This guy Daniel is amazing! He hooked me up with the EBB Hotspot for FREE SERVICE! I drove here from Cedar Rapids again today because Daniel was amazing and said he would take care of me when I came and he even stayed late to help me. These guys are friendly like family. Best service Ive gotten in a while.

Boost Mobile saved my life! I was scammed by a third party that sold me a locked phone. They helped me get the phone unlocked and also go me a free EBB Internet box! Best store in Iowa City! I’ve never met such amazing people in my life, we need more people like these people in phone stores.

This place is nothing but a scam, in order to upgrade you have to pay a $35 activation fee (for them just to turn on the phone) On top of that they wont sell you a phone without a case and screen protector ($60 DOLLARS). I recommend going to Walmart to buy a phone they sell Boost Mobile phones without all the hassle and B.S. and they have the upgrade prices even if you arent eligible to upgrade. This store is nothing but a waste of time and money. The Internet box they promote is a scam the internet is slow and only lasts 2-3 days.P.S. Walmart also has cheaper phones!!

He was very nice but be careful they put insurance on your phone with out asked you first. I don’t need insurance on an old phone.Convenient location.no reason to charge to swap a phone but they do .

I came in with my 3yr old son and was overwhelmed at the time, but the Ops manager on site Rickesha Wright, as well as her fairly new trainees (who responded like vets) Marissa G. and Daniel W. were beyond amazing to me and my son. These are the types of people you want managing your stores @Boostmobile outstanding compassion and interaction while resolving my issue. Ask for Marissa or Daniel at this Boost location.
