Having just learned that there was a Rockler store in Indy on Tuesday, I called and asked to have a anti-fatigue mat held for pickup. The next morning I drove over to the store and was welcomed at the door. I walked around browsing for a bit then got the mat. When I got home, my wife said shed like a second one, so I made a return trip. Two trips in one day ought to tell you that Ill be back again. The store is a woodworkers delightful toy box. Wish Id known that they were there a long time ago. Great service from knowledgeable staff.

Im in the process of setting up a wood shop in our new home, and Rockler has played a key role in this. The Indianapolis store is simply great...everyone Ive dealt with there are personable, professional, and very helpful. Ive worked a lot with Ron and I really like his sales approach, and being a woodworker himself, he brings a lot of credibility to the table for someone like me with less experience. Ive also taken several classes at this store in the last few months and learned a lot in each and every one of them (and had fun as well). Highly recommend Rockler to anyone.

Great customer service. I had an item that I needed to exchange because I ordered the wrong one. The employee ask if I had any other shopping to do. He went a found the correct item for me while I was shopping for other things.

Very well organized. Items in all price ranges. Their more popular online items always seem to be in stock but do be aware that not everything online is in store. I particularly enjoy their easy to follow pen kit, bushing, and drill bit chart posted beneath each item. Makes shopping a cinch.

I went into Rocklers in Indianapolis today looking for a Makita 1 1/4 hp plunge base for my router. They had the plunge on a different shelf from the router so I assumed they would have a plunge I could buy. Apparently they dont sell them separate from the router. Why display them separately to make it look like you can buy it separate? On top of all of this, they didnt have any of the wood working equipment that I specifically traveled to Indy to find. Why be called a wood working place when you dont have the tools for it? Very poor experience wont go back.

They have all kinds of woods and jigs and tools and all kinds of stuff. Also very good customer service!

They have womens clothing thats nice. Although I willing admit Ive yet to purchase for myself. We shop mostly for my husband. Its nice to FINALY find clothing that last! Literally last until worn out! From under garments to outerwear. Todays visit, new shorts to replace worn out ones. Oh, oops and once again on sale! Love sales.

Kinda disappointing, most everything they had can be found at home depot. Everyone in that store, workers and shoppers were so serious and uptight, not that anybody cares but I wont be shopping there no more.

I live away from Indy so I have items shipped to me. A product arrived missing a nozzle. On Monday, I called the store to tell them of the defective item. Store personnel sent out a replacement product that same day, and I received the product on Tuesday-the next day. That is excellent service.

The best professional and helpful staff to worked with. If you need working supplies then this is the place to go.

Always great place to go. Excellent place. For gifts for the woodworker in you family, or to get your self some quality tools. Dont expect cheap products or lumber since everything there is a high quality than you would get at a big box store, but everything there is worth the money. Staff is very helpful. There is a great selection to choose from so you can definitely loose track of time just looking around.

I needed a piece that was on sale this week. I couldnt make it to the store till after the sale ran out. The person that answered the phone said I could purchase it now with the credit card. Walked me through the whole process and they were going to ship the product to my home for free. Fantastic!

Great store. Very cool items especially their innovation line of tools. Very helpful staff. I spent over an hour just talking to them about projects and jointery and how to best accomplish my goals. Seemed a little pricey, but that could be because I walked away with a few bags of fun gadgets I couldnt resist. They also offer classes here and little projects you can make and take home with you.

The only thing that exceeds the quality of their products is their customer service. Duke has been my go to for advice, but everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing selection. The stuff is certainly pricier than online but Im a firm believer in the fact you are paying for the knowledge of the staff in the markup. The staff helped me out when figuring out the proper router bit and I didnt even know the size I had for the chuck.

Purchased an I-Semble Murphy bed. It is a well engineered structurally sound product. All the holes lined up and there were extra screws provided. Assembly directions are well written.Had a problem with the pistons having too much pressure and the bed not staying down. Rocklers customer service, in very short order, assessed the problem and sent me new pistons with the right amount of required pressure. I received the pistons in a matter of days. Problems sometime occur. To me it is how a company solves a problem that sets it apart from the rest. Rockler understands this aspect of customer satisfaction!

I vivsted the location on March 20, 2018 at 3:30 PMI was in the store for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, there was one other customer in the store, and at least 3 employees working. I didn’t see what I was looking for, and I decided I was not going to hunt someone down to help me. I will not return to this location! Lost sale for rockler and another sale for Amazon
