Had to replace the windshield wipers and they did a great job.
Just wish they were faster at attending people.

The hours state 07:00 am opening Monday-Saturday I believe. I arrived today at 07:15 am at this autozone and waited about 30 min. No one opened the store. Very upsetting given the hours advertised. I would have gone to another auto parts store if I knew I wasn’t going go be able to get the A/C recharge I needed before my flight out of town. My family had to ride at 105 degree weather because of this.
If you see a 5 star review on 2021 the lying this place have 18 year old kids that are close to know NOTHING about cars parts dont waste your time coming here AUTOZONE PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOW ABOUT CARS

Worse customer service ever. After waiting for over 10 minutes, some guys told us that there was only one line for questions (part related) and to pay.There were 3 of us that were ready to pay, there were some people with 100 questions, why they dont have 2 separate lines?I questioned his instructions, I asked, why no employee said anything?, they saw us standing at the cashier area and no one redirected us.Unacceptable.They pretty much dont care about your business.So, Im taking it somewhere where they care.To me zero starsI ended up leaving the place.

They got my online order wrong once I went to pick up at store.. Was supposed to get Royal Purple motor oil instead they gave me Mobile 1. I told them thats not what I ordered. They checked to see if they had Royal Purple and did not have it. Very disappointing customer service. The cashier told he read the label wrong. Wy dont they just do a better job at reading the correct oil or order. Half measure effort dont work out. Already filed a complaint to corporate and hope they teach there employees how to properly do there jobs.

If your engine light is on, start here! They offer you a free computer services to read your trouble service light, in hopes that you buy the parts needed they’re at AutoZone.This is exactly what I did!I thought I may need a catalytic converter, but this might have cost me $1500.As it turned out, they told me I needed a radiator thermostat, it was $20 and I fixed it myself! Thank you AutoZone this is a great service that you offer!You just saved me $1480.Not bad!
AutoZone left us worried if we got the dimmer headlight than the car should have, got h11 bulb. They did not have proper bulb in stock? So will be calling around to get information they should have been able to tell us.
Staff does not know how to prioritize. There could be a line out the door and they dont even acknowledge the people waiting, hey well be right with you or hey welcome to autozone well help you shortly. The staff needs training. For on demand autoparts its an ok place, but cheaper and better quality parts are available online. Convenient hours is a plus.

Nice location with good inventory, but no matter what time of day you come in prepare to wait a while. They dont have enough staff to answer the phone when it rings let alone help people in the store. I watched 3 people walk out and multiple calls unanswered while i waited in line. The business is losing money like that. Must be poorly run

This place was super busy on a Saturday afternoon. It was plenty staffed, yet the line for parts was to the door. The location is a bit on the small side, but is well stocked. Everyone seemed to be working on their cars in the parking lot too.

Lame manager. Didnt even acknowledge me and then sends me off to one of his workers without saying a word. Worker proceeds to sell me the wrong brass terminal for my car even after asking his manger who passed by if it was the correct one which he incorrectly said yes they fit all cars which was dead wrong especially with the fact he didnt bother to check or ask what vehicle I was driving. Waste of my time and money. S/o to the worker though, very cool young dude. Almost didnt want to leave this review but that manager has to step it up.

Customer service representative told me they didnt carry the part I needed. I had seen online that they carried, I had to go back home remove the part take a picture go back and have them cross reference with the Honda part number

I was having overheating problems with my car so I decided Id run a pressure test on it to see if the cooling system was leaking.. Only problem is I dont own a pressure tester, so I walked into this AutoZone to rent one.. I didnt have a chance to use it until the next day and realize they hadnt gave me the adapter that comes with the kit, okay no problem Ill go ask for it, but I was at work until 8 and I remember I never asked nor was I ever told when I had to return the pressure tester so I called to ask because I had planned to not pick up the adapter that day after all since I was tired from work.. I asked if they had a policy on their rented tools and the guy that answered said in a rude tone No What do you mean? You return it when youre done with it. His tone made me feel like he was lying, and I did not want to keep or pay for a tool I was only going to use once so so went into the store straight from work, got there at like 8:45pm asked for the adapter and asked the lady that helped me out when I had to return the pressure tester and she said that same day at 9pm... WHAT!? I explained I needed to run a pressure test on the car and how I wasnt given the adapter to begin with so I asked if I could borrow the pressure tester and she didnt seem to care she said Yes as long as you return it by 9pm WHAAT!?!? And she seemed annoyed at this point but I asked if I could rent it for longer or re rent it but she said no, okay so I end up turning it in and expect my full money back like Im supposed to receive.. She scanned the item and on the screen it showed the price without taxes so I asked about it and again she seemed annoyed and answered rudely that the taxes would be included.. She used that money to pay for another item I got and gave me change in cash when I told her I paid with a card.. What is wrong with this stores employees!? And I only later found out she did not include taxes in my return, thats seven dollars gone when they said you get all your money back when you return it Wow AutoZone, Ill stick to O Reilly they give you 48 hrs
The wait to pay for the things you get is too long. Its slot faster at other auto zone s. And most of the time they dont have the parts you need, you have to drive to a different location to pick them up yourself or wait a day

Went to get spray paint no shortage of workers but for some reason i was still invesible to these guys . I walked up to the older gentleman who was working behind the counter after his conversation with a customer about life instead of cars . I politely asked if i could get some paint he said yeah give me a minute . They need some respect these fellow autozone employees

Im sorry but has to be the worst autozone Ive ever been to. Ive never waited so long to be helped and never seen workers and managers just chatting in the back well they have 7 people standing in line for help.all the manager had to say is well be right with you. but yet dude would walk to the back with the other 3 workers well they casually conversate about what they do on the off time.everytime I been there theres always a wait.But when your finally helped there very nice and helpfully an hour later.so if you go here be ready to wait in a long line make sure your phones charged to keep you occupied
