Juanyel Holmes was very knowledgeable. Extremely pleasant and just all around great employee. Went to several other spa stores and I will probably be back to this establishment just because he represented the company very well.

Derek Kitchen has been an absolute rockstar in both sales and service. He explained our spa to us and has been very patient as we get our new hot tub up and balanced out. We didn’t get everything in our starter pack and he more than made it right. We are extremely please with the quality of the spa but are more impressed with the follow up service. We will be making the drive to Derek’s store to buy our chemicals going forward as well. Highly recommend!!!

We bought our first hot tub with Royal Spa. We love the quality and the fact that it is locally made! But most of all we love the service and help we have received. Derek Kitchen, our sales rep, was SO helpful from the first contact to lots of help after we received our hot tub. He spent a lot of time with us explaining everything before we decided to purchase. He was very efficient in getting the transaction done, and giving us the information we needed to prepare the site and manage the spa after we received it. We worked with Derik Kitchen at the Pendleton Pike location. He was very patient with our questions and was extremely informative. You get what you pay for when you get a hot tub. Please do your research. These are high quality and I love they make it locally. Also, if a part fails, you can get most of them anywhere. I 100 percent recommend Royal Spa! We can’t wait to get our new hot tub!

It was very refreshing to have such great customer service in a time of frustration. Sharmane walked me through steps that I needed to take to trouble shout my spa’s issues and help me diagnose the potential problem.She was very professional and willing to assist me resolve the problem.I would encourage you to consider this company when purchasing a new spa. The store was very helpful as much as they could be during Covid shut down. Due to Covid, I could not start physical therapy for an injury. I spoke with management who put me into contact with my sales rep, Mr. Kitchen at Pendleton Pike store. We found a model for my needs and searched for the best price option in overstock. They delivered the first day legally possible. I was up and running. Reaped immediate benefits and reduced swelling in 12 hours! Very professional. Listened to my needs. Our Rep also answered several text message before delivery and after. I never felt abandoned.

This place is great, I will never do business with any other hot tub comp. Sold me a floor 16 model, 1/2 price...Oups it was all ready sold...No problem.... Here have a 17 model, new off the factory floor, custom built, same deal, not one cent more, do I need to say more? This is an Indiana company, a real Hoosier company,. They have my business for life, I suggest you make the same decision.

I purchased a sauna from them years ago. They are great to work with. They installed the sauna in my basement and I use it often. Last year the thermostat went out. They helped me trouble shoot and allowed me to drop the heater off for repair rather than paying for a house call.

I was surprised at how outdated their technology is. I am not sure how they are competing with the other brands in the market? Poor filtration, insulation, and controls. I was really blown away by how behind the times they are with just about all aspects of their spa. It was like a hot tub time machine ... lol.

Is one star the lowest I can do? Garbage tub. Dishonest sales people and very low quality product. They need to get up with the times from a technology standpoint. My parents had a hot tub like theirs when I was a kid (20 + years ago) and it is like the same kind practically. Its 2016 hello...
