This place has the rudest people here. I walk in after buying a new home to get spa supplies for the one that came with my home. Problem is no paperwork left no model number etc. So Ive got questions. I know I need filters for it and I think I recognize it on the shelf. Guy says to me it requires a pin that cant be the one. Im thinking hmm Ive not showed any photos but looks like it cause it screws into the unit. He shouts back it cant be it cause it takes a pin. I said has same hole on the bottom relax man. I absolutely loose my cool at this point as he shouted back at me cause hes frustrated. I tell him he must be crazy to talk to people this way. Especially ones who want to spend money here. Its not my fault the owners left no information. So I swore and walked out. Not helpful will never do business there. Stay away tons of nicer shops like Pates Pools and Family Leisure both helped me with my spa needs. Thank Goodness they had patience. A few good ones left.

Poor customer service. Needs to work on not making there customers feel stupid for coming in there asking a simple question.

It has been a year since we went into Carefree Spas to research adding a hot tub to our new backyard remodel. Ron made such an impression on all of our family, that we are still smiling about our visit a year later! He really got the pulse on what we were wanting and helped us figure out which options would best fit us. He never pushed or tried to up-sell us. Ive called a couple of times for advice since then and he is always SO helpful. The service staff has also been great, coming to our home a few times when we needed tweaks. SO glad we shopped and bought from Carefree!
