Bought a beautiful leather couch on clearance and 3 beautiful living room tables. Great service from gentlemen on Saturday, Delivered on Monday!! Mind you we have been trying to buy furniture for 2 months prior with no luck from other businesses due to supply issues.

We have been doing business with them for 2 years now, my parents done business with them for about 20 plus years, they are kind, friendly, and understanding, they will help you out in anyway they can, I cant wait to get some things paid off or down so I can pick out furniture 😄, thank you so much.

The manager Shaun is very rude and disrespectful. We will NEVER be dealing with this store EVER AGAIN!!!!My son was in the hospital due to him being sick and they constantly blew our phones up over a payment. Told them we would pay them on Friday and they refused our payment.They said they would sit at our house until someone came home to get the property. If we didn’t come home they were filing a lawsuit against us for holding there property.Sorry but my sons health is more important. According to Shaun. He does not care what is going on with my sons health. He only wanted his property back.They also said they would come and pick up the furniture anytime since they oh so badly wanted it back. But yet. It’s still sitting in my house.So to end the complaint. I ended up calling corporate on him and his store and was told if I ever wanted to do anything else with them. They would take the money we paid and put it towards something new. SORRY, BUT I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!

If I could give it a zero I would. Me and my husband went in the other day and filled an app out and right when walking in the guy was rude didnt even let us look around just told us to fill out app and bring it to him so we did he said okay Ill call you in a few hours well we waited from the time they opened to close and never got a call so we called that next morning and was told by someone else that nobody did any apps yesterday that he would get it to so once again we waited til about 6pm and we called because we had no call back and he said oh yeah I was about to call you, yeah you wasnt approve because of your app We asked whats wrong with it he refused to tell us and hung up so guess what we went to another rent a center who cared and got approved. Im guessing the this store lied to us because they didnt wanna call people for the app. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!!

Worst experience ever! Manager is extremely unprofessional. refused to discuss my situation and avoided calls. As a disabled veteran and with years of dealing with rent a center until I changed to this store never had an issue. When your employees talk crap about you as a manager you have serious leadership issues.

You pay double the price for anything you buy.
