After placing another order for multiple items, we were told that the order would be delayed by up to 8 weeks. Our order is now expected to take up to 20 weeks if it does in fact arrive then. I am dissatisfied with how little has been done to make up for this issue. My thought is corporate would rather wait until materials are cheaper and therefore, delay loyal customers.

Just ordered a new bed set and cabinets after seeing the showroom. Nikki was super helpful and friendly. We are excited for the new furniture coming soon!

We are so happy with this place. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted and Jill took over three hours to help us narrow down our likes and dislikes. She above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier without selection of a new dining table, chairs, bench, and buffet. Getting to design what wood, color, style and trim is amazing. Highly recommend!

Ordered in November. Stated we would recieve before Christmas. Arrived after Christmas. What we ordered wasnt right. They picked up items January 4th 2021. I had to call myself to see what was the holdup 2 months later. Had excuse for everything. Still havent recieved product. Was told when product isnt right item goes in front of the list. Apparently not. When ask that we feel we should be accommodated for our inconvenience all they would say was everything is backed up. Will never do business with this company again. If the item we purchased wasnt so important to my husband wanting I would cancel and request refund. Has taken longer to get item fixed then it took from the time we orginally ordered. I understand things happen and feel we have been very understanding but why did I have to call and now I have a voicemail stating the delivery department will be contacting me. Please be aware they dont care as long as they have your money.

They offer high quality custom Amish furniture. The showroom is very big and have a wide variety of furniture to see. They are always well staffed and very friendly. They also have free cookies for their customers and they are amazing! If you are in need of new furniture this is the place. If not, then at least come here to try the cookies!!

The customer service is disgusting. When customers come into a place of business to spend their hard earned money they shouldnt be disrespected. The racist comments made by Diana and consigned by her co-worker are sickening. My family and I are regular customers and we will not be back. Sickening!

Super nice quality furniture.

Because of an overtly racist attitude directed towards a highly regarded family member, a so called salesforce has alienated a significant number of high earnings potential customers. To be specific, a Diannaled with caustic and demeaning innuendo that was followed by supporting comments from another associate.

Terrible staff. They were incredibly rude to a friend of mine and were demeaning towards her. She was a return customer, but they have now lost her sale and my business entirely. Absolutely deplorable. Would not recommend to anyone. Racists.

Beautiful furniture, but you pay a premium for it. You can buy similar furniture direct from Amish (in Shipshewana for one) for less and with the same amount of customization.
