They switch companies and not even notify me and let me know what was going on the day of delivery was expecting water but didn’t get anything and looked them up and my account was inactive. If I didn’t call them I would have never known that this was going on. Not Professional at all. No email no calls no nothing I do not recommend this company.
After nearly 20 years of service my deliveries got cut without notce called and was told they stopped delivering to my area. And given a Evansville place to call. Now thats some BS seriously.
Customer service is as good as their billing... locked pricing for 12 months they claim. Five months in and I received a notice of a 28% price increase. Spent 48 minutes on the phone to get it fixed, only to receive another price increase the next month. Dont worry though, its only a nominal increase. The scripted monkeys of customer service love that word. Although, Im not sure they know what it means. IF you make the mistake of going with these guys, youll end up calling at some point. Take some advice, ask for a supervisor immediately. The front-line associates arent allowed to use basic logic, common sense nor given decision making authority. I offer them a nominal rating for their half year of miserable service.
Ordered new water delivery service. Seemed like a great deal, especially for the first month. When I prompted me to choose a date for delivery, I chose the first Saturday available. They processed my payment of course, I received an email confirming I would receive delivery on Saturday between 9am-2pm. I received a text on Friday stating I would be receiving delivery between 9a-2p. I was really excited to have this setup - we drink a lot of water and prefer bottled spring water since the tap water in our area is horrific. Saturday I sat and waited - ALLLLL day I waited. at 2pm, I called customer service. The recording told me I could expect delivery between 7a-5p??? I was put on hold, told that the branch was contacted and the delivery person was indeed running late, I should see them in 10-15 minutes. At 4pm I called customer service back again. I was told that they should arrive any minute because deliveries are typically made between 8-4pm on Saturdays. When I questioned her, and asked her to reach the branch - I was told it isnt possible to reach the branch on Saturday. That if she messaged them, they wouldnt receive it until Monday after 10am. I asked, so... when are they going to be here? Are they going to arrive today? She said (and Im not making this up!) I dont know. Stunned, I asked, is there anyone who DOES know? She said NO... It is now Sunday morning and I still have no water, no phone call to tell me they werent coming, no text to alert of an issue, no email, and OF COURSE, no refund. This story shall be continued....
We cancelled the service in our office (they are now charging $50 to take your machine back) and then I get a bill for the equipment rental! The rep told me I owed nothing when I called to cancel. We were customers for years and had to do this to cut costs, and we still get billed!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t get service from this company. They are scammers. I’ve been a customer 1 month and have experienced delivery issues and unauthorized charges with no help from customer service. Their system has been down for over a month now so you can’t even get help or close your account. I will be reporting them to the BBB and attorney general.
This company is the worst. Leaky dispenser, awful online design and experience, late or no deliveries, tried to cancel multiple times but couldnt talk to anyone, was charged unwarranted late fees. Dont even attempt to use them. Do yourself a favor and just find another solution. This one will end in headaches.
Terrible customer service. Everytime I calli am on hold for a ridiculous long time with no help. 4 months in a row with them making deliveries and I have no idea they are coming. No email or text. Always a random day. My garage is full of empty jugs because I don’t know they are coming. Don’t use this company
Been with them since 2007, yes 11 years! Im finally to the point of cancelling my service. My 5-gallon water rate has gone from $5 to $9 per bottle, when I called them a month ago to complain, thats when they reduced it to $8.50 per bottle. BTW, new customers pay $6 per bottle (until they slowly increase of course). I recently referred my family member for their delivery service with the online link provided which was supposed to credit my account $50, after several emails back & forth, they told me that my account is not eligible for the referral credit. There are several other companies providing local water delivery service including Costco, Hinckley, etc, and theyre ALL cheaper than Ready Refresh. It seems like companies nowadays dont care for loyalty, they just care about acquiring new accounts.

I hate even giving them 1 star. I waited for 3 weeks in a row for new service. I was receiving text alerts stating they would be there between 8-12 noon. They were no call no show every promised time and when I called them during the last time promised they said there was no route delivery that day. I have never experienced such HORRID customer service. And to sit home and wait for 12 hours total is incomprehensible to me. Please save yourselves, pass this God forsaken company by, I dont wish them on my worst enemy. As a matter of fact, I take aside 5 minutes a day just to be a ReadyRefresh Hater. Anywhere I can spread the news I will.
They lied and said they showed up, but when I went and looked on my camera hat records all day they were not on the camera. So very mad.
They treated me kind and the delivery man was always kind to me.
Worst service ... excessively expensive....
