Friendly staff, fast service. I ordered online and picked up in store. Everything went very smoothly.They were out of bags though. Otherwise, a very easy visit. I like this shopping center, lots of food places like panda and in n out burger. The home depot garden center is also worth a quick visit if youre into plants.

I really appreciate having a physical local gaming store to visit for my nerdy pleasures. They have basically all you need for average & even sometimes advanced gamers too. For my visit I picked up a new green camo PS4 controller & traded in my blue camo for a credit.

Its my gamestop of choice! They have one accross the street but I like this one better. Greet with smile and offer all the daily specials amd are very knowledgeable on all past present amd future gaming questions.

The two employees I met at this location are great, the girl never smile but ooooohhh the help I got from her was more than valuable, I felt really helped and thankful as I dont know too much about games,

My son loves going there I even go in there with them just to look around and experience the different lectronics and games that they have I really appreciate the time that they take out and help us find the right game for the reasonable price

So happy with my purchases today. I went in traded my old Wii for a special Zelda edition Wii U. Jessica was coincidently a huge Zelda fan, she hooked me up with everything I needed. She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic I am so happy I came in to this location! Thanks Jessica you Rock!

I had went online to have them hold a game for my son I go down there to pick it up wait in a long ass line for what for the girl at the register to tell me she cant find it but they send me a confirmation email that its ready for pick. She tells me she cant find it that I can go to a different location to get it what? I got a confirmation email saying its ready for pick up at this location she say the girl who put up game isnt there and she dont know where she put it. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service skills, I would not recommend doing business at this location they lost me as a customer I wish I could give them zero stars because they dont deserve 1!

I live abroad and I was just visiting LA for a couple of weeks. Saw about this store in the internet and it was on my way to the airport. Since Im going to catch a flight I have 2 very large international luggages. After asking the sales rep about 2 products that he didnt have he just tells me that his manager dont like people to stay just looking in the store (It had not been even 10 minutes). Well he could just said that he was afraid I was gonna rob him. I think it was very unpolite. The prices are not good neither. Giving the terrible customer experience I definitely dont recommend. I should probably fill a formal complain with the franchise.

The Staff was pretty cool nice vibe. Games are kinda pricy and to tade thing in not worth it. The store was clean and organized thats a plus family oriented.

Justin is very rude, he wasnt very welcoming and accused us of water damage when it simply had a couple of water droplets because of the rain; Water damage is when you drop it in the toilet and let it soak it in, we just came in to ask a few simple questions and was rewarded with a snotty attitude that did not make us feel comfortable to return and do business with this specific location. Thank you.
