I figure out if I want to purchase it or not. After going to a few other places and researching online it looks like the first place I went ended up being the best deal. Jen was awesome, super helpful, not pushing me into something I don’t want or couldn’t afford and a great help on finding the right mattress and financing for me. I definitely recommend checking American Mattress out.

I bought my mattress, box spring, and bed frame from this location almost 2 months ago and wanted to write a positive review to dispel any notion that this is a bad place to do business. I ordered a mid-range queen size Serta foam mattress + box spring and platform bed frame for about $1,300 - $1,400 including all delivery and assembly. All things considered, this was a very reasonable purchase and I have no complaints about the quality of goods delivered.It took 3 days to get my mattress, and another 3 weeks to get my frame - about par according to most reviews. You could get better deals somewhere else, but Im happy with my purchase and would rather have a physical store I can go to in case something goes wrong.

In May 2015 I had to purchase a new mattress, I went to American Mattress and bought the second mattress Jeremiah had shown me. I have a very bad back, and recently had thrown my back out in my sleep, and I have an old compression fracture, so I needed a mattress not too hard and not too soft. In the past when Ive purchased mattresses within a week or two Ive had to return it because it only made my back hurt worse. Im very happy with my selection and Serta Queen iSeries Vantage Firm is a perfect sleeper if you have a bad back!!!I strongly encourage and recommend American Mattress!
