I have an older BMW, and only have it serviced at certified mechanics. William Benoit has his shop here now.I cannot recommend Unique Auto Center enough--courteous service, expert and honest mechanics, and fair pricing. No upsells, no hidden fees or charges. They will help you keep your car reliable and affordable.I found Unique via Google, and I even asked about some of the negative reviews. He self reported on those incidents, and I found his explanations completely legit.Unique Auto is now the only place I will bring my car to, and I used to bring it in to the dealer regularly.BONUS: the coffee here is better than what you would get at the dealer.

Great job fixing my 2001 Lexus IS300....had Ron fix the rear/front, bumper, hood and redo my front lights. My car came out great, very happy with their good work.I been using Unique Auto for years....they have service our entire vehicle fleet.

My front headlight was out on my Audi A4. I just got off work at 9am and tried to fix it myself but lost a plug. It was trapped under my air filter and i could not get to it. I took it to one shop close to my house, and the owner didnt want to help me. I then drove to Unique Auto Shop and Ron took great care of me. He gave me a price quote, dropped me off at my house and fixed my car the same day. I left my car at 10 am and it was ready by 1pm. He even arranged for someone to pick me back up to get my car. When i came so the shop, Jose rang me up and showed me what work was done on the car. He encouraged me to call or come back if i had questions or needed more assistance. Great place. I will be back for help whenever needed!

I didnt receive anything for free, nor do I know the owner or employees. I have been using the same mechanics and tire store for years. He was conveniently close and did a pretty good job. Mostly because it was so close to my house is why I kept returning. The other reason is because I didnt want to change and look for someone else. So in my old age I decided I wasnt going to take his bad attitude and high prices. I basically looked on line and found he wasnt doing me any favors with the price especially for a long time costumer.Unique Auto came highly recommended by friends that had been going there for years. Reluctantly I made the change. I was extremely satisfied with the friendly costumer service, (the owner and employees) they were more than willing to explain the details regarding issues with my vehicle. This is the best and most trusted auto mechanic I have ever met. They are very fairly priced and by that I mean they are the most inexpensive I could find. Also they are very accommodating. I was picked up from work in my vehicle when it was ready. That really helped me out because of obvious reasons. The price was better than I could find anywhere on line, and the job was complete without errors. I will recommend Unique Auto to all my friends!

MINUS -5 stars. This place is totally unprofessional. I fault myself for allowing them to touch my vehicle. I brought my 1985 BMW here because my brake lights stopped working. after many delays 9 days later I pick up car, the guy at the shop has to jump my car because the battery has gone dead (?) after jumping car the engine races to around 5000 rpms constantly, I ask what the heck is my engine racing for, Jose, says he doesnt know, and shrugs his shoulders. I complain that I brought it in for taillights and now the engine is racing likes there is a brick on the gas peddle. He says the charge is 180.00 for the taillights they work now. But now my issue is with the engine which has not had an issue up till now, and last checked by a repeatable mechanic in Westwood said this car would run forever. These guys are total rip offs, dont go there it is shady to say the least. the guys working on the car may not even be documented.

Came in on a flat tire and wanted to get an estimate for a used tire. already he doesnt have it and gives one of the most uncaring attitude. Jose gets me the information for ordering a tire so I asked him kindly to wrote it down so I can have it which he gave attitude to do so. thinking Jose has some what care he asks me if I would like for him to help with the spare I said sure that would be great. I get to getting my spare tire out by myself mind you i am a female ... while he talks on the phone and Im just patiently waiting he starts to change the tire and not one word of changing the tire he speaks of the price it will be because he seem like he was going to help but i was going to tip this guy but in my mind I was still going to give him a tip just for the help. he goes back to taking his sweet time on talking to someone working at the shop so once again I put the the actual bad tire back in my trunk no help again. then he puts down my car and asked for 20 dollars for what??? can u say a huge rip off andthen his attitude comes back saying he can just put on the bad tire. I politely told him y he didnt tell me about his price otherwise I wouldnt had agree to this at all thought u was doing it to being helpful. he responds theres ntn in life for free which I told him its understandable but tell ur customers before just doing. dont go back to this shop Jose is a crook

The previous posting by Hplodur Smailliw is extremely disingenuous and racist. I have been going to Unique Automotive for the past three years, and they have done a great job on my 2007 Lexus IS250. My car has 117k miles and with Jose and his teams help, I feel strongly that the car will go on for many more. The prices are great and the service is always excellent!Mr. Hplodur Smailliw was obviously misled to believe this car can run forever. Moreover, I am offended he would assume all their employees are undocumented simply because they are hispanic. He is obviously going there with an unfavorable view of hispanics and any employees of latino origin.

Ive had numerous flat tirers from nails to bolts. Without an appointment they have fixed my tires in less than 30 mins and the price was outstanding.
