If you are looks for help with your phone. Don’t com to this location. They will tell you they are limited on what they can’t help you with. I was told that I will need to go to a corporate store to fix the issue with my phone. I was sent to the ceninela store. The centinela store is no longer a corporate store. This store hasn’t been a corporate store for over a month. Not once did the associate try to call tech support. I was told I had to go to corporate store. Don’t waste your time dealing with this store if you have issues with your phone.
Erick was great. Took his time was very patient. They gave me a great bundle, I can believe they save me that much money compared to Spectrum had I not been here I wouldnt know I get Fiber internet at my home. I waited until I got installed Im happy, my daughter is happy, and my grandkids say they can play their video game with no pauses. The manager came and helped me transfer my data too. Wow so much good people. They deserve blessings.

This store has very friendly staff! I was helped by Stephanie and she made the whole process super easy and fun. Time went by fast with her any question I had she was really helpful with. Stores should have more reps like her definitely going to be doing any future business with her.
My mom recently bought a phone at this store. She was rushed through the store and rushed into making a purchase without being given all the Information she needed. She was then called rude by a sales associate (Sean), who continuously cut her off when she was on the phone trying to explain what was going on to my other sister. When she got home there was a air bubble in her screen protector, and the associate forgot to put her sim card back in. While Sean did get my mom the correct phone for her needs, he needed to relax when dealing with (older) customers who simply need more information before purchasing.
Chauncey was an excellent representative. My son and came in yesterday and purchased two phones, and she was gracious and helpful even though there were many customers she was helping. She also was courteous and attentive to all customers she was assisting. Today, I decided to get another phone that would better suit my needs and she was considerate and professional in helping me exchange the phone I needed. Her professionalism is to be commended.
Christian was so incredibly helpful in helping make changes to my account and upgrade my phone. After so many challenging phone calls to customer service and visits to other stores, I braced myself for another frustrating experience. But this could not have gone any better! Thank you Christian.
It was nice for the staff to acknowledge and ask what’s the reason why were there other than sitting there someone was supposed to been off the clock along time ago but she took the time and took everyone’s name in order that they came back all good sign that you care and the time of the payment Demic no one wants to sit around and just wait and they didn’t even know I was going to blog

I had purchase a iPhone from online to upgrade from a Samsung 7. Trust me I was so frustrated before walking into this store because I couldn’t download apps. But Stephanie was awesome. She looked for ways to figure out the issue. She offered many options from calling Apple tech, resetting the device and more. I ended up resetting the phone and she was there guiding me for around an hour. She was also busy helping other customers, which was great because she was constantly checking back on me. The manager was also great he asked if we were being helped and began to help other customers. Stephanie was the employee who made my experience at this store very great. Although I do need for the safety of all the employees and customers please wear your masks apparently. Stay safe during this pandemic.
Went to the Torrance store and had a bad experience. Was short five bucks for the prepaid plan and I didnt know it. Went to the Inglewood store. Wait was a bit longer, but the feel is that the staff here take care of you. My rep signed me up for the auto pay but he didnt act like I was unimportant. He was nice and didnt rush, but I could tell that everybody here was waiting but when they get to you they get your problem and focus. Would def come here again.

I had one of the best customer service experiences at this branch. I went in the other day stressing about getting a new phone since I haven’t had an upgrade since the iPhone 7. I had no clue what to choose luckily for me, Stephanie took the time to walk me through the new phones. She had a lot of patience and helped me choose the right one for me! I had an amazing experience with AT&T! I had just flown into LA and I was desperate to get prepaid service with good coverage. Great Service! I went in with my family hoping to switch services and wanted to see what AT&T was offering and switched on the spot! The moment we walked in we were greeted by an AT&T staff member, Orlando, and waited no time in being helped. Costumer service was amazing, Orlando not only helped us switch but was kind and patient in answering all of our questions in making sure we were satisfied with our switch. We walked out as new and happy costumers.

Usually this is not the store I go to but I was in the area and decided to stop by because I had some questions regarding my account. Long story short, Paola is the best rep that has helped me out in a long time! She took her time and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location and Paola in specific!

Went in to correct an error on my grand mothers bill and the Manager of this location was so understanding and truly dedicated to correcting the error. No matter how long it took she stayed on it and schedule times for us to return to make sure everything was corrected. And while we were there they always changed the TV to accommodate my 3 children. So it was a pleasant experience

Weve been going to many of these outlets over the years, but the AT&T store at Inglewood is awesome! Jason not only knew his stuff but was amazingly patient with us as we had several things to accomplish for my 86 year old Aunt who isnt very tech savvy. The Manager, Ingrid, was outstanding and helped us understand the pricing and ultimately helped my aunt choose a more appropriate package/plan that saved her quite a bit off her monthly bill. Thank you Jason and Ingrid, well be back. Highly recommended!

I went in to add some lines to my account and had a pleasant experience. I knew I was going to have to be there a while but one of the managers, Irving, made sure I got what I needed done and was out as quickly as possible. He was patient and charismatic. Its hard to get good customer service now adays, but I was pleasantly surprised with him.

I just happened to be in the area, and came to check out some new accessories. The store had a really good vibe, and the store manager, Samantha was really helpful! Store seemed to be really well run, and they were on top of everything.
Tatiana was a wonderful and patient representative. She tried to help me with my phone. Once we discovered it couldnt be repaired, she patiently walked me through the process to start a claim for a replacement phone. Three days later I came back into the store to have my info transferred to the new phone. This time Jason assisted me and was incredibly helpful and worked hard to keep my kids entertained and still managed to be the first to greet every single person who walked into the store! These two are the reason I will come back to this location the next time I need assistance with anything AT&T related!
Victor provided fantastic service! He was an absolute delight. I would have given 5 stars if not for the terrible experience that William gave myself and my family. When my family expressed the bad service upon arrive William shouted from across the store in front of other customers that we can tell his manager if we have a problem. He was not the slightest bit apologetic or concerned for the negative experience he was giving customers. Even after I told him directly. Glad hes not my employee I would fire him on the spot! I had to remind him that he was in the job and being paid to service me. Victor saved the day, but William was enough to make me NEVER return.
Those poor kids need oversight. They seem uninterested in their jobs and dismissive to customers. I recommend additional training and new management.

The reps need better training on the knowledge of promotions and offers. We sat in a store for several hours while the rep made one mistake after the other. Her attitude and service was great but a little additional training may be required in this area. It bothers me that you only have deals for new customers when it comes to upgrades, appreciation for our loyalty of being ripped off most of the time would be great with at least a free upgrade from time to time. Also, most of the signage in the store was 99% in Spanish, was wondering why. There needs to be signs that have both English and Spanish, is there something youre trying to tell us English speaking American citizens? Plus, Inglewood has a large African American population, so this makes no sense no matter how you look at it. An outside manager or district manager needs to swing by there and make a few changes.
This AT&T store is fantastic, highly recommend this store to anyone Victor Ordaz is the reason why I would go back to that store because he knows how to communicate he gives you the info on your phone plan he’s very educated, very friendly and sensational at what he does. Also he’s the reason why I’ve been with AT&T.

Waited about 20 minutes just to buy a phone case and then they asked me to wait another 15 to ring me up even with 3+ employees although theres one guy whos pretty cool he offered to give me a case and a screen protector for 40 dollars (I couldnt wait any longer there was ice cream in the car)

We were tendered by Marisol and bought a prepaid service as we were as tourist in US. We explicitly told that we will be only one month in US and thus no need for autopay. Nevertheless, next month we still got charged!! Struggling to get the service cancelled as we had to call to customer service from abroad - no other way to cancel the service. We did not get any refund as we waited for more than 15 mins to get a clerk for refund and thus get extra charged for calling abroad. Really poor service from sales person and from whole AT&T. The system is set up in this way that makes you impossible to achieve anything and charge you as much as possible.

The staff were very friendly when we were on site, and walked away having had a great experience. It was only 6 weeks later we found that they had scammed us.Only needed a SIM card for a 2 week vacation to United States. Person helping told us we would get a discount if we paid with a credit card instead of cash. We werent advised that we were being signed up to an on-going plan and AT&T continued to charge us. AT&T customer service say it is impossible to get a refund on the charges.My assumption is that staff get paid a bonus / KPI for signing up people to credit card auto-payments and dont mind ripping off tourists to get it done.
