I resorted to going to weekends furniture because it appeared to be the only place where I could actually get an office chair the same day as purchased.. Spent $300 dollars on a nice office chair for my home and tonight one of the metal brackets that holds the arm in place snapped. This chair is only used on weekends and hasnt been in my house more than 8 months. That is at most 64 days of normal use out of something that is supposed to be a better than average office chair. Absolutely terrible.

I found the console cabinet I wanted online, but it was only available in stores, not to order. Went into store, showed the employee the cabinet info online, he checks and says they don’t t have, so we said we would browse. Wandered around and the hubs spots one and says “this looks like the one you wanted”. Brought up the name, price etc online and it WAS the one I wanted! W.O. needs to improve their online inventory info or train employees better, not sure which.But in the end I got the console cabinet I wanted so I’m good with it. EXCEPT for the fact that we couldn’t just take it with us, had to wait til next day. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a place that you couldn’t take with you a floor piece.

Stopped in today to buy a new mattress. We were quickly and pleasantly greeted, then shown to the right area. Tom listened to what we wanted and offered a few options, then took the time to chat with us and helped narrow it down.Once we had chosen, we wandered around a bit and liked the selection - the store was clean and organized. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Went in to buy a couch. Walked around with my husband, looking for the couch we wanted. Absolutely no one approached us to help us. We were there at least 20 minutes looking and discussing couches. We wanted to ask questions about a couple we were very interested in purchasing. We were ready to buy. But since there was a severe lack of interest in helping us. A heavier set salesmen took one look at us and turned and walked in the other direction. He later waited and proceeded to help another couple who came in 10 minutes after us. It took him no time at all to approach them. Very disappointing, I have been in the customer service and sales industry for over 20 years.

I really like this place! We were looking for a mattress and found one fairly quickly and a very nice sales girl helped us. She was very helpful and friendly. They had the mattress we wanted there, so we could get it right away!

Nice place/store. Affordable furniture, nice accessories and non aggressive salespeople. Pleasant experience. All they need now is balloons! I really like this place.

Went shopping for a new home purchase multiple places and I just couldn’t stay out of this place! Good selection and various different levels of quality and price which was nice. Most places either only sell junk or sell way too expensive. It was nice to have a selection. Even after going to other stores trying to find better deals or something we liked more we ended up buying pretty much everything here. The staff is also very friendly and doesn’t hover over your shoulder like most sales reps.

Thank you for very kind and knowledgeable srrvice. Your furniture is beautiful. However, it is somewhat discouraging when we learned the TV stand needs to constructed, and there is no one from the store to hire. The construction may take at least 4 hours, so we decided to make it a family project! In this sense, its exciting! Thank you for all you do!

Great experience!! Leslie in customer service was amazing and went above and beyond to find the pieces I selected. The national supply chain challenge is effecting them like every store in town, but Leslie worked magic for me. I will always go back to Weekends Only for future furniture purchases.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They had a huge selection of furniture. It was tough choosing just one recliner so we got a large round swivel chair as well. They have 2 different financing options if you need help with your purchase. Great place to shop.

We have used Weekends only to buy furniture for our kids room. We have actual bought both our kids queen size beds. They love them and they look great and we have had no problems. We will definitely be shopping with them in the future. Only down side is they are not open during the week. But I understand why. Definitely recommend finding what you need there. Great selection. Great products for a decent price. We bought our bed from Kittles and had to get three different beds before getting a decent one. Plus everything we ordered from Weekends only, we were able to receive the next weekend. With Kittles we waited over three months, only to receive a product that was in horrible shape and ended up waiting a total of nine months before getting a decent product.

I went in looking for a dresser for my grandson. The sales people were great, told me by more than two that if I had any questions about anything that they would be more than happy to answer them. I went to pay for the dresser that I had picked out and I specifically asked if it would come assembled and she said let me check, she was doing something on the computer and said yes that it would be assembled and ready for pickup the next day. I sent my son to pick it up and he called me and said that it is not assembled. My son is more than capable of putting it together but I dont like the fact that I was misled about it.

I went to the Greenwood store and was able to look around with out being bothered. When I found what I wanted I was able to find an associate quickly who set my order up. Upon check out discovered that the ottoman was out of stock until 2022 (COVID 🙄) but when I asked for the floor model I was directed to the manager. I could have kissed the man as he gave it to me even though his boss wouldn’t be too happy about it. I had ordered furniture over 4 months ago from another store with no delivery date insight. Within 30 minutes I am going to have my living room furniture next week thanks to Makayla and Jeff. Thanks so much Weekends Only!

Do not waste your time. Look elsewhere. Ordered a couch with a delivery date of 7/23. Received a confirmation email saying it will be delivered on 7/23. Timeframe in the email was so vague that I called the number and was told it was not going to arrive until next Wednesday. What’s the point of allowing people to select a date if you’re not going to honor that date? After a hour on hold the lady said it was because I did not have my phone number on file. Well you clearly have my email address and you could of sent something rather than making me waste my vacation time waiting at home for nothing. Please do not offer me to call the 800 number for you to make it right. Not going to waste another hour of my life for you to do nothing. Order has been canceled and I’m taking my business elsewhere. Only reason you got a one and not a 0 is because I had to give you a rating to leave this comment.

We just moved to Greenwood and this was my first experience with Weekends Only and it was extremely pleasurable. Save your time and shop elsewhere. Their delivery and customer service is nonexistent. Had to be home for 4 separate occasions for a delivery yet it kept not making it on the truck. Not once did they let us know it happened. I had to call and wait on hold for up to an hour each time to figure out why my furniture was not delivered. Avoid this place!!

We came, we saw, we bought. There was no ordering and waiting for 4 to 6 weeks. Brought it home, assembled it (not difficult), took the old one to the curb, waiting for someone to pick it up. If its not gone in the morning, well take it to Salvation Army.

Does this store not own a phone? I have called half a dozen times over the course of a month (yes, only on weekends). And have been on the waiting machine for over 30 minutes ever single time and have never gotten an answer. I ordered a sofa 10/5, it is 11/28 and I have received no communication: text, email, call - with an update on anything. If you like spending money with nothing to show for it and not caring when or if anything will show up at your house, this is the place. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.

I came in looking for a firm Twin XL for my father in law’s hospital bed. He showed me each one that would work with an adjustable base and what would help with his back pain. Quick and simple and hopefully tonight he will sleep well!

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered an ottoman for my couch back in February and was told it was in stock and ready for pickup by that Saturday. Here we are now 3 MONTHS later and I cant not get anyone to provide a status on my order!! NO response to emails/calls. I have to drive the next city over to the closest location just to cancel order because they wont allow me to do over phone or online, even though I ordered on line!!

I will never buy anything here again. We had an awful experience. Thankfully we bought the warranty! We bought a dining set - when we unpacked it to assemble it, 1 chair was busted, 1 was cracked, we took them back to the store to exchange them. We had the set 30 days before the table started showing permanent marks from every plate of hot food that we sat on it. W/O return policy is 7 days so we had to use the warranty. The warranty company told us that we had to get the same table & we could not return the chairs. We didnt want the same set, period! W/O let us pick out a different dining set. When the new set arrived, that table was busted in 3 places. At this point we have been without table & chairs for several weeks & dealing with these people, whom, I might add, I was an extreme bother to one of the customer service ladies. I wont even go in to the details about that but she kept trying to tell me my refund was $300 less than it actually was - even after a supervisor told her she was wrong! As frustrated as I was, I never once raised my voice to her but she was extremely bothered by me & not one time did she say Im so sorry for what youve gone through. We took the 2nd table back & demanded a refunded. The manager (Tom) was great to work with & did not give us a hassle about refunding all of our money. We did lose $92.00 of what we paid for the warranty for the 1st table but it was worth just getting out of business with them! My only advise, besides dont buy there, is to always buy the warranty, but please be aware that it is not the type of warranty you think it might be.

Weve purchases from Weekends Only twice now. Once about two years ago and this past weekend. Weve had great experiences both times! We were able to look for a bit and then were asked if we needed help. After listening to what we were looking for, they made a recommendation and then let us browse some more. We felt absolutely no pressure from the employees to make a sale like most furniture stores. We purchased our new sectional, recliner, and console table all in the same day, and couldnt be happier with the furniture we selected and our experience!!

Stopped in here on a Sunday. There were a bit busy. All the employees were standing in groups ansld chatting. I had to find and and ask questions. They were not very helpful. I told them what I was looking for and the motioned around an area in the back. Didnt ask specifics, and offer ideas. Dont think Ill be back.

We have bought furniture at the Greenwood location 3 different times now. This last time we bought a warranty for a $300 area rug after being told that any stains no questions asked there would first be a cleaning kit sent out, if that wasn’t successful they would send Stanley Steamer. As I explained to the sales associate we have a toddler and a large dog so stains are inevitable. Again, promises of no hassle. Well, here we are waiting for a cleaning kit for 2 months that we have yet to see, and not one phone call or message has been returned. So as far as a review it’s a 👎 for me. Never again with this place.

Horrible customer service. Called to see if a specific piece of furniture was available and never got a response.....on phone for over an hour. Decided to go to store and the sales people acted like we werent even there....then were finally told they didnt have what we wanted and had to go to another store 35 minutes away.....other store was the same...they really acted like they could careless if they sold us anything....then tried to tell us the tag was wrong price and was more until I showed them the price advertised on their website....if we didnt need two chairs as quick as we did I would have definitely waited and gone somewhere else....had to end up buying both floor models....and of course no discount either....very poor way to run a business especially in these hard times....will not be going back !!!

I went to the greenwood Indiana store and knew what I wanted for my mattress purchase because my father had the same one and I loved it, so went directly to that one ordered it and was going to be available for pick up 2 days later what luck. Not so much I care for my elderly father so my husband picked up the mattress and when I got home noticed there was a floor model tag on it and stitching was loose and not good and there was numerous pulls in the material then I noticed it wasn’t even the right mattress the one they gave my husband was approx $150 cheaper on the website then the one I paid for. We called and complained about the poor workmanship on the mattress and they took it back and low and be hold I called there attention to what mattress I ordered and now it’s the one I ordered. But every time I’ve called this store 3 times in total I stayed on hold 45-55 min each time. I still haven’t gotten satisfaction and a good excuse why I tech a mattress that was obviously not new and wasn’t the one I paid for. Very unsatisfactory customer service and no answers to my questions!!

They dnt knw how to talk with customers. They r good before ur purchase but after they dnt care . I had really bad experience with them . I bought bed never delivered to me finally they gave my money back after a month . They dnt care if u take days off for delivery. They hve only one answer tht is we r apologize and tht is ridiculous .. dnt ever buy from them .

We had a great visit at weekend only. We got there at 6pm but by the time we walked through the large store and looked at the huge selection of furniture it was after 7pm when we made our purchase.. They closed at 7pm but was in no rush to make us leave. Very nice employees. We will be a returning customer. Thanks Again.

If there were negative stars for customer service I would give them. You better hope that what you order is not damaged because if it is then you have to call a toll free number and be on hold for more than an hour and no one ever answers the phone. I have left a dozen messages for a call back an no response. I messaged them on Facebook and finally someone messaged me back a couple days later. Then when the replacement bed for my daughter arrived they were supposed to notify me an no one ever did! The stores excuse is that they are very busy and the quality from the manufacturer has gone down cause the demand is so high. So basically youre telling me your product is crazy and the are too busy to answer your complaints. I will never buy anything from them again.
