They installed a glass door for our shower and a few months later it was not shutting flush. They blamed us for it happening and now refuses to call my husband back to discuss. I do not recommend this company. Very disappointing to have paid for a shower door that isnt flush.

Northside Glass & Mirror does an excellent job at making custom glass pieces. Weve had two pieces made to protect table tops we own. The order process is quick and easy and can be done over the phone. They call you when your order comes in. There are several glass options to choose from. I recommend this company!

I love!!! our new frameless shower door. Thick glass, coating on inside, smooth operating (not sure I would have with kids), and installed well. The beveled mirror over the vanity is also perfect for the space. Thank you for doing the work during this pandemic so we had a functioning bathroom.

I ordered a custom mirror size 48 by 60. My husband and I visited with Bob while I chose a frame and he gave me advice guiding me to make a smart choice. He also encouraged me to take home some samples in order to be sure that I would be happy in the end with my choice. I was soooo happy and I was amazed at the quality job he did. He obviously has skills. We had the mirror delivered and hung and the team arrived on time and showed up with booties in hand. They hung the mirror exactly as I instructed. Super disappointed. Not happy at all with the whole process. Didnt come on the right date- had put it in his calendar on wrong day. Install day, the measurements were wrong and had to redo. It took another month to get the new piece. Once installed the shower leaks horribly. When asked to come adjust, he informs us that its normal for frameless shower doors to leak. Itll cost $150 more to have a piece put on to stop the leak.Wish he would have told us that at the quote appointment. Why would I spend nearly $2000 for a shower that now floods our bathroom when we take a shower.Owner was rude and condescending. Will NOT recommend to anyone. Beware if you want frameless shower doors.

Ordered a special size glass for table top and they did an excellent job! They went above and beyond!

Bob framed 4 large photo prints for me and cut custom mats, all on a very short timeline. He did a beautiful job and had everything ready days before he originally estimated. Other shops quoted higher prices with longer timelines, but Bob was the only one that could provide top quality AND a quick turnaround. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

They did a shower enclosure for my master bath. Very nice work with good customer service. The showroom made it easy to pick out what we wanted. Scheduling was worry free. Definitely use again on future custom glass projects.

This is the only place that I buy glass tops for my furniture. I called around for quotes from other companies and the quote from Northside Glass was less than 1/2 the price that other companies were quoting me.I recently ordered a glass top for a piece of furniture that I bought for our foyer. I am buying an older home that needed broken stained glass windows replaced.. the young lady at the front desk was so nice and professional.. my window got the floor a little messy.. however she was nice and professional, i got a wonderful price on my glass replacement. When i went for pickup i got there late but the owner was nice enough to let me in to pick up my order... love this place .. you dont find good customer service like this anymore!

We had a frameless shower door installed. The employees were all exceptional and very professional during the installation process. After everything was installed we noticed a few very small chips in the glass. The owner himself took care of the situation and replaced the glass hassle free. Would highly recommend to anything in the Indianapolis area and will use again if we need anything in the future.

I needed a piece of glass cut last minute. They close at 7 PM and I showed up at 6:59. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to provide me with my glass (that exceeded my needs) on the spot when no other company (LOWES) around could. Their prices are also very reasonable. They pretty much saved the day.

Simply stellar; their quote was HALF what I was quoted by another company. Everyone I spoke to and worked were the epitome of efficiency and professionalism. If anything else ever happens, I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately if you are not satisfied with the work there is limited effort to make it right and absolutely no concern for the customer. For this type of bad service better off to use a large chain where at least the prices are better.

I got quotes by two other glass companies for a side outside table top.My quotes 79.99 and 69. 00 but Nortside Glass and Mirror was 35.00. SOLD! The following week I was @ Michael s craft store looking to repair a the glass from a framed diploma. 55.00! I told them I would shop around. They suggested Northside Glass. I got in the car drove over and Bob was 45 minutes from closing up shop for the Labor day holiday. He was nice enough to help suggest uv glass, measured cut and instructed me on how to do it myself and finally 9.99!!! I will be suggesting Northside for all framing and glass replacement. Thanks for all your help!

I used them to install glass shower door in my bathroom remodel. It leaks.A company rep was here today, checked nothing, claimed it was probably due to the base under the door not being properly leveled. Since the $1600. shower door was the single most expensive item in the remodel, I told him I thought they should have checked that and told me before they put the door in place. He was offended by me being an unhappy customer and just walked out, refusing to do anything. Claimed he owned the company. Blamed the tile guy for the problem, yet he installed the door after the tile was set. I hate it when people blame everyone else and take no responsibility - offer no solutions,just take the money and run.

We had a break in recently and needed to get a quote for a broken window, called Northside Glass & Mirror and got in touch with Jen. She walked me through everything I needed so she could give me an accurate quote. Great customer service and Ill be returning next time we need a window repaired.

Northside Glass installed a two piece glass for our conference room table. Not even a month later, the glass pieces would slide and a corner between the two pieces chipped. The table is located in an office setting – not used for activities or a work station that’s prone to movement. We called Northside for help to secure the glass pieces and fix or do something about the chip. After a couple follow up calls from us, they reported they could not secure it more than its original installation and would charge $100 just to come clean it. We will not be using Northside in the future. They shouldn’t charge extra to help with a product they recently sold us and should have alerted us to potential problems before selling the 2 piece glass in the first place.

Northside Galss has been doing work with Fentress Builders for years. They have done work from showers, wine walls, glass for storefront, etc. Never found a project they couldnt complete on time and let you know up front of time frames on materials.
