I love shopping at Sweet Deals! Sweet Deals has a great assortment of taxidermy, unique furniture, and conversation pieces.

Sweet Deals and ALL the staff working there have always made me feel like family. They have great prices and as I said, I honestly could spend the entire day there and lose track of time. I’ve had one experience where a table was scratched and I called Susie and right away she made things right for me. I have no need to go anywhere else, for I have a furniture store that I’ll use the rest of my life... sweet deals!

Do NOT purchase here. They ruined our lives. We went in only wanting to purchase with a budget of $2,500, so they oversold us HORRIBLE furniture that all was damaged, only for it to be turned to multiple credit debt collectors. At the end of it, I was scammed over 6,500 in debt fees through debt collections. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

Scam, they send you what you want when you get delivery, ( wrong bed & I’ll built frames ) charges you $65 for delivery even if your 10 mins away & wants an extra $20 if you have steps. Oh & will charge you extra when she gives you your final pics. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I have gotten so many things from this location and I love every bit of it. I went in not for sure if I was going to get approve for anything. The staff did everything possible to assist me . I was able to get everything that I needed and more . I have no credit at all but with the willingness of the staff to help me I was able to get approved . I recommend shopping here the staff is so pleasant from the time you walk in until the time you leave. The store is well kept and they make you feel at home.

I loved the two used pieces of furniture, the two end tables and two lamps I purchased... which I know was used. But I was unhappy with the bunk beds that I purchased for my grandkids...I just knew that the the bunk beds were going to be new in boxes and not the display... so I dont know if they were new.. I would have wanted a discount for the bunk beds display and not pay the original price that I had to pay.... PEOPLE AINT MUCH NOW DAY... JUST BE HONEST!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Sweet Deals Furniture Indianapolis the staff is very very professional and accommodating. The variety of merchandise that is in the store is well-organized and of great quality. The thing that I found to be most accommodating was that the staff was willing to work in any way they could with me regarding financing of my purchase. I will definitely be going back to furnish the rest of my new house, and I am definitely going to refer any and everyone that I know looking for quality furniture and great customer service.

I cant say anything about Sweet Deals less than theyre amazing! Not only do their prices beat the competition, but their customer service does too. Ive ordered two kings size beds from Sweet Deals. The first went through without a hitch. The second, I found a problem with the bed being too big to fit through my doorway. I gave a call to the store and the owner upgraded me to a pillow top king size mattress that was easy to get into the door. Amazing! I will be purchasing all of my furniture needs from Sweet Deals for the rest of my life. Thank you Sweet Deals

Visited May 2021. Fantastic service and affordable prices. Queen double pillowtop mattress and front room set including couch and chaise were $400 !! They will work with yu on pricing optuins if needed but dont sleep on them!! Worth every penny !!

I have bought furniture for the family several times now, and the prices are very fair. I just bought a mattress for one a the kids just a couple days ago. The staff are also especially friendly and willing to offer options that fit lots of different budgets. Highly recommended checking them out. Plus, they have a super adorable shop bird!

We thought we were only getting a mattress. He found a great deal for us from one of the mattresses in the back. We took home TENS OF THOUSANDS OF BEDBUGS. I spent half the day hauling the new mattress to the garbage and cleaning the hell out of my house to make sure none got to any of my other mattresses in the house. Thanks for the experience of thinking one could maybe trust a place like this and finding out you most certainly can not. Not a very sweet deal if you ask me. Thanks for basically scamming me and taking my money. Where is your integrity? No way did you not know it was infested, my mistake for making a large purchase at night when I need an eye exam I suppose.

So my first experience, I needed mattress and box spring delivered on the same day and and payment being made with me not being able to go into the shop. The owner James after a little security with the bank made an exception took my payment over the phone and had me sign with the delivery guy. 3 weeks later I had my own personal issue and contacted the store. The employee who answered the phone thought this was important enough to me that she escalated my need to the owner who graciously heard my plea and without admitting any faults donated a new and nicer mattress to me. He saw my issue and agreed I needed a new mattress but he wouldnt assume fault.. And maybe he is without fault . He said people in this situation dont need to hear opinions. They just want some help and Im going to help you he picked out a rather nice mattress threw it on my my friends truck and later that evening told me he hoped his and somehow that blessed me. His mother is really sweet had every right to say to me as though she were holding me by my ear now you look here kiddo. :)

I wanted a queen size mattress and was delivered a full size mattress. I asked about the size because it had seemed smaller. The salesman answered without turning too look at me. I called and let them know that I felt taken advantage of. I wanted a bigger mattress and was not sold what I went in there to purchase. Starting to feel like Indianapolis is a city full of crooked business owners.

Paid well over 3,000$ for a bed that broke the very same week we got it that never got fixed... they told us to call for a price adjustment in November we called and came in and the owner was never around to do it. We ended up paying the full balance off and our king size mattress and box screen is on our bedroom floor. While the header and footer sits in my dining room. The worst experience I have ever had with buying furniture. Will never give my services again.

When I shop, I go into the place of business with a very positive mind. I walked in and asked about twin sized box spring. They have them, perfect and at a decent price. The young lady working up front asked if I needed it today. Today would be nice if possible, but no rush. She told me that it would be 40$ extra for delivery, which would make the spring cost 80$. She asked the lady in the back, who I am assuming is administration and I hear, just tell her to strap it on the hood. Okay. As far as Im concerned, strapping anything on the hood of my car is optional. I am PAYING you to deliver and of courseI would have tipped. It is freezing and I am out here with a infant looking for a box spring. Im not playing games. Being rude is not a way to get money. And the search continues. This is why I go to Value City Furniture. They are glad to take your money and deliver.

Went to another department store right before this one. Needed a mattress and box spring for my new apartment. Was given a price. Went to Sweet Deals and was able to get not only a mattress and box spring, but also complete bed outfit and nightstand. Also a dining room table, and end tables for HALF the cost of the mattress and box spring of the other company. On top of it all the Customer Service was Amazing! I could go on and on. Very pleased all around with the decision of stopping in at Sweet Deals Mattress & Furniture! I am positive everyone will feel just as satisfied!

Sweet Deals was so great to work with. After having a horrible experience with Mattress Firm and needing a split queen box spring, I called Sweet Deals, found out they had one reasonably priced and would help me load it. By the time Id finished paying, they already had it loaded onto my SUV. Im still waiting for Mattress Firm to deliver the one they promised me nearly a month ago... Very personable and easy to work with.

Horrible owner. Ridiculous and high robbery prices. Lies and scams all the way so they can make a buck. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Products are either used, cheaply made or damaged and tried to be pulled off as new. Delivery guy smells like marijuana and seems high as a kite. They act like they care and are considerate of your and your needs until they get your money and then they careless if you have all the items you paid for or if it works or even if its together and not broke . They are all about getting money and not about their product or customer whatsoever. Ive never met such materialistic greedy people such as these.

Don’t go here. Got a $700 bed set with frame mattress and box spring. Didn’t pay off in the 90 days which I was okay with, I didn’t mind the interest, figured it would be $200/$300. I was so wrong Interest alone was $1,000!!!! Yes really. So $1,700 for this bed set that I felt forced to get in the first place, the mattress is a California king and the box spring is a normal king, so they don’t fit right. Mattress had some stains that my husband told me were from wear house but it turns out they get used stuff from behind stores. Mattress had a weird smell. Their loan place is sketchy, the BBB doesn’t even associate with them. Just bad all around. They pay 13/14/15 year olds under the table to do work. Don’t waste your time and money. Can’t wait to get this bed paid off so I don’t have to be in any business with them. Will never go back.

Service was the worst!!! Sue ...Suzanne whatever her name was very rude, she has No customer service skills at all!!! Paid for everything in full including delivery. It was scheduled for Saturday delivery, I get a call asking if the furniture could be deliverd at 11pm and if I could help off load the funiture!!!!!. I said no, so I decided on Sunday for delivery. Once delivered.... No screws for the bed frame! I called and asked about the screws, the lady said.......go to the store and just buy you some! I was outdone at this point!!! This store is a joke!!!!

There was a manufacturer issue with the mattress I bought from here. I went in an explained the problem and James was quick to resolve the issue and offered to replace the mattress for me even though they didnt have to.With a lot of bigger companies, the customer is just a number.Sweet Deals is a smaller company so it takes its customers satisfaction seriously. They will not write you off like a lot of other companies do. They want to make you happy because they know a happy customer is a repeat customerI looked at a washer/dryer set while I was there too. Under 400 dollars for the set? You know Ill be back!
