We worked with TAG Exteriors to replace all our windows, dormers, siding, trim and doors. Jason helped us determine the best solutions at a fair price. The work was completed SO quickly...it was easy to tell their crews were prepared with the material and labor to tackle the job. Any issues after install (all minor) were addressed promptly at no additional cost. Id highly recommend TAG and plan to use them in the future!

I called Jason at TAG Exteriors after having some pieces of siding blow off; before he even came out he advised me that my siding on my 20 year old house was more than likely no longer produced. Upon arrival he confirmed his assumption and notified me that all the siding would have to be replaced. He was very educated on the process and everything related to the matter and explained the process perfectly for dealing with insurance; He warned me about all the battles I would face along the way but assured me he would help every step. Jason and TAG were absolutely amazing when it came to our big overhaul project of the outside of our home. He made it so easy for us since he was our point if contact for everything. We had a new roof installed, new windows, stucco repair, dry rot wood repairs, and full painting of the exterior of our home. Everything was done with the best quality and Jason was in contact with us the entire time to give us updates and make sure we were happy. We will definitely be using Jason and TAG for all of our future projects!

Jason, Dwayne, and the roofing crew did an AMAZING job for me! I love my new roof! They took the time to do things the RIGHT way, even if it wasnt always the easiest or most convenient. During a storm late last year, my husband and I experienced multiple leaks in our ceiling. After extensive research into exterior contractors, we chose TAG Exteriors. After contacting TAG, we were made aware that our area had gone through 16 hail storms within the year. The entire roof as well as all of the siding, fascia, soffit, and gutters needed to be replaced. Needless to say, we were intimidated by the enormity of the project, but TAG handled the entire process, including all of the dealings with our insurance company. We were informed every step of the way regarding the information obtained from the insurance company as well as everything and everyone involved with replacing and updating the outside of our house. At the beginning of all of this, we found that our insurance coverage had dwindled in the years due to it being sold and resold to parent agencies. We were dismayed to learn that we were not as covered as we thought we were when we first bought the policy 15 years ago. The coverage was inadequate and would not pay for everything that we needed completed, at least that’s how it appeared, until Jason used his knowledge and negotiating skills to get us where we needed to be to get the job done. TAG handled EVERYTHING! We did not have to deal with price negotiations, contractors, building supply stores… nothing. It was so easy and hassle-free and we got the repairs we needed as well as a total upgrade of our outdated siding. Basically, it looks like we got a brand new house thanks to TAG. The contractors that came to our house were courteous and professional and the entire house, literally from top to bottom, was completed to EXCEED our satisfaction and was done faster than we thought possible. If ever we need them, we WILL contact TAG Exteriors for all of our housing repair needs.

Made appointment to get estimate for exterior window shutters replacement. No one showed up or called.Update: Owner has contacted me, apologized, and offered to make things right (thank you!). I will update review as we progress.Shutters have been installed and they look great. I got a good price and am satisfied with the job. I appreciate the owner working with me after the initial problem. Shows the company has integrity, which is somewhat rare these days. I would use them again.

Dwayne came out to look at a few pieces of siding we had pop out a little bit. He was nice enough to pop them back in while he was examining any other damage. Even though we didn’t need a full replacement, Dwayne was nice enough to go above and beyond at his estimate appointment! I’ll definitely call TAG for any future exterior needs!

My neighbors and I all had hail damage last year. Jason worked with our insurance companies to get roofs completely replaced. My insurance company, however, denied my claim saying it wasnt hail, but someone had been walking on the roof. Just FYI, my roof is three stories up and 12/12 pitch (45 degree slope), nobody is walking on that roof without a rope. My wife and I were extremely disappointed, but Jason reassured us that we had a legitimate claim. He didnt give up. A year later, we have a brand new roof, only because Jason continued to fight my insurance company corporate staff.And its not just some cheap no name roof. Jason uses the best underlayment, quality installed flashing, ice & water shield, and shingles. Also did painting and new trim (for new flashing).Jason did exactly what he promised. I am no longer skeptical. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would recommend TAG Exteriors to others--they did a really nice job installing new doors and windows in my condo! My condo is older, and some of the work that needed done was not straight-forward, but Jason and Steve worked with me until they were positive that I was satisfied with the results of my renovation. Patience paid off.We had wind damage to an asbestos roof in April of 2016. The insurance co. said it could be fixed, but no one would touch the roof let alone find materials.Jason said challenge the claim, be patient and that he would get us a new roof.He did.Although new to the asbestos removal process, Jason contacted people that knew what to do and 8 months later in December, the insurance company came through with full payment for removal and installation of the roof.Now in April of 2017, one year later, we have a brand new roof. As I said at the beginning, be patient. Jason knows what he is doing.

As a pastor when someone delivers on their word, it matters to me. From the beginning of the claim, Jason Arthur came through on everything he said. At first I was doubtful that he could keep his promises, but one by one he did just that. My insurance company was more than hesitant to respond to the claim, taking over 3 months to do so. Jason told me it would be that way and frankly called the whole process play by play. He and the crew of TAG Exteriors did excellent work. One other fact worth mentioning is the quality of the product installed on my home. The siding is of very high quality as are the trim products used. Without hesitation I would have them do work on my home again.

TAG Exteriors replaced a hail damaged roof for me in know time. From the moment I contacted them they were all very friendly and courteous. Jason Arthur had my roof inspected and quoted on the same day I talked with him. Then he had a new roof installed 1 day after he received all the necessary forms and payment from the insurance company. The quality of the installation and product used are excellent and pair that with the timely manner in which it was completed are steps above any other company. Most importantly the out of pocket cost to me was very minimal. TAG Exteriors delivers in a big way on their projects which quality craftsmenship, exceptional products from Owens Corning and completing their work in a timely manner on or before stated time frames. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from them and highly recommend them for future projects.

We bought windows almost 6 years ago for the entire house from TAG. We had looked all around and had neighbors who were dissatisfied with their new windows from one of the big name window companies within one year of installation. So I did a lot of research and we went with TAG based on their combination of price and quality. I was still nervous for the first couple years (wondering if they would hold up) but after 6 years they all perform like new! No leaks, sagging, sticking, condensation, etc. During deep freezes and burning summers they work and insulate fantastic. They look just like when we bought them, and the frames, glass and locks work great. Installation was done very well and they took care of any nitpick details I asked for. I would definitely work with TAG again.
