As far as service it’s good. Went in and had a concern with a package I was sending out, and the clerk did provide some tips for later mailing (can’t complain), but he was a bit rude, or maybe it was his tone. Regardless I wasn’t going to stay and argue about that with him so long as my concern was cleared, I’m good with that for now.

Staff is so helpful. Its always fresh and clean. You can find other nice gifts too.

This place had awesome service! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. I dont know if the other reviewers had the same person but the lady that helped me was able to help me ship my package from here to Mexico and another package I was sending to the Philippines. Ive gone back twice since then to drop off mail, get some keys made, and send other packages. Highly recommended. =)

I always go to Cardenas and didnt even realize this place existed. It was really convenient. Got to use the computer to print some stuff from my email then fax it off. So glad I dont have to drive to La Quinta anymore. It was less than staples to fax here. Good prices,convenient, and friendly service!

They don’t open on time.

This is a pretty cool store. I dropped off my Amazon and EBay returns and they didnt charge me, some stores do charge even though your package is paid for. They were fast and friendly! I also had some keys made and got a quote for some business cards and flyers. This is what you call an All in One Shop. Five stars!

Went to this location to drop off a box but the guy was rude and charge me money to take it in. Not sure if this is against regulations because all other annex’s never charge. I would definitely stay away

So glad this place exist. I wasnt aware of all the services they provide. I received in my e-mail, sent it to them, got it printed, filled it out and got it notarized, then I had it faxed. All in one place! Score! The owner Marcos was nice and professional, he helped with the whole thing. I also got a cool Buddha key made haha!

I went there the other day to make some copies and Martha was very helpful. I needed double sided copies and it was very easy with her help. I also got my self a PO BOX considering that a lot of my mailbox at home has been tampered with lately. I recommend this location for all postal services. Thanks Martha!

I’ve stopped by here on occasion to drop off return packages to UPS. The service is slow and the clerks are quite unfriendly. Next time I’ll drive further to the UPS store!!

They had some new lady she was not very kind the usual gal wasn’t there and she’s very nice and respectful. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s changed.Comsumer

I went here to get full color prints on letter size paper. They told me that it will be $3.25 to scan the image and $.79 per color copy. So I give them my flash drive and they were taking forever I though the file was being printed for the time it was taking I only needed 10 color copies. After a while around 15min I asked what was going on an he told me that his adobe program was acting up, I had to walk him through the program to get the test print done, when the test print finally came out it had a discoloration I was not happy with so I told him that the print was not a good quality and to not print the copies I needed. So the job didnt get done and I was charged $5.25 for nothing!!I asked him why did I have to pay that money? If I didnt make the job because the test print was not good he told me that it didnt matter that the print was not good quality that they still wasted ink to print the test sheet and that I had to pay for it anyway!! Wow I was not happy to pay $5 for nothing!! They wasted my time, I had to tell the guy how to work the program to get my job done!!! Its not about the money is about he principal you know!!! But whatever I paid them the $5 and walked away empty handed!!

Very helpful knowledgeable and beautiful ladies at this place there service is outstanding and fast service I recommend this place for all your postal needs from copies passport you name it they have it all!.

I have been going to this PostalAnnex on and off for about five years. I have read about negative reviews on other local PostalAnnex. Even though I live closer to other location, I will play it safe and stick with this one. I have never had any negative experiences. On the contrary, I have gone into this store with a little bit of an attitude, but the counter person was very professional and assisted me. I apologized to the employee and I thanked them for the service.

Close by and always a quick stop in to drop a package whether it be for fedex, ups or the post office....theyll get it to the next destination.

Didnt open on time. Was waiting until somebody showed up to open the store. Ridiculous.

I needed to send a FedEx package,. After waiting in a long line, the clerk stated they did not have the forms to send FedEx. No idea if the forms had been ordered for future use. She told me to go to Fed ex. So I asked how muchTo send UPS and she said she did not know.
