I highly recommend Window World. I had used them many years ago on a rental but also used them for my own home in September 2021. My salesman explained all of the choices to me, and I was well informed to make the best decision for my needs. The quality of the windows is exceptional. I’m very happy to now not worry about sun damage in my house from UV rays, which was a big problem for me with my old windows. I love how easily the windows can be moved for cleaning, and the noise reduction is amazing. My house is much quieter than before. The installation team did a great job, as well. I did make a service call to have two small places calked, and the company was very responsive. Customer service from all employees was exceptional, including receptionists, salesperson, installation team, and service team. I’m very happy with this company.

I had to move and move back my furniture 3 times as a result of all the false starts. After all the talk about measuring everything multiple times in order to make sure the windows were the right dimensions - 1 of the 7 windows was the incorrect size. That misstep was made worse because the installers took down the existing window before confirming the new window would fit. Leaving ME(!) to deal with the security risks, insect management, heat from getting in during this humid summer, and cold air escaping. (I purchased and installed a King Frost window cover.) In the end, a job that I was told would take 1 day to complete because of its simplicity (one floor home, easily accessible windows) took 5 days - NOT including the day (or days?) when they return to install the mis-measured one. Add the poor communication from the salesman after the purchase, the large (over 12 inches) and avoidable cracks left inside the house, and conflicting information on what can, cant or should be done - theres no way I would recommend Window World to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look else where, or at the very least treat every offering, every promise and statement they communicate to you with the same skepticism you would if it were a leprechaun selling you windows.

I cannot say enough good things about Window World. Our old house desperately needed windows and with one call, someone was out to measure and get things going in a couple days. The install team was AMAZING. Courteous, kind, they cleaned up, they answered any questions we had. I recommend Window World to everyone.

They were AMAZING! Two man crew showed up early in the time frame given for installation to start. They did 12 windows, inside and out, in less than 6 hours. They were very tidy and didnt even mind when I asked them to take off their shoes when they installed the master bedroom window (carpet is new, white, and expensive). They cleaned up scraps, inside and out, took away the old windows and all the wrapping/packing materials. I got the quote from Window World because of recommendations from several friends and decided to go with them for the price and the warranty. Ill be recommending them to anybody that asks me.

This is the second time I’ve trusted Window World with an installation in my home. They were as professional now with new door installations as they were three years ago when they installed my new windows. We moved into our house at the end of September we knew from the first showing the windows would need replaced. We contacted a couple of companies. One which was extremely overpriced but could get us in pretty quickly and Window World which had a more reasonable cost but they weren’t going to be able to install for 6 months. Went with Window World despite the long wait. We just got our windows installed earlier this week and we can’t be happier. They look amazing they let so much more light into our home. Time will tell to see if they lower our energy bills. I’m guessing they will since our old windows had so many leaks. The install crew was quick and efficient. There was a slight problem with the install with one of our windows but they came back next day and fixed it. The exterior wrap they put on all of our wood trim brightens everything!! We’ll definitely use them in the future for our old patio doors and exterior doors that need replacing.

Window World is easy to work with. They helped me order new screens for windows I had ordered years ago. I simply called them and got them ordered over the phone. They made it easy to know what size screens I needed. Everyone I spoke to was nice and helpful and my new screens were very reasonably priced.

Great windows for best price I found. Update After Some Research. Window World is 5 Star. Installers were not the best. Definitely will take short cuts if you dont watch them. I paid to get 2 window frames replaced but they did not repair them, they did tear up 2 more removing windows and leave those torn up. They said that was normal and would be covered, it was covered but not normal. Im sure there are more than one installation company and the others may be honest, mine was not.

We met with Tom H in April 2021 and ordered 15 Windows and a new patio door. We decided to upgrade everything, including the patio doors with the built in blinds between the glass. Tom measured all the windows perfectly. They were booked until July and we called at the beginning of July and they gave us an install date of July 22nd, which was a Thursday. We spent Wednesday removing all the blinds, curtains, moving furniture away from windows and pictures off the walls near the windows (that’s necessary). The installers (Kyle and his team of 3) showed up around 9:15ish, re-measured all the windows again then went straight to work. They completed all the windows, trimming, the patio door re-hanging our shutters, old window hauling and cleaned their mess all by 6pm. They were professional, courteous and timely. It was a huge project but they made it less painful.

We were scheduled to have windows replaced on April 9 due to the high volume of customers before us. Had them replace the windows in my older house. They are great windows at a very reasonable price. I’m pretty frugal and consider it money well spent. Window World replaced all of the windows in our home over 12 years ago. Their windows are quality at an amazing price. We have had to replace 3 sashes in the last few years due to seals breaking, causing discoloration inside the windows. Window World holds true to their lifetime warranty. All we have to do is call and the windows are replaced, no questions asked. I wouldnt buy from anyone else.

Window World was fantastic. They let me change my order after I found out I needed to delay replacing my gutters. I called in, talked to a local person and within minutes he was able to accommodate my needs and take that part of the order off with no hassle or cancellation fees. Exceptional customer service! We are very satisfied with the services I have had from Window World. We decided to replace the windows in our 1st rental house about 13 years ago and had no problems at all even with different tenants over the years. So when it was time to replace windows in another rental they were our first choice, hands down!Unfortunately, through no fault of the tenant, but an act of vandalism, one of the windows and screens was damaged after just 7 months. I called to get an estimate. They set up an appointment and arrived on time. Very nice sales person Andrew.I went ahead and signed the contract knowing I had 3 days to change my mind. I got another estimate which was quite a bit higher. A friend had Window World and was very satisfied. So I went with Window World.My install date was 16 July. I got a call 22 June saying they could install tomorrow. I took it!My install time was between 8-12. A team of 3 arrived right at 12 and got right to work. They were finished with my 10 windows by 5!I really like my windows. I like that you can push up the screen and open the upper windows. I like the window locks. I like the pull in and wash. I like the low e glass which to some extent cuts the heat from the sun. I am anxious to see how the argon gas between the panes will work in winter.I had one problem which necessitated a call. The glue on the windows is very very very difficult to remove. I used goof off and still had to rub and rub. I think a heads up about this would have been nice.I am not sure why they used a gray caulk inside.Some paint on the inside window was cracked. I think that will happen.My only criticism is no one called to see how it went. No one asked if I was satisfied. Instead I get a text with a review.I would overwhelmingly recommend this company. I think some personal follow up is not an unreasonable request

Really disappointed with Window World. We used them with our old house several years ago so when our new house and addition needed windows we went back to them. I took a day off of work to be there for the install and they didnt show and didnt bother telling me until it was to late to go into work. They had no solutions only excuses. When it came to ordering windows for the addition Tom the sales man gave me a run around and did a horrible job of communicating with me. Instead of saying sorry and give me solutions he instead blamed me for everything. Once I quit working with Tom and finally got the windows ordered it was a 6 week lead time causing my construction to be delayed. Once the windows came in they forgot to include nailing fins which is the part that Tom originally claimed delayed everything to begin with. I am incredibly disappointed with them, they have caused headache after headache. They dont seem to actually know anything about windows. They had no information on the size windows required by code in bedrooms, or tall windows, they forgot something basic for new installs. It was one miscue after another. I will never use them again.

Backstory: We were originally only going to replace a few windows and a patio door at the end of 2019. Shopping around we found Window World of Indianapolis. Very impressed by the quality, price and Limited Lifetime Warranty, we decided to replace every window in the house. Scheduled a 2 day install for the 3rd week of December. We went with a larger patio door so we had to have another contractor remove old door and open up the frame. Contractor came and did the frame work for the door the weekend prior to minimize the length of time due to cold temperatures.First day of install. No one shows up. I called and was told they didnt have us on the schedule until the end of January! I knew I had the date right. I scheduled the other contractor as well as 2 days vacation from work. I drove to the home office and ended up speaking with Scott. We never figured out how there was any mixup in the scheduling, but Scott and the other Window World team I dealt with that day dealt with the issue surprisingly fast and respectfully. They checked their current inventory and was able to pull everything together and had a crew to my house the next day.The install crew was awesome. Even with a schedule change, they were super respectful and even played and entertained a couple of my younger children who were watching them install our new windows. They also showed us proper maintenance of the windows inside and out. To this point, so far so good.Fast forward just over a year. 3 days ago, the outside pane of the patio door just popped and splintered. Luckily it didnt fall all over. Nothing hit it, it just popped. So we called and reported what happened to put in a warranty claim. They said they would get back with us. The next day, they said it would not be covered by the warranty and it would cost $X amount to replace and $X amount to install.Now here was our confusion, during the entire sale process and install, we heard about everything being covered under the warranty. They said that if our kids threw a rock through one of the windows, they would replace it for free. The only items that was specifically NOT covered was caulking and the bathroom window that was obscured.So again, I went down to the office to talk to someone.Basically, it came down to the Exceptions of the Limited Lifetime Warranty. They were not explained correctly. One of the exceptions is tempered windows. According to their policy, that includes the patio door because it is made of tempered glass.The best part, they fully understood our confusion after I explained how everything was explained to us. The not only fully explained the rest of the warranty, they were able to locate a replacement and replaced our broken one. Even better, NO CHARGE!We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and that employees have to follow company policies.Scott took the time to listen to our concerns, and was able to fully resolve the issue BOTH TIMES. We would absolutely recommend Window World of Indianapolis!

We had a great experience with Window World. From the beginning when the salesperson came out to do a demo and free estimate to the installation of our windows. Their employees were honest, direct, and professional. The installers were efficient and hardworking. They also did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished. We love our windows and have been very happy that we chose Window World.

While I appreciate the hard work put in by my installation crew, they certainly did not have much skill in the customer service side of things. They were smoking cigarettes and blasting music the entire time they were working, refused to put on a mask when they came inside. Then they let me know the factory broke one of our windows and they would have to install it at a later date. After letting me know this, they still wanted me to pay in full for a half-finished job. When they finally came back to finish they brought a different window from what we ordered, and installed it without saying a word to me. We also had them wrap the outside of two of our doors, one of them still has exposed jagged edges and the other was installed with the weather stripping hanging off the door, and they covered the area that it slides into so now it is half epoxied in place.To top it all off, I am still cleaning up bits of broken glass and caulk tube pieces all over the outside of my house. I don’t recommend window world to anyone else. 2 stars only for the quality of the windows that were installed.

Miss communication was the biggest issue with this place. Once I finally got the window order in no one known where things were. Plus 2 weeks after I received a call that order was ready for pick up. So frustrating.

So the only thing I didnt like was that after the initial sales call, they never followed up with an install date. I ended up having to call and ask when they were coming. That said, they arrived on time. Ours was only a 3 window order. Two men arrived very polite. Got straight to work. Pretty quiet in a good way (like they were busy working and not chit chatting with each other). They cleaned up their area and even patched a gap left by the trim of our old window. For the product and labor for the 3 windows it was about $1650 . We went mid grade for the quality which was 100% better than our old. I would recommend them!

Called Window World and told them I needed 4 replacement windows downstairs as well as 6 new windows for new sun room. Inquired about them looked at window in living room that I thought needed recaulked and that we had trouble locking. Was told that was repair and that they didnt do that and she didnt know anyone who did. Went ahead and made appointment for someone to come out last Wednesday at 1pm. Told them Id have our remodeler present in case of questions about the sun room. On Wednesday at 12:55pm received a call from man from Window World who said he was an hour and a half away!!! Wanted to come at 2:30. Told him our contractor was there and we could not keep him waiting that long and that we expected him to be on time. He blamed office for scheduling him poorly. Told me he would call office immediately and have them reschedule for Thursday or Friday. NO ONE has yet to call. I guess they do not want any new business.

I gotta wait another week but were asked for a certain install of 3 months ago and now theyre telling me if I want him I gotta wait another month I just dont understand whats going on when they had the office to Jeff the owner

Their prices and window product are very good. However, they are lacking in flexibility and customer service. After ordering 2 houses worth of windows, I determined that I needed to cancel a couple windows from one of the jobs. Apparently 3 days after ordering was too late and they said they were already being fabricated even though the installation was scheduled 3 months out. Kind of hard to believe especially since they didnt bother to check and get back with me, they just said no sorry.Workmanship was subpar with sloppy interior caulking on the first job and left dirty fingerprints all over the exterior wrap.2nd job went better but they forgot to caulk 1 interior window which happens no big deal. But instead of sending someone out within a couple days, I had to schedule it like 3-4 weeks out. And when that day comes and no one calls, I find out they are running behind and reschedules me for the next day. This finish work would literally take someone 2 minutes and I could have done it myself. I will not be using them again.

My installers David and partner were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job making sure the windows were level and sealed from the outside elements and did a great job making custom trim on site. Ive had several windows installed and needed service on on 3 everytime its months before they get to it. I was told by Scott that there is no time limit in their warranty REALLY I had one widow that had pins that broke and one that had moisture between the pains of glass. Its been a month and the window is still not made. The pins on the other window Scott said Ill send them to you and you can put them in. My opinion to someone looking for windows FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Overall experience and pricing was pretty good, however I do have a few complaints.1. The windows didn’t quite match as closely as I was expecting.2. The installers left our gate open when they left, which allowed the opportunity for our dogs to get out.3. The installers left shards of wood and metal on my driveway for me to clean up. These were sharp and could have cut someone or punctured a tire had I not noticed in time.

Install crews were on time, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. Windows look great and were installed well. The mark of a good company is wether they fix their mistakes. Installers were professional, polite, on time and very clean. If I had more windows, I am very pleased with the workmanship.

We used window world for installing 13 windows in our home including some very large floor to ceiling windows.We ultimately chose them for the price - far less than competitors.We did have a hiccup with the first install (hince the removal of a star) - all 13 windows were originally measured wrong. When window world realized their mistake, they ordered the correct windows on their own dime and gave us some compensation off for our hassle. It did take a two more months (total of 4 months after we originally placed the order) for the correct windows to come in from the manufacturer and be installed. The manager Scott was.. less than nice/professional about the mix up. I have voicemails that the correct windows would be placed on a “rush order”, then a month later I called to follow up and he stated there was “no such thing as a rush”..However - Tony who did our install was AMAZING. He came out on his day off to remeasure our windows the right way (not who did the original measurements), when they came in they fit like a glove. He and his crew spent 9 hours making sure everything was perfect for us upon the final install.I was nervous picking a “lower end” window company, but they look amazing and completely changed the look of our home.Overall we would recommend window world for the value, but bring your patience. The installers really saved the day for us and made it right.

If I had to say anything negative it would be that I feel like outside you should use caulk that matches the metal rap you are using so that you cant see through it and see the gaps they might have in their cuts thats all other wise it was a perfect job

Amazing experience. I thought it was going to be a huge hassle but basically painless. In a day the windows were in and second day they had the trims and caulking done. The new windows look amazing and the house feels better insulated. The crew was awesome and so friendly.

The product is great. Already see and feel a difference. Installers were friendly but stayed busy and got job the done. The wait between order and install too long and was not notified of the wait by salesman. Had to directly to the office, after 4 month wait, to get an install date.

Pros:-Great price-Installed on promised date-windows look greatWould use againCons:-There was an accounting error in which I was refunded my deposit, which was in the $1000’s of dollars. I had to call or otherwise the company would not have known about their error. When I first called they had no idea what happened and it took them a few days to actually get back to me.-Windows looked great, but I had to clean them after installation, which included pulling out a ladder to get to the outside of the sliders. Hand prints, finger streaks, oily looking spots, and dirt on the windows. For spending that kind of money, I would have assumed they would have been cleaned after installation.-the installers left my back gate open. Luckily I noticed before my dog got out.

Sales person Tom was on time, knew the product line, and stayed within our budget. Windows were installed within 1 week of estimated date. Installation technicians were on time, fast, and professional. Ill use Window World when I need more windows.

I really wanted to be pleased with Window World, and for the most part, I was. Some great things:-The installation team was excellent. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were great with the finishes (like the caulk). They were able to save our marble window sills and keep everything in tact.-The windows themselves look great, are affordable, and are energy efficient.Things that were not great:-Communication. I had to call Window World more times than I should have. We first waited about 4 months to even have our windows installed. I understood and was fine with waiting. Our windows were installed the day we were told, which was great. However, the sliding door was measured incorrectly, and I was initially told we would have a replacement the following week. I called again to confirm, and was told that it would be an additional 4-5 weeks to get a new door. Additionally, the new installation date for the door was cancelled at the last minute, and my husband had to take ANOTHER day off of work.-After all of this, when I called to ask if there was any sort of compensation or discount because of the inconveniences, I was told that the workers are human and they make mistakes. As a middle school teacher, I 100% GET that. However, this is a business and I really do feel like there could have been some sort of compensation to make up for the time we had to take off of work, and the fact that we ended up waiting 6 months for this process to be complete.I would love to give Window World a better review, if not for the communication issues.

Not enough words to express how great this company has come through for us throughout the past few years. In particular our salesperson Joe Mathias. Joe has bailed us out on several occasions by going above and beyond to insure a quality job was done in a time sensitive matter. The installation process is also high professiona, high quality and quick. We will definitely be referring Window World and our sales man Joe in the future!!
