One of the best experiences buying anything I have ever had in my life. The staff was informative without being pushy, professional yet down to earth, presented options but from the standpoint of helping us find the right bed for us and not just the biggest and most expensive. Some of the most personable and fun salespeople I have ever met!! I truly would go just hang out with them in the store in other circumstances!!! HA
Do not buy this product! The mattress you experience at the showroom is not what they deliver to your home. We paid $5700 for our mattress. It is the most uncomfortable, lumpy, uneven, saggy, horrible mattress I have ever attempted to sleep on in all of my 54 years of life. Air escapes, my husbands ribs are killing him, my sides hurt. It is complete trash. Id rather sleep on a Goodwill mattress than this one. I knew I had a 100 day free return policy, so I called customer service for a return and they informed me in order to return my $5700 piece of trash mattress, I would have to pay $2,654 for the base (box spring) that is not returnable. This company is such a rip off. The would do so much better if they would just be far and honest. I could have been a life long customer, but instead, here I am telling you my story, HOPING I can keep one person from making the same mistake I made. PLEASE do not buy here. If anyone wants a free base, contact me.
Absolutely amazing experience! The sleep number specialists helped every step of the way. They treat you like family and make sure to find the right bed for you. They definitely arent your typical salesman. They truly try to get the best deal for you. The sleep number mattresses are amazing my family and I are lifetime members!

We were greeted by a very friendly salesman at the door and I was fitted for a pillow. We were not asked to wear a mask which was wonderful! I found a pillow that I am looking forward to sleeping with when it arrives. Four stars instead of five because they don’t have any stock at the store. It would be great if they had just a few popular items that you could purchase and carry out immediately. Other than that, the experience was really great. We went to the store instead of ordering online for two reasons: one we thought we would be able to carry the pillow home today to sleep on and that wasn’t the case, and two I needed to be fitted for the proper pillow. I am confident in the new pillow when it arrives, but I was disappointed not to get it the same day.

Went in to buy a bed today. There was 2 employees working and they had a (slow) process. We asked to try 1 specific mattress and the lady said she wanted us to stay on this side of the store with the other people. We were assured that the guy working would come over and take us to the bed that we asked about. We stayed in that bed for about 10 minutes and he never came over.We got out of bed and went to see what was going on and the guy that was supposed to be helping us had someone else in that bed that came in after us.I guessed that they were judging me by the way that I was dressed (sweats) and not a suit like the guy he helped out in front of me.No problem I will purchase a bed from your competitor and tell everyone I can about your quality service.My goal is to cost you many sales.
I went to the 8707 us 31 South location and seen Kelsey Johnson.. She was awesome explaining and showing us all the types of sleep numbers .. She help us find our setting that we each liked ... She was very friendly and I would highly recommend her.. She made us feel like we had known her for years..She also helped out with our 3 year old keeping him entertained so we could shop.. My wife and I went buy to purchase a new pillow and cooling covers for our pillows. Otis helped us out and he was so helpful to get us what we needed. We are on our 2nd sleep number bed and we love it . But o can’t say enough about the service we have received. Especially from the Greenwood, Indiana store.

Great bed but... We had previously bought a bed and did the 12 months same as cash. Went in to buy a second one and specifically told them we would have to the five year option this time. Spent hours in the store, making it clear 5 years financing is what we could do. Only to find out later, they still put it under the 12 months same as cash. You would think this issue could be rectified easily, but no. After many phone calls and a rude employee who seems to remember it the other way around, they refuse to do anything except... return the bed, original bed is gone, so go without a bed till a new one is purchased and delivered. They fraudulently ran our sleep number card. As much money as we have spent in this store... more than $10,000, you would think we would have better customer service when calling with an issue. Im sure we are not the first customer this had happened to. To tell me thats all they can do is just ridiculous.Anyone financing beware!
Busy place the day we went in. Knowing what we wanted, it was a matter of trying different mattress depths. However, we were fitted for a new mattress and pillows. Albeit ours (an i-comfort) only a few years old and quite costly had already broken down. Delivery smooth and professional.
Pricing was a little confusing but we did buy a bed. It takes 2 weeks for delivery. I hope its as comfortable as they say.
Sleep number mattress company has everything you need for a good nites sleep! Dial in your comfort level on these mattresses and float away to your favorite cloud! 100 nite trail period is a bonus just in case you need a little more time to dial your comfort level in. Love the elevation feature and built in nite light!! Best sleep system available this side of the Mississippi!
Dont waste your money!!I paid 8k for a bed that never arrived, they ghosted me completely the first time it was due to be delivered.They changed the date to two weeks out and no one said a word to me.Eagerly awaiting my bed the day of again and 3 hrs before it was due to arrive... They rescheduled again for 2 weeks out!!When I called for it to be delivered the reps hung up on me and were extremely rude.I asked for a refund and now have to wait 10 days ...
Malcolm was amazing and made our visit to the store a fun learning experience. We had done some research prior to visiting the store and thought we knew what we wanted, but after speaking with Malcolm about the different types of beds and trying out all different settings, we ended up with the bed we will never want to get rid of! Very excited to get our bed tomorrow, and might just never get out! FYI you will be doing yourself a favor if you experience the zero gravity setting.... Just saying

A great bed if you like firm mattresses. No matter how much air you take out it never gets soft or even medium. It ranges from moderately firm to very firm. The great thing about the bed is that it never loses its shape.
I only gave sleep number one star because I couldn’t give them a zero. To spend $7,000 on a bed and have a policy of not taking the old bed out of my apartment to the loading dock downstairs, unless they are throwing it away......in such case they still have to go through the loading dock is beyond ridiculous and drives away the customers. Their employees are like robots.....who are great at driving away customers.
The sales associates at Sleep Number in Greenwood IN were outstanding. James was great. He walked us through the whole process and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend the Greenwood store. Outstanding?

I had a great experience with Mandy the store Manager she was super professional not pushy and made me feel at home. I bought a pillow and will get a new bed one day and when I do she will sell it to me . I recommend asking for her when you go. And definitely try the comfort fit pillow!

Hi—I purchased a sleep number bed in February (proud owner!). We are very happy with the purchase. We recently are moving (now it’s June) and I had a slight dilemma. So, I had the pleasure to speak to Rick—He is one of the representatives at the Greenwood location. He was nice enough to call the West Lafayette location (which is closest to me) in order to supply me with the silicone caps that usually come with the bed when you need to cap off the tubing if you need to move the bed. I greatly value the customer service that Sleep Number offers. Thanks Rick!
Initially my review of this store and product was perfect. Great salesman but that’s where it ended. I’ve contacted the store directly to have follow up service but no one showed. I called to enter a service request but sleep number failed to transfer the request to the bed frame company. I called the bed frame company myself to enter a service request again last week and should have received a call to schedule an appointment yesterday, again no one called. The remote loses connectivity, One side of the bed will get stuck if moved and will not go flat unless you go through an entire restart process. Worst purchase! If the bed gets fixed soon, I’ll update my review but for now we’re stuck with a broken 8k bed!
At the store, while purchasing the bed, we requested the delivery to be changed from the 15th to the 16th, which they said they would do. I took off from work for the 16th, to be at home for it.They delivery showed up on the 15th. I spent $2600, $200 of that was a delivery fee, took of from work, for the date to not be changed.

Like many other reviews on here...BEWARE THE DELIVERY TEAM!I was told wed get a phone call to day prior to confirm delivery, when that never came we called the store & was told 9a-3p. We sat & waited... & waited... & waited... They arrived at 7pm!Not only that, but they refused to hook up our SleepIQ (which we paid extra for) because we had a fancy Internet that wasnt compatible. False! We have Comcast & I set it up myself! They were just in a hurry because they still had 1 delivery to make!They had 6 deliveries that day if setup takes 1-2 hours per bed... Thats 6-12 hours to setup 6 beds PLUS transit time! I was told I was stop 5. Only Superman could have hit their 9a-3p window! I was just lied to about the 9a-3p to appease me!Also! Theyll move your old mattress, which we had them do. I wish we moved it ourselves as they KNOCKED A HOLE IN THE WALL! They hit the frame into the drywall causing a hole which I get to have fixed... Thanks, Sleep Number!And I kept getting errors on my bed, when I called the 800 number they said they must not have connected everything real well... Crawl under the bed & check everything (which is NOT easy to do). Which fixed the errors... But seriously?I found out from the 800 # that the delivery team is a contractor. Turns out the contractor that this location uses is AWFUL!BEWARE OF THE DELIVERY TEAM!The sales team, bed, & corporate support team were amazing, just watch the delivery team like a hawk & dont believe anything they tell you.

My experience with the delivery of my bed is terrible! I received the auto call which said delivery from 9 am to 1 pm. The delivery group called at 9:30 and indicated I had one call before me. At 1:10 I called the toll free number to find out the delay and was told two more hours. The delivery company never called to communicate delays. I called two more times when my additional two hour time delays came and went. It is now 5:15 pm and the Greenwood manager informed me it will be two more hours. Sleep number has given zero consideration to this customer.
