I have been a customer for over 2 years now and I am always amazed by how friendly the staff and good the service is. Even during COVID, when they were strapped, they always were very up-front with their practices and policies so you never had to guess what was happening. I highly recommend Klines Quality Water to anyone! Its affordable and beats paying for disposable bottles or drinking tap water.

This has to be one of the best water companies I’ve ever came in contact with. The customer service is beautiful and it just makes me smile. The water delivery guy, is very courteous and generous. When I speak with them, if I’m having a awkward day, they make me feel as if everything will be ok. It kind of reminds you of past times customer service.😌

On March 16, 2021 Klines picked up 10 empty 5 gallon bottles since I was ending my business relationship with them. I am still waiting for the return of my deposit on the bottles. I think three months is about 2 months too long to have had to wait on my deposit return. I have sent Klines a letter about this issue which to date has gone unanswered.
