Not a great experience - primarily due to the curt and uncaring attitude of the male helper (though his female assistant totally ignored me also.) For example, they saw I was struggling inserting an etching in the shipping tube but couldnt care less though there was nobody there. Not asking much, just stabilize the tube while I insert the art. After running around the areas FedEx Shipping Centers for 2 1/2 hours because they didnt have the supplies and express shipping tubes, this was the final straw.
Had an issue returning a COD book. From what i was aware. You get a prepaid label drop off the book and it ships. Different areas ive used have either wrapped the book in plastic and attach the label with tape or you bring the box. The manager at the store did not want to use MY box unless i paid an additional 4.99. Or paid 2.99 for their bag. In my head its already frustrating dealing with the covid as i can just drive the book myself but we cannot. I called a higher up BRIAN and he granted me a one time free shipping. I want to say thank you for doing that and hold up to your customer service. Let it be known to the the next students who drop off you will have to pay additional fees. There should be more communication between the book store and fedex offices as the only thing i brought with me were the book and the label, my bag which had my phone and ID. Ive used other methods before and there never has been additional fees besides the prepaid shipping label. Again thank you Brian for your understanding as this was not told to us.
