Awesome historical experience. 5th generation run establishment. Helpful and more than willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Will go back next time I need furniture.

The best place in town! No better deals out there. Our sectional we ordered fell through, because of Covid shutdown and they stood by us and got us a better deal on a much better set. So happy!

03/08/2021 My wife and I ordered a love seat from this store. We have the order and paperwork the store gave us. When it came in it was the wrong love seat. Because it was the wrong one and they said that they don’t deal with the furniture makers that make the style we wanted that it would cost us a 25% restocking fee. Now we put down $400.00 but only got back $112.00 because the 25% is on the total amount not the down payment. Now this is Martians fault not ours but it cost us over $280.00 for their mistake. This is theft in the purest form and I will be pushing any source I can for to investigate this type of behavior. Now I’m a disabled Vietnam veteran and still being treated with disrespect and taking advantage of.

We have gotten so many pieces of furniture from Martin thru the years! We love them and love shopping here! Very reasonable delivery fee! Today we had two of the nicest guys deliver our furniture. They were very personable and very careful! We will buy more in the future! ❤️

Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in need of furniture in the Indianapolis area. We went because of a friends recommendation and so glad we did. They carry good quality furniture with options for any budget. You dont get hassled by pushy sales people trying to make commission. Just two women who know their furniture and have been doing it for years. We went looking for a kitchen table and had something specific in mind. They didnt have it in store but we were able to custom order what we wanted. While the best deals do come directly off the floor, if you want something specific they dont have, you can probably order directly out of their many furniture books. Customer service was outstanding and worked with us on all aspects from selecting items, payment options and delivery. You simply cannot get this type of service and flexibility from a big box store. We know weve bought from them all and we were tired of buying cheap furniture that wasnt made to last. Were very happy with the service and furniture at Martins!

Called about getting a warranty check on our mattress we have not had for a year yet and is already broken down on one side . I called and was supposed to get a call back . This is very unprofessional customer service . I want my warranty info and it fixed the way it needs to be or replace me with a new mattress.

Oh my goodness! What a fine establishment with a welcoming and helpful, friendly staff. Misty helped us. There is a plentiful selection of beautiful and affordable furniture! We were in an immediate need for a mattress and box spring for which they had and we were able to purchase and take that day! I will be back and will recommend Martin Fine Furniture to everyone that is in the market for furniture and mattresses!

Called ahead before driving 45 minutes and told the pieces I was interested in, were in stock. When I got there the sales lady was rude and not the slightest bit helpful!

Great selection of fine furniture. They know there furniture manufactures very well and are happy to take the time to explain the difference between them. Mind you they dont carry cheap Robert style furniture made in China out of pressed wood . You get what you pay for here .

I think the owners are nice, fair, and honest. I bought a couch 6 years ago, used it a few hours each day, stayed very comfortable and solid. Not sure if everything is, but everything we looked at was all made in America, much if it in Indiana and surrounding states.

I ordered a southern motion recliner. It was a special order and it took a bit to receive it. It was sure worth the wait. I have had quite a few recliners and nothing measure up to this one. It not only looks good but is the most comfortable recliner I have ever sit in. The material I picked for this recliner is wonderful. I wish I had a sofa to match !

Very nice selection of quality furniture. I purchased the sofa that fit my small living room, perfectly! Plush turquoise fabric custom ordered at no additional cost. The most soft black velvet fabric custom ordered on my swivel rocker. My chaise sofa and swivel rocker are so soft and comfortable, so happy with my purchase! Owners are so accurate in their orders for custom upholstery, even though I changed my mind many times after the order was written up. I highly recommend this store to anyone who desires high quality, comfortable, and affordable furniture purchases.

John was very helpful and got the part the next day to fix our recliner.He was kind and polite. He knew just what part we needed as soon as he looked at he chair. He was on time and provided great service.

I just visited Martins Fine Furniture for the first time. I was impressed with the selection of available furniture. This is fifth generation family owned business. The workers were very knowledgeable and helpful. The furniture can be ordered in different fabrics and colors with matching pillows. Or you can choose to buy right off the floor and not have to wait 6-8 weeks for it to be delivered. This place it great!

Quality furniture at a great value with helpful and knowledgeable staff. They carry all styles and sizes. If you dont find what you like on the floor, you can order it with the fabric, etc you want. They were kind to hold our furniture until our carpet was installed. Awesome family business. Highly recommend you check out Martins when searching for furniture!

Will change rating as soon as this business delivers my mother’s furniture. She bought a bed frame and the front office lady Misty said it would be 3 weeks it has now been going on 4 weeks. Called yesterday and talked to Suzann and they have no idea when it is going to be in... any help with how to either get money back or get what she has purchased? Very sketchy stuff going on.Again will update as soon as my mother’s furniture is delivered. Called again and she is still waiting.Update!!!!!!! Changing from 1 star to 4. My mother finally got her new bed and she loves it!! They men that dropped it off where awesome 👏Bed looks and feels amazing!!!!!!!!!! My mother is very happy with her purchase.

Store has a huge selection and quality products, as well selection choices ranging from furniture for college students to high end items for your home. Customer service has been great up to this point. Still pending the furniture arriving to my house but expectations is that the delivery and furniture will be as great as everything else. So much better than the chain/box stores...will never go back to one of those stores every again when I can go here.

We have purchased multiple furniture pieces from Martin Fine furniture. We have bought off the floor, ordered specific upholstery, and ask about specific pieces which they patiently helped us find in going through many catalogues. They are very helpful and focused on the customers needs. I will return if I I future furniture needs and definitely will recommend to othets.

Misty (the sales attendee) was beyond helpful! Not too pushy and gave me time to think and pick what is the best fit for me. The store has a lot of items, but has a hundred times more in their catalogs. And with the history behind it, youre sure to fine a great deal. Im so glad I pick this place first to find my living room suite.

After a nightmare experience with Weekends only furniture I went to Martin. Very service oriented and family owned for over 80 years. That alone speaks volumes, you dont stay in business that long if youre not good. You may find it cheaper somewhere else, but I guarantee you the money you save will not be worth the hassel when you have a problem. Will never buy furniture anywhere else.

I just want to say what a nice experience this was for us! We highly recommend Martin Furniture after we made a substantial purchase of furniture there this past weekend. The sales staff were not pushy, were very friendly, helpful and very patient because I was having a hard time making my fabric selection etc.!

I purchased a new King Koil Extended Life (XL) series mattress during Memorial Day. I was immediately assisted upon entering the store and walked out with a receipt for a new mattress in under 30 minutes! The mattress is the best mattress I have ever slept on and highly recommended. I never wake up due to pain anymore and their delivery service was great!

We must have passed by Martin Furniture dozens of times on our way to other furniture stores. We never stopped because we just assumed they were expensive based on the appearance of their store. Finally one evening we stopped in there because we couldnt find what we were looking for at other stores. It was nearly closing time but the very nice lady did not rush us or even mention their closing time was approaching. We were surprised to see that their pricing was not only lower than the store down the street but the furniture was so much higher quality. No kidding, we will only shop at Martin for our furniture from here on out

Not a great selection to chose from, however, if they have what you need the price and quality is fair. Unlike other furniture stores they do not hound you which is nice.
