I was thinking that I would have to have a new 3 panel sliding glass door door installed at quite a hefty price. I didn’t think that there were any other options available.After some investigation I came across the Glass Doctor and the rest s history. I contacted their office and from there everything went along as planned. The installers were professional and knowledgeable. Everything went along without a hitch and I am quite pleased with the results.I would defintely use their services again.

We used Glass Doctor for a frameless sliding shower door purchase and installation for a Master Bathroom demo we completed. They were easy to work with, very professional and communicated well. Called for windshield repair and was told they don’t do auto glass repair even though it is all over their website.

They “don’t do auto glass repair at this time.” They advertise and have reviews of auto glass repair.

Team had great communication in advance of when theyd arrive and what work needed to be completed. Office explained the process well and presented different options / pricing. I would definitely work with Glass Doctor and recommend to other citizens too.

It was hard to find a company interested enough in doing business with me to actually give me a return call or a quote. I told them upfront I was interested in just replacing one fogged thermopane, and when they proved that I was not interested in a major remodeling project, they lost all interest in me. Glass Doctor, however, was sincerely interested in my modest needs even though they were very busy with other work. I would recommend them first, last and only.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and quickly performed the work. The office was available and responsive to scheduling the initial consultation and the repairs. Everything was thorough and organized. Email with estimates and invoice sent same day of service. Great company! They really stand behind their work. We had the Glass Doctor install a shower door for us which had a minor issue and they installed a totally new shower at no additional cost! My wife and really like our new shower door and plan on using this company again for our next shower door replacement.

Said my 1989 was too old to replace a windshield in after keeping me on the phone almost a half hour asking monotonous questions. Lady on the phone was sweet but clearly knew nothing about cars other than what her computer told her

I had one broken window, I had been turned down by several other companies related to the pandemic, glass doctor utilized there PPE during the estimate and install. They were polite and knowledgeable and down to earth. Plus the estimate was a lot cheaper than I had in mind. I would recommend to anyone.

Called to fix a small chip in my car’s windshield. I don’t know how I got it but it is there and I know I need to fix it ASAP before it grows up/out.I looked online and I found a couple of places that seemed reputable and with glorifying reviews. I called and spoke to Karen, she explained that the chip will not totally disappear but at least it will be controllable. Karen was very professional and helpful, she offered to get me in tomorrow, but I opted for a later appointment due to my availability. Karen emailed me the work order showing the car make and model, the work to be performed and the price. I emailed Karen back and forth regarding changing the appointment time and I ended up doing it tomorrow “as she suggested from the beginning” : ) She was very prompt in her replies.I knew what I was expecting since I did this repair previously many years ago at another business and for another car. Yet, the results from Glass Doctor were a tad better, since when I examined the repair site it was super smooth to the touch. The repair process took 30 minutes.There are no gimmicks in their prices for my situation, no hidden fees and no bring it in and will quote you a price… I like that the price is $79.99 for a chip repair, which seemed very reasonable. I also liked their availability, and that I get to take my car to their shop “not a big fan of mobile repair businesses since they couldn’t have the best environment and tools to work in. I wish if they had after 5 PM appointments for customers that can’t make it before 5. Other than that, I believe I won’t hesitate to contact them again for my glass repair needs.

Gave me a detailed and realistic explanation of what to expect, and the repair was very quick. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Two weeks later, been through the car wash a couple times, and the repair has held up. Even in the event that it doesnt and spidering occurs, they will put the amount I paid for the repair toward a replacement windshield. I dont know how I could have asked for a better experience.

The rear view mirror on my Subaru fell off the windshield that Glass Doctor replaced for me a year ago. I brought the car in for repair and Glass Doctor fixed everything good as new,in about 10 minutes and at no charge. Excellent service!

My wifes windshield got hit by a rock the size of Texas(metaphorically speaking of course).I called Glass Doctor that day, in a bit of a panic you could assume.The very next morning at 9am I was drinking coffee and eating Girl Scout cookies from the delightful staff on location while the Glass Doctor pro replaced that ruined windshield.The staff even have a run down of the process taking place.I hope I never have to replace a windshield again, but if I do, I trust this group to be there with coffee, cookies, and glass.Price and warranty second to none as well!

Tried to schedule service to replace a company vehicle windshieldin our facility. Very rude talking over me I expressed it need to be done in our building and she kept trying to save me money to bring it to them . Told me not to get mad when for the fourth time i expressed k wasnt trying to save money and again expressed I need it done Mobil. Called Sentry Auto Glass great customer service.

April 4, 5:09 pm - my windshield hit by stone and cracked. April 5, 3:35 pm - my windshield repaired for less than $50. All what is took was one phone call to this business - service available immediately on their site. I should call them first, I wasted my time on others - or no appointment available within one week or a repair would depend on weather since they had no UV lamp and sun would need to do a work to harden resin. Here I encountered family owned business (a franchise) with friendly and helpful personnel (thank you Tim and Karen) who really care you get a professional service for your money. I definitely can recommend their service.

Terrible service. Do not waste your time at all. Had to schedule two different times, first time the repair man never showed up. I never received a call back, nor did they return my calls. Few weeks later I tried it again, because they are the only vendor near by that will actually service to my house and since I am a full time student, this is what was easiest.All in all completely unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time here. Go anywhere else.

Rude! My contractor was just there for a double pane replacement on a window thats 54 inches in length but wanted to charge for 60 inches which makes the price go up 50 bucks and OH it wouldnt fit in the frame. Already went elsewhere for 45 bucks cheaper and a week turn time. Sad cause we have 3 others in need of fix but at those prices Ill just put in a new window! Not competitive at all.

Had a windshield cracked beyond repair. GD was closer and cheaper than other companies in town and used OEM-quality materials. Seemed odd to initially talk to a call center, but Karen at the local shop on 89th St. got me an appointment the next day, Kathy called to keep me informed and Victor completed the replacement exactly when promised with a windshield that looks as good as when car was new. Very professional in all aspects.

Do no waste your time with these people. They setup 2 appointments to see my glass, but they never showed up or called to excuse themselves.Then a so-called manager called to tell me to call my apartment maintenance for my glass repair, even though i have told them times and times again that my dinner glass table that was shattered by the movers needed to be replaced. When i asked to talk to a manager, Karen (if it is her real name) said that she is the manager and that i can look for other glass repair companies. If there was zero i would have given them a rating of zero.

Ive used Glass Doctors twice, once for a windshield and once for a rear window. Both times the staff was professional and responsive. I dropped off my car and they let me know when it was complete. The work was quality and was done ahead of schedule.

I sold my house and part of the closing i was asked to replace a window. So i called the glass doctor. They said it would come in 10 days! And then the day they were to install it they broke the window. Then they had to order another one and said they could install it the day before i close on the house. Well they were supposed to be here at 8am and at 815 i called them and they had no idea and i am still sitting here wondering if my window will get fixed in time and if anyone will ever call me back. As much as i love using vacation time to sit around for a technician, i am very unhappy. No one called me back i waited over 30 minutes and called them to find out the window is still not in and that they dont know when it will be. So no one called me to reschedule and wasted my time once again. Talked to a manager i think his name is Pete. He didnt seem to care that they wasted my time, money, and now are delaying the close of my house. Terrible customer service, didnt offer a discount for all the problems and even hung up on me.

Windshield cracked, quoted $803 by my local glass company. Glass doctor charge me $316. Went onsite for replacement. Took 2 hours, so far happy with the outcome. Waiting area is just a sofa with tv and magazines. Free wifi. Nothing fancy about it.

I contacted them after my windshield was broken. I spoke to rachel who gave me a price and set up an appointment for mobile service the next day. 30 minutes later I receive a phone call from Rachel to tell me that she forgot to charge me tax and gave me another price. Then the next morning I receive a phone call from Karen to schedule the time and was given another price because rachel obviously didnt charge for mobile service even though I told her I wanted them to come to my place of work and gave her the address. So my bill was then 233.73. I wanted to ask another question so I contacted karen back to ask her if that windshield had the headsup display and ask me if I was ask that question when I told her No she said well that changes everything . The price is much much more and gave me a price of 714.00 . I contacted another company and they are charging me 298.60 and that is for the heads up display, tax, labor and mobile service and he stated I will eat my words if I am wrong. I will never do business with Glass Doctor again. you cant give a customer 4 different prices in less than 24 hours of scheduling the appointment.

Glass Doctor at 89th and HagueAutomobile windshield replacement. OEM part for nearly $100 less than Safelite wanted to charge. Wifi in the waiting area. Very friendly and personable staff and management. I stayed longer than was necessary just chatting with the owner. I would definitely use again.

They were very rude to me. What I was told over the phone was VERY different from what happened at the location. The receptionist and operations manager both were very rude. Poor customer service. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
