I took my truck just to buy a radio and have it put in and I was treated like dirt. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money and over charging you. After 3 trips back to audio visual, I had to get my radio reinstalled at audio electronics next to rim time because my highs were coming from my subwoofer. Sam the owner of audio visual tried to tell me that I needed an additional 1300 dollars to truly fix the problem. They they had to do was switch to wires. When I told Sam that I had to go somewhere else to have his problem fixed he said well that was your choice and if I wouldve just keep coming back they wouldve eventually fix the problem. Totally unacceptable! Buyers be ware.

Person at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Charged me a fee after I said I would take my money else where do to lack of professionalism. I would NOT recommend anyone to go there they customer service is trash. Worst business I have ever been to in my life.

Very shady company. I had my radio installed here because thats where insurance sent my radio after I got my original one stolen. I noticed when I got in my truck the Bluetooth wasnt playing through the rear speakers and I asked a question about it. the owner told me all they do is install and its not their responsibility to figure everything out about the radio. he told me I needed new rear speakers and even tried to sell me some extremely expensive ones. I literally took my rear speaker out in their parking lot and walked in with it and wala... it worked perfectly. On my radio there is a setting under Bluetooth that says you want to play it through all of the speakers. I did not have the Bluetooth hooked up on my original radio so I was unaware of this until I had to figure out their problem in front of their store. terrible customer service.

Poor service i went to get a radio installed and the guy broke my dash. He tried to argue with me and tell me it was already broke like i dont see my car every day.

Sad this company is outrageously high, went somewhere else had same work done for half his price no customer service AT ALL!!!!!
