Floors to Go has done two amazing flooring jobs for us. We just had luxury vinyl installed and it’s amazing. Glenda was so helpful and the installer worked so hard and got the work done quickly. We will absolutely return.

5 stars is not enough. Chris was able to do the impossible—track down discontinued floors that fortunately matched the original floors from 5 years ago. This task was critical at keeping my renovation project in check, saved me thousands, and allowed us to decorate in time for Christmas!! He is always extremely professional and beyond helpful. I simply cannot say enough.Felt VIP throughout the entire project.

We just had a big (for us) tiling project completed last week, the week of November 2. I cant recommend Floors to Go highly enough. Communication was excellent. We dealt by phone with both Chris (our sales rep) and Glenda (who filled in on Chriss day(s) off) and both were excellent. Our installer was here exactly on time for each of the 3 days he came to our home to work. He was very detail oriented, cleaned as he went along (amazing!) and did an absolutely fantastic job. We had a commode moved prior to and after installation, and the plumber also arrived on a timely basis and worked quickly. When we finally break down and do the rest of the lower level, I know where we will go!

Had the best experience, very friendly great service and they made us feel very welcome there, Joe and staff were very curious and went above and beyond explaining everything to us through out the process. Thank you all I recommend floors to go to everyone. Simply excellent

Floor install went smoothly, but customer service afterwards is the worst ever. Ive been trying to get someone to fix carpet that pulled away and the needed trim since April.. its July now.. seriously this is just ridiculous

I bought vinyl plank and carpeting throughout my house. I told the salesman I wanted good flooring because I wanted something that would last. He shows me a sample of vinyl plank and runs s set of keys and shows me how the floor doesnt scratch. I bought the sales pitch hook line and sinker! This floor scratches when I just move a high chair across it!! I guess I just need to pick up the high chair to move it!! I called and the service rep came and the first thing out of his mouth was scratches are not covered under the warranty. He told me he would order some cream, that was in July and I am still waiting! I will never recommend or return to this store!

We are looking at carpet for our church. The salesman, Chris was very helpful and even provided us with some samples.

Shopping for tile for our kitchen. Wanting to purchase 280 sq ft. We were very interested in a couple porcelain and ceramic tiles and needed to ask the price per squ. ft.; but in walks a guy with no mask on. So we left.

Unfortunately, negative stars are not available. So many things are wrong with their work but not enough room to type it all. If you want to be taken advantage of, this is the place to go. I will not mention the salesmans name, Ill just call him ris. Ris gave me a quote(per sq ft) for laminate like flooring over the phone(I realize it had to be measured) completely different price when I got there and by the time it was all said and done the price changed(per sq ft) 2-3 more times AND after installation I find out it did not include the trim. Funny thing is, he bad mouthed Empire Flooring, but not only would they have been less expensive, the flooring would not be coming up less than 2 months after installation. I dont know if he took advantage because my husband had literally just died. But I now have to pay someone to fix the flooring that is coming up, take out the wrong flooring and put in what I wanted, do the bathrooms and add the trim. I hope Ris enjoyed his commission.

First off, Chris tried to jack up the price from his original quote. Secondly, they told us that the contractors would be at the house between 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. We received a call at 10:00 saying the contractor just showed up to pick up the material. Then we were told that the contractors van overheated, and he had to wait for his Dad to bring his another van. We went with Floors to Go for the price and flooring. Well see how the install goes. The contractor did an amazing job with the install. However, Chris sis not tell us it was optional to have new quarter round installed. If you are replacing flooring, that should be a given.

I bought laminated flooring from Floors To Go the material was great! The service department was excellent. The young salesman Joe treated me like royalty. I would certainly recommend Floors To Go to my family & friends.

Wow. Customer services was nonexistent, walked in really needing professional advice, and all I got was looks like you guys are on the right track, if you need pricing, Ill be at my desk Ha Ha Ha WOW! So 2 hours later I spent 14k on tile Somewhere else. You go ahead stay at your desk, that seems to be working out for you Ha Ha Ha

Talked to Joseph K. Went to the store four times and six other stores in the area. By far the most knowledgeable sales person we talked to. No pressure highly recommend to everyone.

Will never buy any flooring from this place EVER! Customer service is a joke. Promise flooring in 3 days, got it 3 weeks later. Was never called by anyone to keep me post on my order, I either had to call or go by there to see if it was in. Name of business should be Floors to wait.

Good staff, very helpful. We were looking for something cheaper for a seldom used room, but would consider going here for a more important floor.

Dont by flooring from here, I paid cash. A month later they left a voice mail saying it was pushed back. They said they had options. I want the floor they sold me.

Very friendly and informative staff. They also have a lot to choose from.

POOR Workmanship with high installation labor charge. They just slap it in your house and are not interested to come back to fix their sloppy work. Chris at floors to go.....our stairs look like crap.

Very disappointed by their lack of customer service, would not recommend.
