Chris and his crews have done several projects for us. They installed windows on our screened in porch, replaced the storm/screen door on our porch, replaced all the windows on the back of our house, wrapped windows on the front of our house that were damaged by hail and painted all the trim on our house to match the window color. They were always on time, they would communicate if they had to change the schedule (usually due to the weather), they were courteous in all interactions and any issues (of which there were very few) were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. I tend to be a perfectionist and the work these guys did for us was close to perfect. I highly recommend them. I wish they did interior work.

Gage Kidwell and Issac Martin installed a custom window in our bathroom that involved them using an extension ladder. Both men were friendly and knowledgeable and provided great service. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They are a great team!

Mike Clements from Indiana Quality came to my property to provide a detailed quote on a window and gutter project. So far Ive had three other contractors, including some of the big window companies in town, and Mike was the most thorough and honest contractor. In fact, he spotted a structural problem that no one from the other companies found. Without the issue being addressed at all, anyone working on the window project would encounter major problems with a high degree of failure in the future.I highly respect a person who find a problem and declines a project until the issue is repaired. I dread thinking about if I went with an expensive, big window company only to have the windows collapse or crack from an untreated structural fault. Mike helped me draw up some plans to correct the problem, improve my curb appeal, and even lower my total costs.He also helped me find other areas around my house that need to be addressed, even things outside his companys scope because he wants to make sure I dont encounter any problems in the future. Its hard to find someone who goes truly out of their way to deliver exceptional service, provide honest and accurate advice, and be willing to spend a lot of time to make sure the job is right.If you need a quote or have a project in mind, Indiana Quality would be a great company to contact.

Don’t do it. Save yourself the aggravation and potential for increases after the fact. The sales person, Chris, constantly changed his quote. While the first increase was my fault because I waited a few months to move forward the second, third, and fourth increases were most definitely his manipulation. They were always inconsistent and contradicted what he had said. I can’t figure out if he was incompetent or lying, but either way just simply avoid him and his dishonesty.

Josh and Joe came to my home and installed five windows and a patio door earlier this month. I was impressed by how hard they worked to get the job complete, They did take time out to answer questions and followed up regularly throughout the job to make sure the product was to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves and double checked their work when wrapping up project. I would recommend this company and I would also highly recommend this team .

I needed my gutters cleaned out and looked at. Trying to get set for winter. A friend gave me Indiana Quality to come out and give me an estimate about getting leaf guards put up. I contacted them and they sent a representative. The quote was reasonable. Even pointed out that I had a few shingles missing. On the day of install, they sent Tony. Tony is very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable about these gutter guards. He took time and care to make sure my gutters and the gutter guards we installed correctly! He explained to me what he had done, and showed me pictures of his work (cause I wasn’t going up on the roof). I am pleased as punch with the outcome! Thank you Tony for caring about the job you did!! I was hot that day and you never complained nor hid from working. I would highly recommend using Tony and Indiana Quality!!

I ordered new windows and a sliding patio door through Lowes Home Center. Indiana Quality performed the task of removal and installation.Josh and Cam were my window installers and Chet was my door man. All three were very professional and courteous. Josh contacted me to give me an update on their ETA before arrival. All three promptly showed up and began the process of removing the old windows and door. They made quick work of the project arriving at 11am, they were cleaned up and on their way by 3pm.While they were here, I was installing a light fixture in my kitchen. I had a minor problem with it and Chet was kind of enough to give me hand with it. Josh fixed the door handle on my screen door. There was a minor problem with the weather strip on one of my new windows, Josh made sure to right it up and order a new one to be installed at a later date.All in all I would give all three of these guys ten stars if I could but alas Im only allowed to give five! Great crew!!

From the time that Mark came out to look at our house and give us an estimate to the completion of the project we were so very pleased. The crew that was here was just a pleasure to work with and they kept us informed of what they were going to do each day and they did a great job. They also cleaned up every day. They have very fair prices and quality products.We had Gutters installed this spring and are highly pleased with the new gutters. They make the siding look great and the guys who came out to put them on were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up everything before they left and fixed some areas where we had always had problems since we moved in. Everything from Chris coming out to give us an estimate to the completion of the job was done smoothly and with the new gutter guards, cleaning out our gutters is a thing of the past. Josh Hodges was my installer and I must say he was by far the most friendly, most professional and most helpful of any installation service people Ive ever had. First, let me mention, that he installed 2 windows by himself and perfectly. Worked perfectly when done. Looked beautiful! He showed me where I had no insulation in my old windows and showed me that he was installing insulation with the new ones. A different set of installers had previously installed a different window last year in a different room and it took 2 of them. They never explained how to remove the screen. Or replace it. Had to do a call back because window didnt work properly. Josh showed me how to do all that with the 2 he installed and as a very nice courtesy, showed me how to work theirs! Lol. Yep. Ill be asking for Josh to install my next 12 windows! Also, Josh took out 2 window unit acs and replaced the one I needed replaced back in the window. Never seen anyone go so far above and beyond. They dont make people or companies like this anymore. Better take notice!

Had an awesome experience with Indiana Quality. The installation was not easy. Had a mixture of CMU on the exterior and furred out walls on the interior. Absolutely fantastic finished product. I requested that the existing door be kept and left onsite. Existing door was uninstalled and neatly put into the garage for later use. Installer called upon arrival and followed up when complete. Great work and customer service.
