I love everything about this water delivery service. Ive had the dispensers replaced several times. They are always prompt and helpful. I can call and move up delivery with no problem. I can call and add extra, again no problems. Water tastes good too. Thank you!

We get our Ice Mountain water from Walmart and usually love it; however, it must be getting too heated during delivery because the last three times weve purchased water, it tastes terrible. Purchasing a water purification system for our home is what we plan to do if this is what we are to expect every summer. Ice Mountain is clearly the best during the cooler seasons; why cant it be offered in returnable glass bottles?

Wanted to deliver water but not the other part wasted a day off work for nothing

This water smells like vomit. If I were making this up I wouldve used a different adjective. I thought it was my water bottle, then thought I may have got a bad batch. Nope, for some reason all ice mountain water smells like vomit. Good luck keeping it down. I prefer tap over this nastiness any day.

Love their water but the service is horrible. Numerous times I would schedule a delivery and they would never show up.

Been a loyal on time paying customer for about a year now and while I love the product, the home delivery service and customer service are absolutely horrible! just this week alone ive gotten an automated call telling me they cannot make my delivery 3 consecutive days in a row. I called customer service to find out why and after being on hold for an excess of 10 min. I was told they were having problems with their delivery wharehouse which is understandable if this hasnt been an on going problem pretty much since about 2 months after I got my first delivery. I made the mistake of trying to change my order about 5 months ago for just one delivery and they screwed my order up for 3 months in a row,and somehow my order went from being delivered on around the 1st to 3rd to now its anywhere from the 14th to who knows when cause I still havent got my order this month! I started getting home delivery to stop having to buy it at the store and this month alone ive bought 3 cases at the store one at a time trying to get by til it got here, looks like im going for my 4th case this weekend? im stopping my service and going to give Hinckley a try so if you care about your delivery being on time id definitely not get ice montain or nestle they are the same company so dont be confused by the 2 different websites. worse customer service ever!

Weve been loyal customers for 8 years, but just today I canceled my service due to their horrible customer service and the inability to fulfill their scheduled deliveries.

Signed up, they came by and didn’t leave the water, said didn’t have enough on truck. Next day, same thing. Horrible customer service and obviously, they don’t know how to count inventory. Never received any water and we canceled the service.
