I was in dire need of some assistance finding the right size fittings I needed to repair a busted pipe between my water meter and pressure relief valve. Using a photo my fiance took(lucky me) the gentleman got me everything I needed to do the repair right the first time! Great customer service and kind people. I needed a water meter pit lid replaced due to a seized nut. When I arrived to the store the parts desk person helped me very well. He could not find a replacement for my lid because it was very old, but instead he suggested I grind off the old nut and he sold me a new one. What could have been a $70 charge by the water company ended up being $14. Great service

Be aware they charge 10% restocking fee which they dont disclose at the time of sale. They also try to create hurdles if you go return the items you did not use. And, instead of returning your money as cash or back to credit card, theyll send you a check after few days. Hard to deal with staff when it comes to returns.
