Bruce is a very honest man! I love his work and he doesn’t over charge. My all time favorite stereo and alarm and window tinting business! I’ll never go anywhere else!

Been a few weeks since I went in for my tint.No appointment and they still got me in and out within a few hours. The tint looks great!! Highly recommend. They offer 99$ service but it comes to 120 in the end.Will definitely be back to see what stereo/audio setup they offer.

The technician was very rude! He came in to work late, he looked like he didn’t want to work on the 3 cars we took him, he also denied work. He also said he didn’t care what I think about the work, “It’s not my problem how it looks”,

Let me start by saying I hate being negative I would love nothing more than to give this business 5 stars but alas I must be honest. I came in to have my car stereo repaired, simple wiring but ended up buying a brand new stereo and paid double the cost to have it installed. I dropped. Vehicle off and was surprised to get a call a couple hours later saying it was finished. I liked this but also worried me a bit. I picked up car after work and they were closed. My navigation system and back up camera, which was working fine before was unresponsive when I started vehicle. This controls a big portion of my car heat, Navi, camera Etc. I called immediately and left a message. I received no response and ended up calling back and the owner was not concerned in the least and said I could bring it by and they could help me with the Bluetooth calling(that was also not working) but as far as my navigation screen there was nothing he could do. Needless to say I was really disturbed by this. I took off work early just to have it looked at and the tech (who was nice but clueless) said I would have to make another appointment to drop it off and he doubted it would fix anything. I just want a working vehicle that is all. I offered to pay to get it fixed right and that the owner seemed disinterested in helping me. Now I am out close to 600$ which is a lot to me. And I cant even turn my a/c on or off. Uggh I guess I will save my money and take it somewhere else that can get the job done I advise anyone who reads this to do the same.

Upon two different occasions my husband tried to patronize this local business. Each time, we were disappointed. The first time was when we showed up for an appointment to have a radio installed in our truck only to be told that the tech didnt show up. We had received no advanced call nor were we offered another appointment. Months later, we purchased a new vehicle and we decided to give them another try. Why? We were disappointed yet again. The gentlemen came out to inspect the vehicle to see if the work could be done. We picked out one of their the radios and confirmed a time & date for installation. We called the day before to reconfirm. We was told everything was on schedule. We were to have the truck there by 9am and it would be done by 11am the same day. We arrived at 9 and we were told that he couldnt start until later because he had another car from the following night that wasnt completed and that it wouldnt be ready until later that afternoon. He couldnt give us a time. He then said he was going on vacation for a week and a half and to call to reschedule if we couldnt wait. Well we couldnt so we gave our business to the town of Pendleton.

This is my 2nd time going to them. Ive had them install 2 of my sound systems and tint my windows. They are amazing people & also do great work! Ill be ready for upgrade on my speakers 🔊 and Amp soon so Ill be seeing 👀 you guys soon lol

Very nice job on tinting! Tint was very well done and haven’t had any problems with it sense the install & the only thing I would say is next time I’d like if the door panels were covered to prevent the wet products from running down the doors but other than that, I definitely plan on coming back so nice job and nice shop.

I havent had anything hooked up in the back by a technician but they look pretty legit a lot of people being helped quickly on that note also.

Rude from the time I came to schedule an appoint to have amps and speakers installed but they’re the closet so I went with them. Went in Monday to schedule an appointment was scheduled for 9am Thursday. Even though I knew the services I wanted I was told I have to schedule for an estimate first to see what’s wrong no problem. Called to check on the status of my truck at 4pm and was told they haven’t even touched it yet. Called back at 6pm and was told I need to have my amp replaced for $400 which he said is the cheapest. Idk if it’s Bc I’m a female but amps cost $150 at the lowest. Do I asked if I could have speakers installed too to hold the amp amount Bc I want bass and he told me I’d have to schedule a separate consultation to have speakers installed and do I want the amp or not😳 wasn’t able to explain the specs what I’m getting the brand anything that would justify why it’s $400 but I’ve been riding with no music for a week so I agreed. Here we are the next day and my truck still isn’t ready

I went in because my rear speakers werent working at all. I figured it was something simple but their prices were very reasonable so I let them take a look at it. They got me in right away and I waited in the lobby. They came back and said that it was just a setting on my stereo and they fixed it at no charge. They are quick, reasonable, knowledgeable and above all honest. Ill definitely be back!

Literally wasted my entire day, if I could give no stars I would. I dropped my car off at 9AM to this location, didn’t hear anything until I called @3:30PM, they let me know my car would be finished around 4:30PM. I show up; and my car hasn’t been touched. They said they tried to call but it didn’t go through, I didn’t receive any call from this location. And then when they did call me to prove their phone call wasn’t going through, it absolutely did before our eyes. I ended up just taking my keys and my money elsewhere. Huge inconvenience for me, and they didn’t seem to care.

The reviews I read are true. I needed to replace a blown speaker in my 4 runner and was super pleased with the modest pricing, quality speakers the owner guided me to, and the lack of any attempt to up sell me into more than I needed. Will definitely use them again if ever needed.

This place is awesome. They are located next door to Circle City Tint. Although I’ve never been to Circle City Tint. I do know they are over priced. I needed all windows 5%. Circle City stated it would be 240 for tint. Stereo Advantage quoted me for 160 so of course I went to them. Also Circle City has a groupon however upon speaking the the rep he stated that using the groupon is the same price and it actually waived your lifetime warranty when you purchase through groupon. Not sure if this can be verified but just wanted to inform others. I recommend Stereo Advantage 100%

Walked in without an appointment and was out in about an hour. Granted it was just a couple speakers to install but the guy I worked with was professional and wasnt pushy with trying to sell me any to of the line speakers or anything else I didnt want/need. Quick and very reasonable on prices.

They did a Really good job puttin the remote starter in my car, they fast, prices are the best in town 100% recommended I am really happy with the job well done.

I bought a nice CD.DVD/GPS/Bluetooth Sony unit and wanted it professionally installed. I personally went in and asked what it would cost to install this unit. Initially I was told around $100 but by the time I picked up my car with the radio installed, the installation fess had gone up to $400. Now they did install it but I have some reservations about the units position. It should have been more recessed in the dash and not sticking out about 1.5 inches. Also, they didnt clean up my car after the install. All the boxes and plastic from the install was on the floor. They didnt even take the time to clean it up. Finally, once I got home, my doors wouldnt lock. There was something misaligned with the speakers they installed and I had to bring it back to get them to fix the problem. So I guess, overall, they grossly overcharge, and dont do quality work, dont test everything before they complete the job and charge you way too much. Stay away. This place is a money trap!

This is a review on the customer service at Stereo Advantage. I have not actually purchased from them yet, but I believe they earned this review. So, heres my story.Last summer, my wife and I were about to hit the road in our RV (full time) to travel the states. Our 2014 Forest River had a Magnadyne LCD-4 NAV and All-in-One entertainment deck (5.1 surround). The week before we left this deck started doing some really really bad things. Sounded like it was killing our sub and front/rear/center speakers had no output at all. I was sure the amps were blown. I contacted Stereo Advantage and the gentlemen who runs this shop spent a fair amount of time with me on the phone. He listened to all my rambling about the symptoms, my thoughts on the matter, as well as the specifics regarding my RV. I really didnt expect him to be thrilled about it being an RV job but I was wrong. He was very nice, professional, and had no problem with us bringing an RV to his shop. He set up an appointment for the next day.I was close by so I jumped in my SUV after hanging up and headed over to shop for an acceptable replacement deck if mine couldnt be fixed. Well, he was the same in person. He gave me detailed info on the decks I liked as well as tips on how they could wire to meet my specific needs. Here is the kicker. The next morning, my wife and I unhooked from our campsite to head to Stereo Advantage for our appointment and the Magnadyne system started working again. Could not believe it!! We went ahead and started testing everything while driving to our appointment; all seemed fine. We pulled up in our RV and apologized to him, letting him know what had happened. We told him we were going to go with it and see if it was just a fluke. Well, 6 months later and its still working fine...go figure! Anyway, the folks at Stereo Advantage will have our families business from here out when we have car audio needs! Thank you so much for your time!

Had speakers installed in my truck sails it would take a day and if they didnt call but 5 it would be ready..I got there at 530 my truck want done and said they needed another day... When it was done they left my truck a complete mess just thru the boxes in there it was like they didnt have any respect for other peoples property.. Spent over 500 and an felt like I want anything but another#

I had an indash & 2 12 subwoofers w/ amp hooked up in my Volkswagon Passat. Extremely happy with not only the install but the customer service. They were very nice and easy going. Answered all my questions. The install was quick and clean. No wires showing and no mess. Everything is working great. I will definitely refer and be shopping with them in the very near future.

The first time I came here to replace a fried sub, they failed to check the rest of the system and fried my brand new sub as soon as they put it in. I didnt have the money to buy one of theyre over priced subs, so i waited. When I came back 3 months later to buy a new amp and get a full installation, they tried to sell me an amp that was on sale and charge me a ridiculous amount for the whole installation. I told him the price was way too steep, and proceeded to find the same amp online on my phone for $50 cheaper on 6 different websites. If you dont know what your talking about, these guys will take you to the cleaner.
