To bad I could not give a negative star. These are the recliners that were purchased on 3/22/2021. The fabric is VERY CHEAP. Don’t bother to call because they will not return your call. Nor will they honor the fabric insurance.

I got a mattress and box spring in Aug and has started to already sag.. 4 months of use only at most and I was gone the month of Oct taking care of my mom in Bismarck after surgery. I dont share a bed with except 3 cats. I sent pics.. Darryl says arent more than 2 inches.. his offer was 1. To sell at wholesale price or 2. Bring it back and they will send back to manufacturer and see what they say. I originally had delivery so no way to bring it in. No offer to exchange.. do store credit.. nothing. I told him to send me a copy of my receipt and ill contact the company myself. ALSO I feel he is being discriminatory cause I stated I am a BBW and leaving reviews where I can. Dont buy from here..

After seeing the owner no wearing a mask an employee approached me tell me that they are required in the store at all times. When I brought up that the owner was jot wearing a mask he argued with me and told me he had it pulled down below hos nose and that was it. After that I said I will just take my business else where and he threw up his arm and waived me out the door.

Fantastic Service, their people go the extra mile to make sure you get the product you need instead of trying to push higher cost products that you really dont need.

We have purchased several items in the past from Furniture for Less and every time the sales staff and management are very friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. They know the products they carry and are willing to answer as many questions that you have. They truly want you to leave the store with exactly what you need or want. Also the follow up service is just as impressive. After a sale they are always willing to help with any issues you may have....you just have to call and they are their to help.

Husband is very picky on the firmness of a mattress, and he loves it. His words to the sales person was “ I want a mattress that feels like I’m sleeping on the floor” crazy dude. It’s very comfortable, thanks furniture for less!!

Weve gone do here many times and bought many things from this place. It is always neat and never messy. If you want to be left alone they will leave you alone. If you dont know what youre looking for then they will help you find what you are looking for. Very knowledgeable and very helpful staff!

Decent prices but sales change constantly so one week youll think its a good deal, next week its lower. But the staff is pleasant and they dont bug you if you dont need em. Lots of options, best deals on kids mattresses for quality and price in the area. We personally checked it out.

My husband and I came into the store to purchase a new mattress for me (we have separate rooms as he snores) and the sales lady that assisted us was so nice and helpful that my husband decided to buy a new mattress for himself as well. We were treated so nicely not only by our sales lady but also the young men who delivered our mattresses. The young men were so very friendly and helpful - we could not be more pleased. I love my new mattress so much, Ive not gotten out of bed since we received them.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Bought in Moorhead, chair fell apart after 2 months. Would fix it if we paid to have it fixed. I understand it was on clearance but should have lasted longer than 2 months. Was a 20 year customer, wont buy there again!

Building seems a little outdated, which isnt a problem to me at all. Had some excellent deals going on when I was there. I recently bought a nice mattress here for a really good price and have been sleeping much better since.

I just walked in only to be stared, and laughed at. I’ve been walking around for half an hour trying not take it personally but they end up ignoring me. Every time a white person comes in they would greet them and happily help them. I asked this older gentleman if I can have a book to look at and he said rudely said I won’t returned what I ordered from there.I’m floored by the level of unprofessionalism and clear disrespect. I was planing on re furnishing my entire home but will never spend my hard earned money in this place.

I bought a sectional from these people and it was absolutely horrid. It broke within 2 weeks of having it. So I brought the broken section to the store to have it fixed. Instead of fixing the issue they propped up the damaged board with a 1/2 inch of plywood. Well the crap plywood was obviously too short to support the originally damaged part of the couch.They then asked me to bring it back once more to fix it. So I brought it and they said that the couch has experienced catastrophic damage - literally said catastrophic. I dont know about anyone else but I do not do anything that would cause this type of damage unless sitting on your furniture qualifies.LOL- when I brought it back the second time they said that they pride themselves on the quality of their services. Well that obviously is not true or else I would have had to bring the garbage sectional in originally.I would never recommend this company to any one.

All were very helpful and friendly when my elderly client needed help getting her bed readjusted to the right height, especially Sam who went above and beyond finding the right size legs and remote for her bed right away, so she didnt have to wait a couple weeks for them to be ordered and delivered for her. Went there recently to find a split boxspring. A man behind the counter arrogantly told me they dont negotiate even when paying cash because we know we are the lowest in town. Well after the arrogance of the man behind the desk, I chose to take my business elsewhere and found something much cheaper than them. Just a poor experience :(

We purchased the table about a week ago it was a floor model who brought the chairs Home which they grab two from the West Fargo store the chair wasnt even put together right in her broke they wont fix it they said theres no warranty wed even have the chair for a week to even sit out of the first time I sat on it for dinner I broke I would advise everyone to be very careful when you purchase through these guys and read the fine lines

Great customer service and lower prices

I arrived to the furniture store yesterday with a relative. When I entered the store, four employees looked me up and down, and then immediately attended back to what they were doing, without a greeting or inquiring if I needed assistance with anything. To me, it appeared as if I was not worth helping and I wanted to leave, but my relative insisted that we take a look around. The employees were very dismissive and it felt as if we were bothering them when we asked for guidance. I was very able and willing to purchase furniture but the customer service was just very disappointing. I do not spend my money where I am clearly not wanted. I would not recommend this furniture store to others in the future. Bed Bath and Beyond and Kirklands provided a much better shopping experience.

We put a down payment on some furniture we didnt want to pick up for about a month. We were told we would get the sale price when we picked it up on Black Friday. When we picked it up, they said sorry, we cant give you the sale price, youve already paid for it in full. The manager wouldnt even look at me when he was talking to me. He continued working on the computer.

We went in to FFL looking for a mattress. We were greeted with a smile and can I help you with anything. Andrew introduced himself nd was very helpful. Answered all of our questions and let us make the decisions on what we ended up buying. Mr. Doeling was very helpful and we will return to work with him again.

We came from out of town to buy an advertised mattress set only to be told they did not have any in stock so we asked about the next set up and they did not have that either, but they sure had the more expensive set available. We left and wont go back....lesson to learn, call the store before you waste the day and make sure they have what is advertised.

Do not buy. Purchased a bed and a bed frame, only to find out it was bed bugs infested. Went into the store to talked to my sales agent but it didnt go anywhere. Cheap is not always better. You will end up paying twice.

Bought a bedroom set on sale from Furnitiure For Less, set was finalized, payed in full on that day. I get a call the next day that the sale was made incorrectly and it should have been $100 more than originally sold. Instead of owning their mistake, they wanted me to pay the difference and also told me that the nightstand that we bought was no longer in stock and they refused to order in more. We were told that the nightstand would be available to us with the rest of the set. So now I dont get a nightstand and I have to pay more than the original invoice that was already paid in full. On the order it said all sales final, well apparently that only applies if the customer refuses to pay, if the store screws up they can change whatever they want!!!!! Not a great way to bring back customers....

Ive seen the negative reviews that have been posted about this store, and they caused me to hesitate about visiting their location in Moorhead when we were in need of a new couch.That being said, we went there two weeks ago and found the salesperson to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of couches we were interested in. We settles on a reclining loveseat and put 500 dollars down on it, with the balance to be paid when it would be delivered today, which would be another 300 or so dollars.The delivery was right on time when I was told it would be, the two delivery guys were extremely friendly, polite, and fast. They hauled out the gigantic monstrosity of a couch weve had for the past couple of years at no extra charge, put the loveseat together, rang up the balance, and they were so good, I even had them put a 20 buck tip on my card.Now, I know not every customer will experience things the same way, but we are so happy with our new seating arrangement, and the service we received that were going back to Furniture for Less next month to pick out a recliner that will match the new loveseat. After that, we want to get new end tables and who knows?I guess the lesson here is to evaluate a place for yourself, and not just go by reviews online. I wish we had gone in to this place a lot sooner than we did.
