Gilpin glass has done glass repair for several years. I know they have always been scheduled pretty far out, but they have always done a great job for great price! I recently used them for an arched piece of glass and they finish it very quickly for me. I was really impressed because they finished it two days before it was scheduled to be completed!

Ive had two occasions to have Gilpin out to give me quotes on windows and a sliding patio door. The first time the guy came out and said I would have the quote in a few days. I had to call and track down my quote. The second time the guy came out for a different quote and said the same thing. I didnt call to get the second quote. I know they do good work b/c I know people who have used them... just be prepared to chase your quote to get the job done.

By far the worst service we have ever received. We moved into our new home in June. It is now November and we still have not received our windows from them. They are continually coming up with excuses as to why they have not even ordered the windows, they have stood us up on several appointments when we took off of work to be there for them, etc. Every time I would call and speak with Sherri she would lie to us to placate the situation. I strongly recommend using any other company. I have written maybe three reviews total in my life- but the horrible service we received was that motivating.

Awesome. Needed to replace a small section of glass for the front door. They cut a new piece while I waited. $ 3and some change.

I needed a tempered replacement piece for a door. Instead of selling me a new one for $90, they had a used one on site for $40. Good value and service.

Technician was supposed to be here on Friday but did not call or show up. Was told they would be here on Saturday but no one showed up. No sense of time or respect. Very disappointed

Very impressed with their service. We needed a pane of glass replaced in a 100-year-old window in a short period of time. They were able to take measurements one day and replace it the next. Both appointments were scheduled for a half-hour time frame and both times the repairmen showed up within the given time.I dont know much about window repair/replacement, but you cant even tell the pane of glass has been replaced so they seem to have done quality work. Our landlords are the cheapest of cheapskates, so I can only imagine the service was highly affordable.Last but not least, everyone I spoke with in the office and on-site was friendly and happy to help.
